Excellent service. I didnt purchase my RV from them, but they treat me as if I did. Very friendly and accommodating. Parts showroom has the best selection of electrical adapters Ive ever seen including whatever you may need for powering your RV from a generator.

Their service department set us an appointment for a repair by their words a minor repair only take 3O minutes . Had to wait 2 weeks for appointment and drive 70 miles only to be told they didnt have the part. No call to reschedule. No apology. Nothing!!!!

Excellent customer service is a rarity nowadays. I had just arrived in the area this past Thursday and needed extra supplies. Amy was phenomenal! She took the time to assess my needs/quickly point me in the right direction, let me know they had just gotten toilet paper in stock (which was a godsend given the current state in our country) and even supported me in my concern with my surge protector reading at my campsite’s power box. Thank you, Amy!!! Keep up the good work!!!

First time RV buyers and these guys made it easy. Our salesman David Shely took care of us. His team treated us like we were spending lots of money even though we were buying a used RV. Cant say enough about them guys... They also delivered it and showed me how to use slides and set it up. Completely inspected it filled propane bottles water etc.. If your looking for an RV these are the folks to go to.

I cannot say enough about the service department at this location. I was already preparing myself to cancel our summer road trip; however, within an hour and a half, Nick Donner at Ron Hoover had our brakes adjusted and safe once more. I have never received such speedy service at an rv service department. Everyone here was so friendly, caring and helpful. THANK YOU for helping us get back on track so quickly!!!! Summer fun here we come!!

In early May 2019, we purchased a NEW travel trailer and signed the finance documents “in good faith” that the trailer would be cleaned up with quality detailing and 3 year Warranty.I had to stay extra and after hours due to hitching issues. Then after I set up the travel trailer two hours away, I found out the travel trailer was not properly serviced.The floor vents had sawdust and screws. The fresh water tank was full of antifreeze which meant it was winterized.The next morning, I called the Hoover RV service department Mgr. He told me to wait two weeks because Service appointments were full.I also explained that service did not do a quality job and that the fresh water tank was full with antifreeze. He said “We don’t sell winterized travel trailers.” I explained the purple pinkish water in the toilet and sink plus the sticker on the door said so. He practically call me a liar. I convince him by emailing the pictures.Service mgr then told me to flush the fresh water myself. I spent two hours flushing the tank and water lines on a job they were suppose to do. His answer was all new travel trailers have problems.Then a week after, my fresh water tank was 2/3rds full when the tank collapsed to the ground. I contacted CC Hoover RV Service Dept Mgr and this time he told me to wait 3 weeks because others were in front of me.I told the Service Dept Mgr that I live in the travel trailer and this was an emergency since I had no fresh water inside the trailer.He said he could not send anyone and that I could remove the tank myself. I had to drain it and secure or remove the fresh water tank myself. I paid a person for 5 hours of work and still had no water because we could not disconnect the electrical wires and drain lines.I asked for permission to punch holes to drain the water since the tank bent and covered under warranty. We then drained it and secured the fresh water tank. Due to Driiler holes, I could not fill up the fresh water tank.I was hoping that I could drop it off and give them time to fix it. They said No, they had no storage space.I tired the trade in option and still they insulted me like I was not a valued customer. I’ve been very patient looking for solutions and they saw me as if I had bags of money and plenty of time to wait. This is a brand new trailer folks.

Amy did an EXCELLENT job in helping me find the parts & supplies needed to do an Oil Change on my Suzuki outboard. Ron Hoover carries the hard-to-find parts I need at a reasonable price. Great customer service, knowledge and experience make Ron Hoover the ONLY place in town for your boat service needs!

Went to get my new boat. It was missing seats that are removeable. Was setting in boat when I was buying it and I guess someone took them out. Now they half to order them. The boat was dirty after I was told it was being detailed before I could get it. It has to go back to them because of flaws in the craftsmanship from the manufacturer but Im not sure Im going to get taken care of properly. David my salesman told me he would show me how all the systems work but I was hurried out the door because he was in the middle of a sale. This was my second purchase from them and the first one went great but this experience was just horrible.Update. 5-2-19Just got my boat out of the shop and Barbara with the service department did an outstanding job getting everything fixed and making sure I was taken care of. Work turned out great and was happy to see that. Would give this experience a 4.5 star. Would be 5 star but boat still wasnt all the way clean.

Went in to Ron Hoover with some questions about an Rv I had recently purchased (not from them.) I was greeted promptly by their parts specialist Amy Garcia. She helped me with all the questions I had as well as pointing out products I needed to make some repairs we had discussed. Over all a very good experience that I will return to again in the future.

