I said yes to the dress at Merlili Bridal! Manuela worked with me to find the perfect dress. She asked what I liked/disliked and quickly gathered a couple dresses for me to try on. The experience was great! She was very welcoming and the rest of the staff was as well. I recently went to pick up my dress and she instantly remembered me, which was such a nice feeling. I would recommend going here, at least to try on dresses. They have such a nice selection!

Before you buy the dress they will butter you up. After you buy the dress good luck getting a hold of them. They don’t answer their phones. They will order the dress in huge sizes so they can charge you extra for alterations. Overall horrible experience. What a shame. Now my wife to be has to get her dress altered else where with only 2 weeks until our wedding. Disappointing doesn’t cut it.

I was on a time crunch to get my dress while in town with my parents who live in Keywest. Manuela was very sweet and not pushy at all during our consultation. She truly wanted me to find the dress and understood how important that was. She was extremely patient and even reached out to the designer to have my dress manufactured with the alterations that will make me feel the most classic and bridal for my wedding day! Went in with a friend who is getting married next year. We were greated warmly and treated like family the entire time. My wedding dress team (mom and best friend) and I, traveled to Miami for a two-day dress hunt/girls vacation! The customer service with Merlili was great from the beginning, from prompt response to my message on Wedding Wire, to flexibility when I needed to change the date due to COVID. My appointment was early in the morning during a week day and we had the store to ourselves. My consultant Maria Teresa was so caring and knowledgable. I loved the dresses she chose and was really happy that she allowed us to also look around the store and choose options. Seriously, the selection is absolutely gorgeous, I literally felt like a kid in a candy store! Thank you to Maria Teresa for her patience, even when I decided to honor my other appointment I had that day. Ultimately, I returned, and said yes to a stunning Wona Concept gown! Maria Teresa stuck around after hours so I could come back and officially say yes to the dress, complete with pictures and a glass of champagne. I couldnt have asked for a better experience. Incredible experience! We came to this bridal shop to try on a specific dress they had. The dress I came in for was not it for me YET they pulled several options and the 4th dress was IT! Done! And I absolutely loooove it! Plenty of options and great prices!

The most beautiful wedding dresses available! I promise you wont be disappointed. My daughter (the bride) and I came from West Palm Beach for her fitting, and they were gracious enough to accommodate us, preparing the bustle on the spot so we didnt have to make a return trip. This boutique is all about the bride, though, as there are no options for mother of the bride dresses and bridesmaid dresses are just average. I am pleased with the friendly, knowledgeable staff who welcomed us like we were family. The BEST place to shop for a wedding gown.

I found Merlili on Google based on their photos. They had a bunch of pictures of styles I was interested in so I called to book an appointment and they fit me in on a Saturday morning.Immediately my girlfriend and I are greeted by Jackie. She was so kind and got straight to the point about asking what style I was into and for pictures. She grabbed a bunch of dresses and then my fairy tale day of trying on dresses began! Let me tell you, I felt AMAZING in all of their dresses. I felt like a supermodel! I couldnt believe how Jackie got each dress to fit me like a glove. I also couldnt believe the number of dresses fit into my budget! So many beautiful options! I cried lots of happy tears - probably because of the champagne we brought. Its great they let you drink!! Just keep the drinks off the main floor ;)The best tip I can give is to make sure you give yourself plenty of lead time before your dress is ready. My dress will take about 6 months! For a first-timer, I did not know it would take that long. It makes sense of course! Again, their dresses are amazing. This was not an issue for me because luckily I have plenty of time before my wedding.In summary, Jackie and all of the sweet ladies ( I believe Marta is one of the ladies I met as well.. all great!!) will take care of you like youre family. They will help you take pictures, let you cry, and let you try on as many dresses as you want! I never felt rushed. Did I mention it felt like a fairy tale? I am from Jacksonville, FL and was only in coral gables for 1 day to find a wedding dress. The team at merlili made sure they could help me in every way possible to make my wedding dress dreams come true. I found *the* dress here, probably because of their vast options of all the prettiest and trendiest styles. When the dress was delivered, They were also able to do the first fitting and finish all alterations within one weekend. This was amazing accommodation because it allowed me to travel only once more to pick up the dress ready to go. The alterations looked perfect and within good budget. The owner Lilli is so kind and welcoming and her team is amazing. During my process of picking my dress, I visited many boutiques and this one was truly my favorite. I came in only 4 short months away from my big day and fell in love with a gown. Lilly called me about 10 minutes after I left my appointment to confirm that she had already checked and it was available for rushed shipping. Extremely attentive staff and made me feel like a princess! They have the best selection of gowns and veils and an overall really positive vibe throughout the whole store . Highly recommend!

