Location Is in a large outside mall with plenty of parking. I needed to ship many items and the staff here were really helpful and patient with me. From scanning and packing and printing the labels. Jean and Josh saved my life! Besides taking care of my business that I needed done there and getting a package mailed the right way, they found my wallet that I left on the counter!After finishing up my transaction and leaving, I realized much later on in the afternoon that I couldnt find my wallet. In a panic I called the UPS store 3996 and spoke to Jean and told him what I was looking for, and he advised me that they had it and kept it safe all day. I had no contact phone number in there, so they had no way to reach out to me. Went there to get a doc notarized today. The blonde guy there threw the pen at me and said sign here and walked away. I told him wow you throw the pen at customers?? He said I didn’t throw the pen. Your really going to get mad cuz I threw he pen? Um yeah I’m in a place of business. I should have gone to the bank and got the doc notarized for FREE. HIS apology was because they are ready to go. I got there 15 min before they closed. Never again. I usually go to the UPS store on WILES! They have the best most pleasant workers there. Have him take a course or watch a YT video on providing a great customer experience. He clearly needs it.

We moved to Parkland in July 2020. I quickly learned our local UPS store for returning Amazon purchases! Then, we needed notary services as well as mailing packages. The first person handling my requests was Jesus. Wow, what a efficient and helpful young man. He made every encounter a welcoming one. So different than my other experiences in Coral Gables/Miami. Today, Josh helped me with a gift that needed packaging and shipping. He triple-checked the mailing address, asked if I wanted to receive email notification (yes!) and showed great concern that my business was handled perfectly. This UPS store feels more like a local small business appreciating every customer who comes in. For all our mailing needs, there will be no other place but UPS Store #3996! Thank you gentlemen for the warm welcome and pleasant experience.

I have had a business mailbox at this UPS store for several years, and stop by a few times a week. Josh, the Manager, is one of the friendliest people you could meet; excellent with customers, knows his shipping inside out and always has a pleasant demeanor. I didnt sign up for the mailbox for any reason other than business, but to always see friendly people at the UPS store is a nice plus.

This store is my go to for mailing anything! They are very friendly, professional, and are able to easily handle all my needs including Notary as well as canvas prints. Nick the manager is awesome, my vote for Employee of the Year! He was able to have a huge canvas printed of my family for our living room which turned out stellar. Highly recommend this UPS store.

This place is horrible. Lost packages twice. Once the item was returned back to me. I called today and of course it’s always someone else fault. I sometimes use a different UPS store and NEVER have this problem. Even though this one is closer to my home they lost my business. The guy in the phone when I told him I will go somewhere else he was like ok. Wow
