I had such a whirlwind experience finding my dress at the aptly name The Find Bridal shop. My budget wasnt the most generous but Alexis assured us we could find some beautiful and unique options. I tried at least three times as many dresses at any other store and never came as close to loving any dress as much as I loved EVERY SINGLE dress I tried at The Find. Their selection is divine and each dress was so impeccably made...Im talking couture level finds. The Otilia Brailoiu dress that I fell in love with had a jammed zipper and a broken button loop, but Alexis made sure to give us a great price. I highly recommend coming here to find your dress!

These are sample dresses, and not particularly size 8-12 like you’d find as samples in a boutique. Rather, they are first-runs or dresses that have been worn by tiny models for photo shoots. If you’re not really skinny, temper your expectations. However, love the concept and the staff.

Went to The Find Bridal this past Friday with 2 of my girl friends. Alexis greeted us and helped us pick out some dresses; he was super helpful and sweet. The first dress I saw when we walked in, was a Berta dress I had kind of fell in love with when I saw it on the Berta website prior to coming here, and it was my size!! :-) He was super patient and didnt mind that I wanted to try on more dresses to make sure that was the one, and he worked with me to make sure it was in my budget. I love my dress, its so gorgeous and actually pretty comfortable and light! It is in sample shape with a few snags, embroidery and beading that needs touched up, but its what I was expecting knowing I wasnt quite willing to shell out the cash for a made to order dress. All of the flaws were pretty small, not very noticeable, and totally fixable. I cant wait to wear this on my wedding day

I found my dress here! I had such a beautiful experience and time with my mom and grandmother. Alexis helped tremendously also. I’m absolutely speechless still

Eager to find my wedding dress, I specifically set an entire day to visit several bridal stores in the Coral Gables area this week. The Find Bridal was my first appointment of the day. Although running slightly behind on schedule (because of course, Miami traffic :/) I called so they knew I was still coming. Alexis answered the phone and was completely understanding. Upon arrival we parked immediately in front of their store. Alexis greeted us as we walked in. He seemed to be the only associate in the store at the time and we were the only party there (noon on a Wednesday). As I sat with him to go over my budget, wedding details, style, etc. the first comment he made was I woke up not feeling like working or shaving today. Laughing it off, not thinking anything of it I carried on with our conversation. I shouldve noticed the lack of enthusiasm at that very moment and walked out the door, but I still wanted to give him the chance. He knew of my specific budget by way of the survey I filled out prior to my appointment and he seemed completely pessimistic. Mind you, although The Find Bridal carries designer it is still an outlet. What attracted me to their store to begin with is that they have sample sales year round. Yet, Alexis stated their dresses start off at $9000. He started pulling out dresses that were completely opposite of what I described I wanted. To appease him, I tried on a few of his picks. He walked me to the dressing room, hangs up my dress and told me to let him know if I needed help. Pause. Dont they normally assist you in getting the dresses on? Thankfully my bridesmaid was there to assist but at that point I was completely turned off. I tried on one dress and decided not to proceed. When I kindly expressed that it wasnt working out as I was leaving he asked if Ive checked out Davids Bridal. Not that that should be offensive, but his demeanor came off extremely rude. Out of all recommendations thats the best you had? Maybe Alexis had an off day but for an experience that should be nothing short of amazing for a bride-to-be, I would not recommend the Find Bridal. Thankfully my next appointment made up for it and I said YES to the dress that same day!

I loved this store, the vibe, the selection, the prices and how honest and helpful Carmen was! We had a very especial experience, and importantly for me, I never felt rushed or pressured to buy the dress. Carmen was so honest and upfront (not like most sales ladies who try to sugar coat how you look on dresses). Loved it!

Worst experience ever!!! I just gave them a star because is the only way to write a review, but they dont even deserve it. On my arrival nobody was at the door, we had to wait and make noises and even check in the back door for someone to come and help us ( I had an appointment). At the beginning the seller was really nice and showed me different dresses. To make the story short I fell in love with a Berta Bridal which had a huge discount (only if the dress was new and impecable conditions) the seller was really pushy like if he was selling a car, yes a car!!! unless you like going to a dealer to get a car dont go there!!! You dont really feel that bridal connection and the one to one with the seller. When he saw I really liked the dress he just wanted to take it to the cashier and sell it. I was a little confused and undecided, because when you are looking for your wedding dress you want it to be perfect and have that feeling that every bride should have. when I was still debating the other appointment arrived and the seller went to them. He left me there in the dressing room and just came back to check if I was going to take it with me or not. I finally bought the dress because of the huge discount, and I always dreamed to get married in a Berta Bridal dress. I noticed the dress had a red stain, the seller told me it was washable. I went home and when i was showing it to my brother he noticed the dress was a little ripped, had more stains and the tail was all dirty and also in the inside of the dress. The seller gave me the card of the lady that works in the shop doing the alterations for her to help me with the stain ( yes they dont do it in the store, all dresses are final sale so you better fall in love with the dress) I decided I didnt want to get married in a dirty dress so I went to return it, willing to pay a reasonable fee. We were there and they told us the owner was traveling, and that they couldnt get the dress back because it was final sale. while I was in the process of showing them how dirty and stained the dress was a mouse passed from one corner of the dresses to the other corner in between of me and my fiance. So yes, the dresses come included with a mouse, how disgusting is that!!!! The seller saw the mouse and he didnt even care, it was like if the mouse was the stores mascot. Finally after calling and speaking with the manager (the owner never gave us her face,all we know is that her name is Katherine) they charge me a fee of $500 and said they were giving me back the difference I paid. To all of you brides out there please try to go to a friendly and clean store where they get a bride and really help you to find your dream dress and not just to make profit out of your happiness.
