Amazing! They had our perfect boat then selflessly guided us through the buying + delivery process which included locating a better deal on financing then we came with. Arranged to meet us after hours to sign paperwork while we traveled from out of town in bad weather. Even arranged to have the boat delivered on a last minute request... on a Saturday. I think they would have done anything to help - and did - even after the sale. (Thank you Lisa!) Above and beyond service, in addition to being knowledgeable of all boat types for the best fit.

If you ever need hard to find Mercury outboard parts this is the place, I was able to complete the restoration of my 1972 115hp straight 6 (tower of power) because of their help. These people know their stuff. And if they cant find it for you they know people who can. Ill never take anything anywhere else again. Thanks, 👍

Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! These guys really helped me this morning and they didnt have to. I showed up there, unannounced, at 7:45 this morning. I was hoping to get a simple computer update after another dealer/mechanic shop dropped the ball. My boat sat at this other shop for almost a month. Waypoint helped me get my boat back on the water in under an HOUR!!! They did this out of kindness and the desire to have a satisfied customer. Great job guys, I cant thank you enough.

Great company and great people! I purchased my new Shoalwater boat from them earlier this year and everyone was very professional and courteous to me and my family. Their service after the sale has been just as good as when I was there to make my purchase. Wouldn’t buy a boat from anywhere else and defiantly wouldn’t have anyone else service my boat. Jim, Jared, Jeff and the rest of the staff are top notch and the most honest place I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with.
I took my boat there for warranty work and rather than just to my boat and leave me in limbo for weeks they told me upfront it would be a few weeks before the part came in and I could leave the boat or bring it back once the part arrived. So I kept it until the part came so I could fish weekends once the part came in I dropped the boat off Monday and had it back by Friday and also had some additional work done as a courtesy to me and never missed a weekend of fishing. The staff was extremely courteous, friendly and efficient. I will be back!

I was extremely impressed with the Waypoint team. I broke the hydraulic line on my boat the first day I had it not knowing what I was doing. This was the first place that had my boat fixed in two days and only charged me a half hour on the labor. Its hard to find a company that wont take advantage of you with their prices. Im very happy and will keep coming to them for my boating needs.

Their Customer Service is incredible, when youre dealing with them on a purchase, maintenance, anything, they really care about what theyre doing and the product theyre providing. Took my 36 Yellowfin to them because one of my 3 G2s 300s was showing a code. Sean came rigth out and side drop it off and Ill take a quick look at it. So we went to lunch and came back. He came out and told he found the problem and had the part in stock. Told us to come back in 1.5 hours and he would have it fixed. Being a charter book service is very important. STAY AWAY!!! Go buy a boat somewhere else, anywhere else is better than this place. They have terrible service.... our shoalwater had nothing but problems from day one. After we bought the boat Jared wouldnt even return our phone calls, hes a crook. He called and called when we were purchasing it and as soon as we signed the papers we werent ever able to get ahold of him again. We ended up having to get issues fixed at Chris Marine. Stay away from the crooks at Waypoint Marine!
DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!!! They are not honest and have terrible customer service. We went there to purchase a boat motor the first week of March 2015. They told us that the motor would arrive in 7 - 10 business days. After one month of no communication and hounding them we went and asked for our money back (we paid for the motor in full $14,171.00). They kept blaming Mercury and saying that they havent shipped the motor but we could get a motor off of one of the boats that they had on the show floor. I didnt want a motor that had been installed on another boat and I asked for a number to call Mercury so that I could ask them about their shipping practices. Jimmy and Gerald said Mercury doesnt like to be contacted like that and gave us the check. A couple days later Gerald called my husband and said the motor is on its way and gave us a tracking number. Against my wishes, my husband went over there and paid for the motor again. When it came in he took out boat over for installation. they said it would take 3 days. on the 10th day they called and said they were running behind but that the boat would be finished on Friday May 8, 2015 a total of 2 weeks. on Thursday May 7th we received a call from Gerald stating that we needed to buy an adapter for the motor in order for it to be properly installed. My husband asked why he needed an adapter when we didnt need one before. He was told that the motor was a 20 shaft. My husband then told them that he ordered a 25 shaft and that the motor they were installing was not what he had ordered. He went down there and even the mechanic that was working on the boat admitted that what they were trying to rig up wouldnt work. We asked for our money back and form them to put back our old motor. We went to Chriss marine in Aransas Pass and purchased a motor for less money. During this time I found out that Mercury was offering a $1000.00 rebate on the motor and I had asked Waypoint about it and they said they couldnt give us a rebate because they dont participate in that program. I said it is a manufacturers rebate and everyone should get it. I told my husband something was up with them but I didnt know what. After searching around, Waypoint is not licensed to sell individual motors from Mercury. They have to buy motors from the boat manufacturers that the buy packages from and that is why they wanted us to take a motor from a boat in the showroom. All they had to say is that they didnt sell individual motors and we would have gone elsewhere. Instead they lied and wasted our time. I have contacted Mercury regarding what they did because, as I found out, what they did is actually illegal. This place leaves a lot to be desired. I would give negative stars if I could!!!!
