When walking in this place they have excellent customer service, and a friendly homey atmosphere..also very informative!!! They weren’t pushy or annoying..DEFINITELY one of the best Boot Barns I’ve been in. They helped me out in a bind as well…I misplaced my receipt and both were extremely helpful getting me a copy. Great prpducts but totally useless web site.ive been trying for a third day to buy 15 items online. Im getting transaction failure, call to support. Support is useless, they can only offer to make it via the call. I called my banks, tried various cards, Paypal, banks saying all is good from their side. I never faced such issues with online purchases. Very frustrating.

I walked in and nobody wanted to help me, I asked for help and the guy acted like I was bothering him . I rather go to Victoria, Texas to High-Brehm where they will help you with your purchase and appreciate your business. Terrible place dont waste your time !

Cant speak about everyone that works there but the lady that I asked to help me was acting rude. I will not be returning to this store.

I am retired and I purchased a pair of boots from this location in September. Paid over $200. For the boots The sole delaminates very minimal wear on the boots. I called the store the manager was very rude and said I would have to bring them in for inspection. So I did the manager said they only had a 30 day warranty. I explained this is a workmanship defect. She finally kind of reluctantly agreed and had her assistant call the manufacturer they told me they were unavailable until July it is currently March. I mentioned that that timeframe would not work. She said I don’t know what to tell you. No offer for another similar boot and no refunds. Very unprofessional tone and actions. Now forced to go to Boot Barn corporation to resolve the issue with the boots and the managers disposition. We will see if they make it right !

Best reason to visit Corpus Christi Tx! The staff is so lovely, make you feel right at home. On this visit we ordered the Moo Goo Gai Pan, Kung Pao Deluxe, Spring Egg rolls, Sweet & Sour soup + Wonton Soup & even a Pho Soup to go!! Yum 😋 You’ve gotta try this place, real Vietnamese food. 😍

As an oilfield worker Ive had the opportunity to visit many of the Boot Barns in the state, regularly. I have to say that Rhonda at this BB has been the most helpful employee Ive ever come across. I had an issue with some Justin work boots from a BB in Houston and they were of very little help when it came to helping me resolve my problem. Everyone at this particular (Corpus)BB was helpful and seemed happy to be there, unlike many other places. Employees like Rhonda are what make a location what it is and make it worth traveling out of your way just to get the type of service youd expect when spending your hard earned money. I hope Boot Barn values and appreciates her work just as much as I valued her assistance.

Very nice place. Employees are friendly, allow you to look around without pressure. Offer help but generally as lily, stay out of your way. Reasonable but wish they had a larger selection. A lot of very nice clothing, jewelry, hats, wallets and other western needs.

Excellent service! Went in today on Veterans Day to get the husband a new pair of work boots and was helped immediately without asking. I can’t remember the guys name but he was also military just like my husband and helped him find what he needed and even gave him a discount for his service in the USMC! Need more people like him in customer service because he goes out of his way to help!

Not a single pair of EE or Wide boots ! The associate for that department said they are the first sizes to go but yet the shelves are full with no signs of any EE boots being sold. I checked a full size up and down of what I needed and the only had D wide boots. Now I know why Cavenders is always busy.

This place isnt how I pretty much expected to be as I used to love shopping here for all my accessories. But, somehow the services here aint as good like you expected it to be. This store is going down. Not much people shop here. Everyone has left. The enployees are rude and not very friendly at all. Some dont give you the services you need. That why I dont rarely shop there anymore.

Clean store and a huge selection of Fire Retardant work clothing.

Staff is great and attentive but the reason for the three stars is for the inflated prices on the FR clothes. It helps you out in a pinch when you need it, but for a big box store to be beat in prices by a locally own small store boggles my mind.

I walked out paying full retail for my pair of Ariat work boots...but with the over the top customer service that was provided by one of the pretty ladies that greeted me as soon as I walked in..I left a happy man. She was very knowledgeable on all the boots they had available and was extremely helpful and made sure I was comfortable and satisfied with what I was purchasing, I wont go anywhere else from now on!

Pretty decent prices on most things. They have a half way decent loyalty program. However, it REALLY is a shame that the points expire. I did not know that and lost out on about $35 worth of points. I wont ever go back.

I went by there to pick up some work boots. They acted like they were too busy to help me, mind you there were three customers in the whole store. I helped myself find some boots and went to the counter to pay. This guy had the nerve to come and put his little ticket book tag on my pair of boots as if he had helped me with my selection... I left the boots at the counter and went elsewhere.... If you dont like a customer service job then QUIT
