I just recently got married on October 23, 2021, and my wedding dress was amazing. I received so many compliments on how beautiful I looked. Angie was my bridal consultant, and she did a great job helping me find my perfect dress for the big day. I started my dress shopping journey very early in the year, and tried on several different dresses from 5 different stores all in the same day. Leggenda Bridal was actually my last stop, and honestly I wish it was my first, so I wouldn’t have to visit as many stores prior. Olga assisted with my fittings, and my dress fit perfect for the big day. They sized my dress to perfection, and it was actually comfortable to wear to the actual wedding. I have been looking for the mother-of-bride dress all over South Florida. Unfortunately, during the pandemic things have changed and it is truly difficult to find dresses as events are now just starting to thankfully begin again. I do not like to shop for these type of gowns on line as sometimes your size may be very different and you may have to go through returns. I was in the area and I called the store. Very funny story, I live 2 1/2 hours away from coral gables. We made our appointments to 4 different wedding dress stores one not being leggenda bridal. We went into the first store and had no luck! We left after 30 min. We had extra time so my SIL called leggenda and they were so welcoming. We went in they showed us a few dresses and then we scheduled to come back at four after we went to all of our other appointments. Needless to say I didn’t find my dress in any of the other shops. I walked in to leggenda tired and hopeless. Angie my consultant was able to reverse those feelings. She was so helpful and sweet! I had a great experience there! I came across Leggenda Bridal after purchasing my ceremony dress from there competition (Alegria’s Bridal). When I walked into the shop, my first thought was “This is where I should have purchased my ceremony dress from.” So many beautiful gowns. From wedding ceremony dresses to prom dresses. They have everything covered. Even cute flower girl dresses. But the best thing about my experience was the customer service. Olga is the best!! I recently bought my wedding dress there and Olga was the one who helped me. I brought my mom with me and we had such a good time looking through all the dresses. I had a low cut in between my breast and she able to place a piece of matching fabric to cover it a little and it looked as if the dress came that way. It came out perfect. I loved Leggenda Bridal. I bought my wedding dress there last week. I was received by Olga which was very patient and she know exactly what you want and finds you the perfect dress. The store has a huge selection of dresses and everybody is very friendly. I has a great experience buying my wedding dress there. Olga made me feel as special as a bride should feel!!!

I visited quite a few stores but loved the style of a Leggenda dress the best because of how it fit my body and provided great support in the bust area. It was the very first dress I tried on during my gown search and Natalia was very helpful. I came back the next day and an older lady assisted me, and she was very pushy regarding making a decision that day and reminding me about a sale that could end at any time. I already knew I wanted that dress but the pressure continued despite me saying I wanted to come back the next day with my mother so she could be there when I said yes to the dress! Shortly after, I decided to say yes to the dress despite my mom not being there. All this wouldnt have warranted a 3 star review, except...I got fitted a few weeks before the wedding. I came back for a final fitting 5 days before the wedding. I had some concerns about the bust area, and the seamstress recommended adding a pad in each bust. I asked her to smooth out the dress where it seemed wrinkled (this material seemed to wrinkle easily) and tighten it in the bust and a few other areas. She made the changes in the next couple hours, but when we came back the pads were not in the dress so I asked if she was still adding them. I tried it on again and the dress seemed to fit right despite a few wrinkles. She said it would allow for a bit more breathing room on the day of the wedding after I wore it for a while.My big issue is that it loosened A LOT in the bust area after an hour or so of wearing my dress on my wedding day. This was disappointing for me because I chose the dress due to the great support and shape it gave me when I tried on the sample and they were able to tighten it with the clips (I was a wedding dress size 4 waist, 6 bust, 10 hips). I noticed as did others that my dress got large at the bust area, making my breasts fully visible if anyone got too close by the end of the night. Im not sure why this happened but I wish it wouldve been accounted for by the seamstress because Ive always seen trumpet-style, strapless wedding dresses on brides and the dress does not stretch out so much up top.

Went 10 minutes prior to closing and founded my dress ! Olga was extremely professional, she understood what exactly what I was looking for. Although it was 10 minutes prior to closing the staff treated me with no rush. Love this place !

I bought my mother of the bride there and Angie was amazing. After spending the day walking into every store in miracle mile and not all of the sales people were friendly. Angie went the extra mile. She assisted me proffessionally and very helpful. It was an amazing experience thanks to her and a bought a beautiful dress.