Would give them ZERO stars if I could. Stopped in to look at a boat for sale. Filled out a loan application, but only I signed mine and my husband did not sign since we decided to go through our own bank for the loan. Our bank pre-approved a loan with better terms. We told them we would call them on Monday to finish the process and to put it on hold for right now. The price the sales person gave us IN WRITING on Saturday was different from the price they gave us on Monday when we called. We told them that we were not willing to pay $5,000 more than what was greed upon and the deal was off. The finance department went ahead and sent our information to three banks after we told them we were no longer interested, resulting on three hard hits on our credit.I am having to dispute these inquiries and will NOT be back to this dealer to buy- I dont care how good of a deal they offer. I do NOT recommend this business unless you like getting ripped off.

While on our last trip in our 2017 Winnebago View the air conditioner failed. We stopped at a nearby dealer for service and they ordered a replacement unit. Unfortunately they were not able to get a replacement when we were in that area. Rick Manzanales was able to work out the details and had a new a/c unit shipped to Corpus Christi and then installed it very promptly. Great service.

Three departments, 2 experiences. 5 stars for parts and sales. Awesome! 1 star for service. Ill explain:The good/great:Sales: David met with us on a Sunday to show us our 5th Wheel. Very thorough and worked great with us. I highly recommend! Still to this day (almost a year later) he checks in on us.Parts: The best parts department ever! They have most of what you need in stock, and if they dont, 1-2 days and its there. Awesome customer service. Cant say enough about this parts department.The bad:Service: Black water valves were supposed to be replaced, the black water cleaning system was leaking, and we were told that since the tank sensor system was not working at purchase (it is a used 5th wheel), it would be replaced as part of the guarantee on electronics. We brought the camper in in April with the knowledge that we were headed out in May for a trip. The work was not complete (some was, but not all) and we had to bring the camper back after the trip. We scheduled the service and they had it for three weeks. During this service, they were also supposed to reseal the roof. Upon pickup, the new valve was stuck in the open position (I finally just fixed it myself), the roof was not resealed so they quickly took care of it (so poorly done I had to redo it-they literally just squeezed squiggly lines of lap sealant and did not cover areas that were cracking), and they LOST our tank sensor computer! We were told that he, ...had been playing with the buttons for a couple of months, and now cant find it. So, we have no tank monitoring system on a 5th wheel. I would not trust my 5th wheel to this service department again.Overall, sales and parts are awesome (5 stars for both), service would get negative stars if I could.UPDATE: The piece that service lost and said that they could not possibly find...found it in a 10 min Google search. Ordered the part and will install it myself.

Just doesn’t listen to you when you talk to them had us wait the whole day to get numbers and comes back with nothing we talked about. Bought one there less than two years ago and depreciated almost 10G. Hotels are more savings. Finance person doesn’t pay attention to previous conversations. It was like no one wanted to sell me something.

Bought a Coachmen freelancer 26rs noticed that the slide gaskets was a little short allowing a gap. Went in the store and explained the problem they gave me a strip of gasket to repair with ( note I asked if they had some so I could just fix myself, no reason to haul it in for a simple fix). Installed myself and works great. Thanks to the service counter and department for the help on this.

When we had a problem with our electrical system on our way into Corpus Christi, Nick Donner and his team were quick to help us. As full-timers, getting the right help quickly is extremely important. They wasted no time in going over our coach and finding a solution. Coincidentally, Ron Hoover in The Valley recently helped us as well by having a part when we needed it. Thanks again, Guys!

Had my travel trailer fixed here. Staff in service was outstanding, worked with Keystone to try and get it warrantied and finished fix was very nice looking. I wont buy another Keystone but I am going to buy from Ron Hoover.

I needed a fan for my Dometic refrigerator. Amy, at the parts department, went well above and beyond what any of the other parts departments in Corpus Christi did. Plus, she found out that the part I needed to as ridiculously expensive and wholehearted supported my decision to try to order one on-line at a 10th of the price. She even wrote down the Dometic part number for me to make it easier. When I’m in Corpus Christi and need something for my RV, I’m coming back here. Number 1 service in the parts department, so I will definitely go there if I need service.

After 3 months of waiting I finally get a call saying trailer is fixed and ready to go. I set up a time to go and meet up with Rick. The quality of work was straight up garbage. Wires all exposed, hole still in the wall, switches reversed, missing weather stripping, I guess 3 months wasnt long enough to get the job done right!!!! Stay away from this place.

Difficult to get into the lot. They force you through the storefront. Sometimes I like to just browse and not be bothered by three or four salesman. The sales people made my mother in law feel a bit uncomfortable.

Nic took great care of us as we had to leave our trailer with him while we traveled home. They worked great with our insurance company and all repaires were complete and the trailer was ready to go when we returned. These guys are great to work with and I would recommend them for any Rv repair.

With all due respect, every brand new $60k+ fifth-wheel we walked through needed to be repaired. We wish we would have taken pictures, we were embarrassed for this dealership. One coach had a huge hole in the flooring, in the living area. Another had molding falling down from the ceiling, broken in half. Another had a back window shot out and blue tarp covering it...and the list goes on! Dirty, dirty, DIRTY! We felt like we were walking through auction purchased coaches. If this is how they want to show their inventory, how is the service going to be???
