This is the worst Walgreens pharmacy. They never have medications ready. Even if it’s forEpilepsy. A serious conditional which you need the medication to be on time. They don’t care. Don’t take it into account. Never come here. I will be switching pharmacy’s after today.

Whoever answered the phone at the pharmacy was great and very helpful which is the first Walgreens ever that 1. Answers the phone, 2. Is helpful 3. Was in incredible patient and friendly. Idk who but I just called and she is great

This rating is for the pharmacy only worst service ever. They leave on hold then disconnect you. Please see below my wait time all this week. I have been calling everyday to check if my husbands medicine is in. If I drive up is at least 40 minutes in line.

Lazy and inconsiderate staff.... not busy at all but all the carts are outside and the wheels locked so I cant even shop here. I have to go to another walgreens... random propane tanks left outside by the front door. This is truly pathetic.

Horrible service I arrived with my son and .y husband and was told by the photo service representative that walgreens company policy prohibits them from taking pictures of children under 2 years old. We were rejected and we called another walgreens and were told that the supposed company policy is not real. We went to the other facility and were taken care of. Never again will I visit this store absolutely ridiculous and disgusting attitude towards customers very unprofessional.

This is the worst drive-thru service. 15 minutes each car, McDonalds its better, trust me! If the pharmacy assistant think that maybe take long time, tell the customer to walk inside the pharmacy. Drive-thru service should be faster.

This is such bad service! Did not let us use the bathroom while my wife had an emergency! The manager carmen no where to be found after 15 minutes of waiting she tells us bathrooms are out of service, but they had no signs of anything who ever runs this store i hooe you make the right adjustments! Never again will i come to this nasty place

Very bad customer care, this Walgreens sales CIGARETTES : RJ REYNOLDS IN BAD QUALITY and the same happen in another Walgreen stores but the customer care was great, in Walgreens Le Jejune & 8th Street dont care at all; Very bad attitude of the manager. We will never buy again in that place my brother says. We already sent the product sample to the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services . Horrible and slow service! None of the employees seem to know where anything is in the store. The service was extremely slow every time I come, and have to wait before I even get acknowledged. Photo section is the worst I’ll never get my prints here again, they never find my order and have me wait 15 plus minutes with no line! Pharmacy is a joke, they can’t answer medical questions and the staff is always having personal conversations before attending customers. Seems to be a trend in Walgreens, not the first I encounter.

This review relates to the pharmacy only... specifically the drive-thru. EVERY TIME I come thru, even when I’m the only person, I wait NO LESS than 10-15 minutes! That wait time would make sense if I were say 3rd in line & we all pulled up at the same time.

This pharmacy is woefully understaffed. I waited half an hour for someone to arrive at the photo area to help me pick up my prints. Furthermore, it is absolutely annoying to be called “sweetheart” or “darling” or “mi niña”or other such terms of endearment by service staff, in any language. Don’t get me wrong, this is a chronic problem across industries today, but staff and management should be trained to speak to customers professionally, and this type of training should be refreshed continually.

I have been waiting for over an hour to just pick up prenatal vitamins. They have been helping customers that came after me in the drive through line instead of getting around to helping me even though I’m in the front of the line at the counter. I’ve been at the counter for over thirty minutes (after waiting in line for half an hour with only two people in front of me to begin with) and they talked to me for maybe 3 minutes tops when I initially got to the counter. I had to remind the woman at the counter twice that I had insurance and then she just walked away without even saying why or when she’d be back instead of running my insurance. I just want to pay for my vitamins and go home.The other employee there also just helped a woman in line BEHIND me instead of simply running my insurance. Horrible customer service and unfriendly staff. Beyond disappointed.UPDATE: After writing the initial review I told them I was leaving. I grabbed a bottle of prenatal vitamins off the shelf to get me through until I could get my prescription ones somewhere else. They paged me to come back to the pharmacy. I spoke to what appeared to be the manager of the pharmacy (through another employee as a translator) and he assured me they’d get it sorted.I spent another 45 minutes back at the pharmacy just for them to tell me they were having trouble merging my insurance with the manufacturer coupon AND that they only had one OPEN bottle of vitamins that only had a 10 day supply in it. I called an hour before even going in to make sure they had the prescription ready and they said they had it. To wait an hour and 45 minutes to be told that actually they didn’t have the full bottle as written in the prescription and still be charged $60 (when the coupon paired with my insurance was supposed to bring it down to $25!) is ridiculous. I will never fill a prescription here again.I ended up getting prenatal vitamins over the counter instead and will be filling my prescription with Publix tomorrow. Hopefully the ones I picked up to take in the mean time don’t make me throw up like a lot of the others I’ve tried do. This was an awful experience and the staff very clearly don’t understand what they are doing. Not worth the time wasted or the tears- take your business elsewhere.

Good luck getting ahold of someone in the pharmacy. Called 5 times and was hung up repeatedly.Recently tried calling and was able to get through to the pharmacy so it seems like theyre no longer hanging up when they get busy.

Its a Walgreens, so you know what to expect. Good lighting late at night is helpful, but the collection of customers is always unique. While the store is on the edge of safe Coral Gables, there is a risk in this location with the odd that clientele.

The absolute worst pharmacy!!! My prescription is NEVER ready for pick up, I typically have to wait 15 minutes even though I come hours after the prescription was sent. Today this happened around 2:30 pm. I came to pick up at 8:02 and they told me they don’t have it. Nobody called to let me know. Since i have to start this med today I had to wait 10 min while they called around and located it for me. This is unacceptable!!

Horrible Walgreens!!! A man I heard speaking English to one customer ignored another customer when they spoke English! I had to step in! That is racism and this is America, learn English!! I am a Hispanic American I was born here and know both English and Spanish! That is not fair, if your working at a chain like Walgreens learn English or learn how to properly assist customers!

THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE IN THE HEALTH CARE CLINIC! Store #3317Southwest corner of Le Jeune & Tamiami Rd. I walked in the store at 06:32 pm looking for a doctor. The lady in the clinic, with no patients waiting or inside the clinic told me she couldnt do anything because they close at 06:30pm and that they needed to be out by 07:00pm while she was walking to the exit door when is clearly stated that the store closes at7pm. Definitely #walgreens you need to train or hire people with more sensitivity and customer service skills, this is ridiculous! I just received the automated survey by phone and i feel offended after having such horrible service.

I went with my husband to measure his blood pressure and they kept him waiting for a while because the pharmacist could not attend him at that time because he was on the phone. After several calls she made, she still did not answer my husband and we had to leave even though he felt very bad. Bad experience in an emergency.

I have 20 minutes to take the pressure and the pharmacist tells me that I have to wait, but there is a doctor from the University of Miami who says she cant take the pressure because she has to go and that has to be done in the pharmacy and if I have it high you have to call emergencies, but what doctors are these and then you see them protesting protesting and crying for any hypocrisy, they are disgusting, that happened

This is the worst Walgreens pharmacy in all of Miami. I have been 2 times and on both occasions I have left extremely annoyed because they have never provided the service that I require. The treatment of the pharmacy staff is horrible. They are horribly rude and it seems that they are doing you a favor, and not a service for which one pays and very expensive. If you can go to another pharmacy, dont waste your time coming to this one.