My experience, sadly, was not pleasurable at all. I had Olga as my consultant and honestly it was really hard to enjoy the appointment because I felt like she was pressuring me to choose a dress. She kept asking me how many dresses Ive tried on and what other bridal stores I have gone to, which was none of her business and truly didnt matter because regardless of my answer(s) I STILL could have found MY dress THERE at Leggenda. There was a point where I asked my mom what she thought about one of the dresses I tried on and Olga interrupted our conversation by saying (in Spanish): Excuse me, no disrespect to your mom but what YOU think about the dress is what matters, so tell me what you think. I was NOT happy at that point and the appointment went downhill. I felt like Olga didnt want to pull anymore dresses and the ONE that I liked, when I asked her if I could try it on again with a veil she was like I dont usually allow brides to try on dresses twice unless its the one. What is that?!?? Nope... never going back... even for that ONE that could have been my dress. She even made a comment about my mom taking pictures of me in the dresses. Literally went to Coral Gables Bridal right after and it was like NIGHT AND DAY. Unfortunately, this one was definitely my worst experience...

I went to Leggenda without an appointment and I was immediately accommodated. I was lucky to be welcomed by Olga, who was absolutely wonderful. She was very knowledgeable, patient and extremely helpful. I found my dress within one hour without hassle or pressure. I was a great experience and I cant wait to go back when my dress arrives.

I had an amazing experience at this place!. Their selection is one of a kind!. I bought my dreams dress, head piece, and veil here. From the store manager, to the consultant girls and the alteration ladies, everyone here is awesome! They are all very sweet, knowledgeable, and extremely patient. They always make you feel comfortable here and they take their time and wont leave until they are sure that you are absolutely happy. I will definitely come back to buy future events dresses.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience at Leggenda Bridal! Olga was extremely helpful, sweet, and patient with me. On my first visit to the store I found a dress I loved, but I was not yet ready to say yes to the dress. Olga did not pressure me to make a decision and after trying on several other options at other locations, I realized I had already found my wedding dress. When I returned to Leggenda, Olga not only remembered me but also allowed me to try on several more of their wedding dresses, just to completely solidify my decision. While there are many other bridal salons in the area, none compared to Leggenda. I visited several locations and none provided the service I found at Leggenda, nor did they have the same selection of beautiful and quality wedding dresses. I would highly recommend Leggenda to any bride looking for their dream dress!

Today I picked up my wedding dress and all I can say that I had a wonderful experience. Angie was so helpful. Always giving me great advice. I am so happy I chose Leggenda Bridals for my important day. Would highly recommend them!

I was disappointed at first during my first two fittings because the dress was too big and the staff were not cooperative and just wanted to charge more money; however, Lurbin Ochoa saved the day and immediately understood what needed to be done to get the dress to fit better even if it meant more work for her. She is amazing and I have no doubt she is the best person to talk to if you want your dress to be perfect.

I absolutely adore Leggenda! I signed up to do their Leggendary Bridal Experience & it was the best decision ever! We had the entire shop to ourselves as well as had champagne and some delicious finger foods. Yanitza and Olga were so sweet and so so helpful! They pulled out not only the dresses I had selected ahead of time but also some of their own recommendations, which were all very in line with what I had in mind. I was able to find the exact dress I wanted & seriously could not be happier!

So I came into the store on Saturday the 24th of November in search of a wedding dress. Needless to say as I walked in a lady stood from behind a desk and I said hello. She looked at me and asked can I help you I responded by saying thank you yes I am looking for a wedding dress. She looked at me not very pleasantly and asked how much are you looking to spend. I told her approximately what I was looking to spend and asked what were the rates of the dresses. She looked at me and pointed across the street and said maybe you would find something more comfortable or suitable at Davids Bridal. I was not thrilled with the expression on her face nor the customer service that I was given for something that was supposed to be an exciting day. Customer service goes a long way especially when it comes to doing business. In actuality I did not have a limit as to what I would have spent on my dress but the fact that she felt the need to ask me before we even discussed dates colors or anything spoke volumes to me. I did actually find a wedding dress at another location and I spent well above the quote I gave her. Because this was not about price it was about helping me find something that I would be happy with!

I had a lovely experience with the ladies at Leggenda Bridal. They were professional and very talented, especially when it came to the alterations. I loved my dress and they really make you feel beautiful each time your trying on the dress. Thank you ladies!

While I was weary of the walk-in only policy on Saturdays and the layout being a shared room for all brides, I must say I had a wonderful experience at Leggenda! I had been to 3 other bridal shops but had stumbled upon Leggenda online because I was looking for a certain style. Leggenda not only had the type of bridal gowns I was looking for- they had a huge variety of styles which were very reasonably priced. The big shared room ended up being a really fun atmosphere because other brides friends/family respectfully gave their 2 cents, which was helpful to me!Natalia was GREAT. I appreciated her patience and most importantly that she listened to me. She was so kind, and I look forward to seeing her and the Leggenda team again for my first fitting!Thank you Natalia!

