Aside from the fact that they sell and manufacture the fastest, shallowest boat on the gulf coast... the level of service received is topnotch! The crew at Texas Watercraft & Marine go well above and beyond to make sure their customers are satisfied!! Very nice job!! πͺπ£
Texas Watercraft and Marine provided excellent customer service! We love how smooth our new boat rides at fast speeds. The staff went above and beyond what we asked.
These guys stand behind their product, if you have an issue they always step up and help. I would highly recommend them. I have owned many boats and have never experienced their level of service
Always Professional, Extremely Knowledgeable. Always goes above and beyond to get get us πΊπΈ a great deal!! Thanks Andrew π
Fantastic customer service! Everybody here is very knowledgeable and helpful. Will be recommending them to all other boat buyers!
One great dealership that put me behind the wheel of the finest bay boat Iβve driven the CCB Phantom is an absolute dream rig
Great craftsmanship and great helpful staff. Will definitely use them for all our boating needs.
Excellent service. Very helpful. Very knowledgeable
Very knowledgeable and caring staff! Excellent work!
Friendly knowledgeable staff that offered helpful advice and quality workmanship.
No surprise that all of the positive reviews have no comments around why the rating given is positive... if reading this, please use your common sense around why.I would highly discourage anyone from utilizing Texas Watercraft and Marine for any water or boating related services, but in particular for their service and repairs.Texas Watercraft and Marine has consistently provided poor repairs for myself, and based on the reviews, others as well. In particular, Despite poor craftsmanship the first time using them for an installation, they again failed to correct a repair when returning a second time. Despite not fixing the problem the first time on the second visit, they were unwilling to work to correct their mistake when having to bring the boat back a third time. After making a major mistake, in an otherwise very basic installation, I was assured that they had replaced their technicians who were working the job. I am now under the impression that they must have simply hired more under qualified technicians to replace them....hmmm surly they must have though that they were going to get different results?Texas Watercraft and Marine, please understand that you donβt tell yourself βyou do good work,β that is told to you by the customers you support and the results you provide when the job is actually done.Save your time and money, do some better research on Marine outfitters that actually know what if means to be a 1st class technician and a shop that can provide world class service.
I have now purchased two boats from TWM and have had nothing but top notch service. The CCB boats are the best on the water.
Great people Jeff and Deanna. Very helpful and good prices.
I dropped my boat off. After no follow up communication. Had to go in person after phone calls failed to produce information in order to get answers. Ordered a part through them for ~$600. Was shown how to replace it on my own and was told they would assist me if I needed help.I called for help removing one screw and was told they wouldnβt helpme. Poor customer service. The left hand doesnβt know what the right hand is doing. Etc.
Manager Jeff is the kindest person with excellent work. Life is much easier with nice people.
Visited them in early April for a repower quote. No customers in the shop, a weekday. Zuke 150 with fly by wire. Counter guy started but then said he had to look some things up. Took my phone number. Never got a call. Got the repower at another dealer.
NIGHTMARE. Never use these idiots. Let me break down my experiences with this business.Visit 1: Jackplate install. Technician installed it backwards.Visit 2: Brought boat back and exclaimed the problem. They ensured me the technician who did the original install no longer worked there and would make things right. New technician reversed jackplate but installed the jackplate on the second lowest bolt setting after being instructed to install it on the second highest bolt setting.Visit 3: Reposition jackplate to the previously instructed setting.Visit 4: Jackplate stop working. Asked to diagnose and correct the issue. Technician changed out a fuse and fuse assembly near the battery. .75 hrs labor to swap out wiring coming off the battery plus $10 wiring assembly....$125Visit 5: Jackplate worked for 20mins and stopped working again. Asked again to fix and diagnose the problem. In addition, swap out two other corroded fuse assemblies, a rusted $10 nut locking assembly, and rivet a broken hatch hinge. $400. Manager was not willing to knock off previous .75 hrs of labor from visit 4 when supposedly the jackplate wiring issue was fixed. Technician stated he tightened some connections to fix issue. At no time did anybody call me from the shop to ask for authorization to complete the $400 worth of so called repairs. Currently raining and have not inspected the work to ensure all repair requests have been corrected. More to follow in a subsequent post in regards to visit 5.These 5 visits were all within an 8 month span. In conclusion, if you want to spend money on erroneous repairs, inflated time of labor, and not have your boat on the water, go ahead and bring your boat here. Will never give these clowns my business again. Out of spite, Im considering to pursue a marine technician cert to open my own business in the bluff that wouldnt rip off honest people, just to put them out of business.
