Brought 2 large boxes here for shipping to Canada. Young lady doesnt know the restrictions that are noted on FedEx computer system. Shipped out 72 pounds of personal belongings verified with the young lady at the counter. She verified all the information including an itemized list of items in the shipments in the computer and stated that theres no problem with the content of the boxes I was shipping.Big problem came when FedEx returned the shipment 6 days later claiming Canada Customs rejected the shipment claiming it was an improper shipment. Return to sender.I lost $202.29. FedEx refused me twice claiming I was at fault for the IMPROPER SHIPMENT. There are no markings anywhere from Canada Customs to demonstrate the rejection.Im demanding my money refunded for a poorly trained employee who doesnt know what shes doing. Poor training. Lack of oversight by management. Very costly mistake. See you in court. Cant afford this type of loss due to employee incompetence. Shame on FedEx.

I had no idea how to work the copy machine I informed the young man before hand and he said yes he would help me but would not. A customer had to tell him to go and help me. They are not willing to help

Very rude associates working. Refused to help me print something when I asked for help multiple times. The girl working around 12:30 on 2/8 told me there was nothing else she could do to help me yet barely lifted her head to look up from whatwver she was doing to acknowledge me. She went ahead and helped the person who came in after me though. Please find a job that isnt in customer service if you dont want to actually help customers. Thank God my new printer arrives tomorrow.

Visited this location to scan and email paperwork. I hadn’t used this service before and the staff was extremely helpful. One of the ladies literally came over to assist me step by step and for this I’m so thankful. Thanks for your excellent customer service

Just went to the FedEx store to return my cableBoxes. I was greeted immediately by Taylor. I Watched and listened as she helped the gentleman in front of me and she was just so polite and knowledgeable and friendly and then when it was my turn she was great and it was a pleasure! Taylor had such a great attitude!

Worst customer experience ever on 8/21 at approximately 2pm. I had four packages to ship each weighing 50lbs. Before I walked in the door with the first one a young woman met me and ask if I had a facial covering (I was wearing a shield which is acceptable other place including the county) so I went to my car 10ft away to get a mask only to find her back inside standing at the counter. Her and another woman stood there and watched me struggle four times opening the door with each 50lb package. Would it have been so hard to open the door for me???? After all, you had no problem opening the door to tell me I had to have a different type of mask. Next time I will ship UPS.

I wish there was a way to give no stars. This fed ex store is terrible. The customer service is horrible and the atmosphere wreaks of attitude. Please do not do business with this store. STAY AWAY!!!!! The UPS store off University and Wiles is more professional and treats their customers with respect. Good bye Fed Ex you lost my business due to the unprofessionalism in this store. Very disappointing.

I just used this Fedex for the first time and had a horrible experience the young lady at the counter Shereema was very unprofessional and seemed upset while taking my package. She did not display good customer service. Chris on the other hand was very pleasant.

I used to go get my prints done here all the time, I am a tattoo artist and I produce a lot of art to sell, as of recent i moved away further from the location but I found myself near by Today so I figured I’d print some artwork I had on my usb.The lady helping me told me that I couldn’t print out box art I had drawn up to give as a gift, she said because it was copy righted image I couldn’t.Fine.But the next artwork I had was of my own creation. Nothing copy written yet she still refused to print it because it looked like copyright imagery with MY watermark on it.I believe this was the manager, she refused to believe this was my work and that I was an artist. She yelled across the store to tell me that it could not be done. Soon after she looked at it a bit longer she decided that she couldn’t identify the character drawn and then figured since she doesn’t know who the character is then she would print it. I declined. The rudeness and unprofessionalism of this woman, left such a bad taste in my mouth, I walked out. I will no longer use Fedex to print anything anymore.

Item asked for a signature. I left first ticket sign and say leave at door.He came deliver next door package. I saw him walk up to my door and read prior paper.leave another paper and walk away.My spouse walk and stand next to door and no notification hes there outside. No knock or door bell.car in driveway.item was important.i called immediately office to have him turn around..never dispatched as promise.so Id say they can keep it....I went Amazon and get another item the next day.cost more money but a preferred choice..was happy with ups..emailed time and photo of drop..other prior.seller was fast in shipping but its this carrier concerns and handling.I have a prolong doorbell and a small alerted pet.soooo.

I used them a lot during the holidays and i must say they are the most helpful people Ive met! Being my first time shipping multiple items ruth showed me all the ins and outs of using fed ex.. recommended what boxes and wrapping paper to keep my items safe! she went above and beyond! i was clueless… i will definitely spend additional money and come here instead of going to the regular post office

Center Mgr Josh and Tara were most helpful in a circumstance where an important medical package I dropped in express was not pucked up. Professionally took next steps to locating the package and confirming its receipt, scan and arrival the next day. Class organization.

The young lady was very helpful. I was able to get through quickly. They are far more expensive than UPS store though.

I use print and copy services and print from internet and the staff is always very friendly, accommodating and super helpful. Highly recommend.

I personally dread going to an office store to get my design projects printed, but this one FedEx knows what theyre doing. I almost always had what I needed done with such good quality and the staff is awesome!

I also gave a one star with their bad attitude. No wonder UPS is leaving FedEx in the dust. At one time Fed Ex used to be great....NO MORE.

Giving it one star because you cant give negative stars. Worst fedex ever! These people always have an attitude and always seem annoyed when you ask for help. You are forced to use the address on your ID even though that isnt where your trying to send it to. In all Id rather drive the extra 10 mins to a fedex that will actually help me.

It depends on who is helping you, most of the time I get this friendly guy and sometimes another who is not so friendly, but overall my experience with them has been good

The services are inclusive in this facility; the space could be larger though to accommodate some times of heavy traffic, but no expansion seems feasible. Never too much of a hassle, and the staff are friendlier than the University Dr. location.

Great Place to print out something on the fly or fax something (although Camscanner is excellent for faxing on the run)

Never had such bad unhelpful rude sarcastic service in my life! From the minute I walked in all I got were sad unhelpful faces that left me to struggle through an already frustrating experience. The manager the worst of them all. Dont work in the service industry if you cannot service people with a smile. What a waste of time.

Hours on the door say they open at 7:30 AM and I’m sitting here at 7:30 AM and they’re still closed. I have a print order I needed to pick up first thing in the morning and now I’m going to be late.
