Horrible customer service they dont send orders out I ordered 3 weeks ago it still hasnt made it and the person who answered the phone acts as if she has never done business

This is the worst store I have ever purchased at, purchased a package on Dec 28th, at that time the store did not accept any orders because they were closed but they did not bother to update their website that they are not taking in orders, despite of that theyve charged my credit card on day one and only shipped the package 2 weeks after the initial purchase and that was only after I had to call them 3-4 times.After theyve shipped the package it was in transit for almost a month, now neither USPS or my local post office know where it is and after contacting them multiple times they did basically nothing.They never call back, this is a very unprofessional shop.I am going to file a complaint in the better business bureau.An update : at least they had the decency to refund me, thanks for carmen for being very helpful throughout this unfortunate process.