**I feel the need to revise my review because of how strongly I feel over this issue. I stand by my statement in saying that Olga was helpful in helping me and my mother with our dresses. However, after purchasing my dress and having to deal with the alterations process, I find myself needing to put this out there to help others avoid the same issues. It has been two months now since my wedding date and I have mixed emotions on how I felt about my dress for that day. It all began with the alterations. I went in for my first appointment and the seamstress that helped us (I don’t remember her name) was cold, abrupt and wanted to get done as quickly as possible. I maybe had her attention for 10 minutes. She ripped out the inside padding because it needed to be removed but that ripping caused external obscurities with the dress and you can see that it changed the initial shape. I explained the alterations I was looking for and I asked if she understood. She insisted that she did but I left that day feeling unheard and feeling uneasy about it. I then went to the follow up appointment and my fears were validated- I knew she would mess up my dress. One side of the dress was longer than the other, the bust part where she ripped out the padding was messed up and the insert in the center that I asked for was poorly and incorrectly done ( I asked her to remove the mesh and she simply inserted fabric behind it). It was horrible. Throughout the entire wedding process I did not ask anyone for much, in fact, my bridesmaids wore $99 dresses and could do whatever they wanted for shoes, jewelry and hair and makeup. I say this to let you know I was not a bridezilla by any means. But that day that I went back for my appointment, I was devastated. The one thing every girl dreams of is her wedding dress and how she will feel on her special day. I broke down and felt so robbed of this moment. It felt very much like I was just a number and another purchase to them rather than having made to feel like this was a special moment.When I was there for the fitting where everything was completely wrong, the woman working the floor and the seamstress for that day, Consuelo, did make me feel better. They reassured me that they would fix it but there was definitely tension. I am not going to say that I did not appreciate their efforts but overall, I felt defeated. Consuelo went to work on my dress and I have to say that it was a million times better than the attempt from the other person before her. It really was. It “fixed” the mistakes from the previous seamstress but there were still issues that were there from the first attempt. For example, the bust part- ripping out that padding was the worst thing to do to the front of the dress, it left a strange indentation/shape that can be seen in many of my photos. I will also say that I pleaded with them to make it tighter and more secure on top and looking back on my wedding day, I felt like they fell short here too. It was not secure and I don’t feel overall as if I was heard. When I went back to pick up my dress from the final fitting, it was a couple of days before the wedding. I was not 100% happy with my dress but I felt like I had no choice and I could tell that we were not wanted in the shop from the moment we walked in. It felt like I was a problem and they wanted to rush me out. Seeing the pictures now and realizing how I felt that day, I am saddened by my experience and hope that you take precaution in selecting your dress. Make sure it is 100% what you want and ensure that the alterations are in line with your vision.

I went in without an appointment annoyed by the cattle herding across the street at Davids Bridal and they took me in without an appt. Within 15 minutes we had about 7-8 dresses chosen for me and I was trying them on. I said YES TO THE DRESS within 45 minutes. No pressure, no rush, no expectations... just to the point and made me feel super special. They were polite, hardworking and super knowledgable. THEY picked out the dress I fell in love with. I would recommend them over and over again. Oh, and I loved that its only 3 brides at a time. You have a ton of mirrors and when you say YES!! They make put the cherry on the cake by bringing out bubbly and having the entire store know how excited you are! If there were more stars I would totally give it to them! 9/2/17 Bride To Be!

I co-chair a large gala in Naples, FL and have always spent a great deal of time looking for the perfect gown for our high end event. I discovered Leggenda Bridal online and decided to drive over to Coral Gables to check it out in person. The boutique, staff and selection far exceeded all of my expectations! The manager Yanitza was incredibly helpful and provided the best customer service Ive ever had. For the past 2 years, Ive purchased the most gorgeous gowns at Leggenda and have received countless compliments! They have an extensive selection of special event dresses in an array of colors and price points, many are beautifully jeweled, wonderfully detailed, classic or more contemporary in style, unique accessories, along with a very talented alterations team. Had scheduled a bridal appointment here and they were so busy with prom dress shoppers that I waited over 45 minutes past my appointment time. They were not nice to me at all since I do not speak Spanish and they made me feel like an outcast. They even assigned an employee to me that didnt speak any English. I would never buy a dress from them even if I loved it - the service was terrible.

7 years ago, I walked in the store and was never offered the experience a bride to be is supposed to get, I was never offered to try on different gowns either. I did however fall in love with a gown that was showcased by the window and I purchased it. The day of my wedding, I put it on and while it fit perfectly, it was a little short and you could see my shoes as I walked down the aisle.. the worst was the veil that I should have tried on prior to my wedding day!! That thing would not sit straight and was horribly crooked. For Gods sake people, try on your purchases to make sure it fits you properly. The gown and veil were stunning, the seamstress is what ruined them!

This is a great store- the staff are all so sweet and patient. I had a great time there and felt like a princess!
