This is my favorite Sephora store, Im not sure if it is smaller but I always receive great service and they make me feel like family. Last month I booked the Personal Shopper service as well as the 30 minute make up tutorial for my 14 year old niece and Grendy was assigned to us; I was blown away by her service, patience and willingness to teach my niece the best make up techniques. She was also very friendly and made a real connection with us. I bought absolutely everything she told us because I truly felt she was suggesting only the best products for our needs. Im pretty sure she took longer than the allotted time and did not rush us in any way! I will definitely continue to make this my Sephora home store.

Very happy with focus feature makeup services. Totally worth the money. Yaena was very sweet and made me look fabulous. Sephora associates also all attentive and knowledgable in their field. Highly recommend this store

I’ve given this Sephora too many chances. Every time I walk in not one of the staff comes by and greets me, but will greet the next person and immediately ask if they need any assistance. The times I do need help and I come up to ask, it’s always poor service! There was one time I needed to make sure I got the right foundation shade and the lady just gave me a shade too dark and said that was my color and immediately left. No acknowledgement or anything, it’s like they only care to serve you if you look Expensive or you’re not a POC.

How it is possible that people walk inside the store without a mask and no magament does anything to control it. As customers we have the right to go to safe places but Shepora is not one of them. where is the management there?

Staff were friendly. Got all the product I was expecting to get. I had a makeover and even though the young lady did a great job, I was a bit disappointed that she was all about business. What I mean is during other makeovers the girls would explain the product and tools they were using to create the look. This young lady did not. If I didnt ask a question or create small talk she probably would have been done in 25 minutes. I dont think she ever asked my name and I had to ask hers and shes a pretty seasoned employee. Again I loved the look but theres something about having that teachable moment that I would have appreciated so much more. At the end I was asked if I wanted to purchase any of the products and I probably would have bought more if I knew what was used and for what purpose. I ultimately did by a color corrector but that was a product I currently use anyway.

Going into this Sephora is always disappointing, employees pick and choose who to help. Every time I have walked in, the store has over 6 employees working at a time. Today I finally receive help after asking multiple employees. I was quickly ushered to the item I asked for but it was out of stock. I wasn’t even offered an alternative product when the employee walked away. I’m not one to leave bad reviews ever, as I work in retail as well. Sephora employees in this location prioritize other customers.Please start taking care of ALL your customers.

Stopped in the store today to purchase some needed make up and had a wonderful experience thanks to Kamila. I am clueless to when it comes to make up and she was extremely patient with me, took the time to show me various lipstick colors/powders that went well with my complexion and even provided some very helpful make up techniques. So glad I ran into such a friendly and knowledgeable person with such a productive attitude !!!

If I could leave 0 stars I would. This is the worst Sephora store I have ever been. Employees have an attitude and have no notion about customer service. It is disappointingto have such as unprofessional employees in a store in Merrick Park Shops.

Friendly staff. A ton of makeup with anything you are looking for. I love the brands that are sold at sephora. It is a pricier Ulta.

Was looking for a contour stick tonight (Im really picky/knowledgeable w makeup) so I needed someone to really help me since Ive tried a lotOf Products & needed one similar to the one I used to have that got discontinued. A red headed young lady took the time to really help me and wow I love it more than the one I had before (its the cover FX one). She was so helpful I felt she deserved a comment!

Multiple times I come here and they dont have the tone I need in stock! Really upsetting. I cannot be wasting time driving to this store anymore, I will have to find another store. And for the record, the girl that was helping me didnt really make any effort after finding out they didnt have this product, saying sorry and walking away.

I do love this location because its close to my home and I always get treated well when I come here but lately Ive noticed that the display makeup for almost all brands probably arent ever replaced. Every time I want to swatch a certain item, the makeup on display is either broken, contaminated by another product or looks like somebody just decided to break the entire makeup container itself. I rarely write negative reviews and have nothing negative to say about the staff but its a bit upsetting when I cant test out products for myself BEFORE purchasing such expensive makeup. Ill have to give this place three stars unfortunately.

The other reviews are spot on. I made a 10:30AM appointment so I could get to a party on time at 11:30AM (my birthday party actually). I was ignored for a walk in (she arrived maybe 2 min before me) for 20+ minutes. Im still waiting to be seen. Thanks Sephora.

Honestly, my first times at this store i was extremely let down, constantly ignored, i felt unwelcomed. Until a few days ago i was helped by veronica, and in all honest she really brought my spirits up and we had a great chat about makeup, giving this place 5 stars because of her!

The worst customer service! One woman greeted me at the door, and beyond that it was the most unwelcoming experience. There were multiple employees standing around talking to each other. No one offered to help me. When I asked for help, the lady acted as of it were a huge inconvenience. When the product I was looking for was not available she did not offer to help me find something comparable. I HIGHLY suggest finding another store to visit even if its out of the way.

The attention is very bad, it is the third time I go and they always attend me, with a bad attitude, the employees, they are always unwilling to work and I have never been able to buy anything, because they do not know how to guide and help the buyer with what he needs. I will not come back

The employee who attended me and helped me find the products I needed was kind and patient. They are well stocked with merchandise. You have to pay for parking.
