Sales people are wonderful and not pushy at all. I had Buyers remorse on a pair of boots and called them the next day. Edna and Dahlia took the time to find me a few different options over the phone! They went above and beyond. Plus the Kendra Scott and Brighton options are amazing!! Unique pieces I hadn’t seen at many places.

The rudest employee!My first time here. I will never come back. My 5 yr old daughter picked up a hat. The employee grabbed it out of her hands and start scolding me. That she may bend the hat. It had never been shaped. Better yet if it was an expensive hat it would not of been in the reach of a child.

Customer service is amazing! As soon as i told them i was from out of town here for a while for work, the older gentleman gave me a business card and said if i ever needed help with directions or finding somewhere to eat to just call and ask. In 3 years of traveling ive never felt so welcomed. I bought a shirt that ended up being the wrong size that i brought back to exchange and they were so nice about it, it was a breeze to handle! A younger guy helped me find the FR’s he was extremely helpful and nice! My husband is a bigger guy so finding his size can be challenging when most places only go up to XL but Boots N Britches has such a good size selection i was impressed! We wont spend our money anywhere else on his work clothes! I mean i wouldve kept coming back for the super cute pup but the service is the icing on the cake!
The owner was very nice, explained about how he could get the boot fixed to fit you. He was very nice. But he had like 2 or 3 workers that were just following you like if you were gonna steal something 🤔

Boots-N-Britches gave me the best service and attention by checking my boot size and after I made my selection of Justin Ropers they made the proper adjustments for the boot to fit perfect. I returned a week later to pickup my boots they fit like a glove. I purchased other items for my lady friend and got the same service. I cant say enough about this wonderful place. A friend from the military passed away and I took my military issued Stetson in to be cleaned and shaped. They called a few hours later and told me my hat was woll and not felt so it wouldnt re-shape that well, I asked them to do the best they could and to call as soon as it was ready. The next morning it was ready. When I picked it up it looked great much better than I had expected. When I asked them what the charge was they said it was on them, they thanked me for my service and offered condolences for the loss of my battle buddy.Places like this one are harder and harder to find. They care about their customers, I am only in this area a few times a year but they are my new favorite place to get my western wear needs taken care of.⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
