The person that help me was so patient and show me, on my phone, how to get the label for a return, ready to be printed and he did the return for me! I have no any knowledge in doing this, and he gave me the instructions and we did it, TOGETHER !The charge for the service was so cheap and convenient!!!

Avoid this place at all costs. Nothing is above and beyond these guys wallet. Last reviewer must have been a family member or friend because this guy set the definition of passive-aggressive. First quote was $250 for shipping and wrapping, when I explored other options he started getting a passive-aggressive attitude. He then quoted me $60 to box and bubble wrap a door panel that was 34x26x8 and made snooty comments about how he has to charge for everything, and how I sold my door at a flea market (eBay) and how he hates dealing with flea market vendors. He even wanted me to buy an entire roll of tape and refused to take up 5 inches of a cardboard box I JUST BOUGHT FROM HIM for $8.50. Complete jerk off. I will NEVER come here again. The other PAK MAILS are great, I hope this guy goes out of business with that kind of attitude, not sure how he survived this long. Its worth the drive to the Coconut Creek or even the Plantation location, those guys really do go above and beyond, this jerk at this coral springs location does NOT.