Not impressed. A coworker recommended this place, so I had high expectations. She mentioned customer service was great and prices were also affordable.Customer service wasn’t good at all. The sales person didn’t even know how to make the dress look nice. The clips were all over the dress.... the straps were falling all the time and she didn’t even try to fix it while I was showing the dress to my family. The manager was there all the time and still no help.. very disappointed.

At first Olympia helped me and she was amazing! When it came to alterations they altered my dress totally wrong! Another seamstress had to work on my dress which I was grateful for her but even she was stressed. She has no idea how to fix it.Then they expected me to pay for the dress! This all happened in the day of my wedding. I was suppose to walk down the aisle at 2:30! I was 3 hours late to my wedding. Most of the people left my wedding!!! If it wasn’t for the first seemstress messing up my alterations I would have gotten my dress on time !

Seriously the BEST service! Merlili was my last bridal shop of my experience. I had had a tough and long day and was beginning to feel discouraged, until I walked in here. Their prices were amazing, their bridal consultants were amazing, and my seamstress was amazing. I cannot say enough good things about them.I was on a budget for my wedding, and the Miracle Mile bridal shops were all so pricey and I was shocked when I saw how affordable they were for couture gowns.I was also on a tight time constraint (my engagement was only a few months) and they made sure it got here in plenty of time, even following up with the company that made the dress multiple times with all my requests and inquiries.I was so nervous about seeing my dress that the second it came in they let me come look at it to calm my nerves. It really felt like a big family in there and it was so amazing. Even the seamstress who spoke mostly Spanish (which I do not), never ONCE got frustrated with me even with me and worked her absolute hardest on my dress and it came out better than I could have ever dreamed.I HIGHLY recommend Merlili for all of your Bridal needs! They hear your vision, and know exactly what you are looking for and are so so sweet and helpful!

I honestly loved every dress I tried on and was down between two dresses when she asked me a couple more questions and reappeared with what ended up being the dress I said yes to. I went in not thinking I would decide because I couldn’t have any of my girls there for opinions only my grandmother and mother, but Manuela totally filled the role and found me my dream dress. Last May I went wedding dress shopping at Merlili. I had the 10am appointment, and the lady was 15 min late in getting the shop opened. Log story short; we got my dress here. It was gorgeous, and it was in my price range.We got the first round of alterations in December for my February wedding. While at my fitting they advised that we pick the dress up the Thursday before my wedding, because I may slim down a little bit (after I thought it needed to be let out in the corset). They insisted we wait, and that the alterations in February would take no more than an hour.On Wednesday at 7pm before my wedding I got an email from a shop Manager saying I just received a call from our seamstress Ana and shes experiencing an emergency and will not be able to come to the boutique tomorrow morning. Youre welcome to come in and try the dress on and take it if all is well, or I could reschedule you for the same time Friday morning, as she should be here Friday without problem, in case you still need any last-minute tweaks.I apologize for the terribly short notice! This was completely unforeseen. Im about to lock up the store but if you email me I will be able to see it from home. Kind regards,I never got an email or call that night. I emailed 3 times and called multiple times. Obviously this beyond stressed me out. I got a call at 10:30am on Thursday saying that I would need to come in on Friday and not Thursday. I went in at noon looking for a solution. The team there showed me pictures of the seamstresss daughter who had a broken leg. I understand that emergencies happen, but as a business you cannot rely on a single alterations girl with no back up plan. They told me that they would have the dress for me on Friday at 2pm (I would drive over between my Bridal Luncheon and my Rehearsal dinner). There were tears.While leaving, my Mother walked into J Del Olmo and asked them to help us. They immediately helped us find a solution; calling emergency shops in the area and asking their seamstress. They were able to get the adjustment done in 20 minutes.Am I glad I got my dress at Merlili? YesDid I love my dress? YesWould I recommend you trust this store and their customer service? No. They need better Management and ways at solving problems.

My experience at Merlili was excellent. I had already been to quite a very bridal shops before, and the service at Merlili was the best. I would completely recommend stopping there, especially if youre overwhelmed by all of the shops on Miracle Mile-- Merlili has a great selection, and my consultant Manuela was fantastic at listening to what I liked and finding the dresses that would best suit my vision.

My Bridal consultant Manuela was the absolute best! I was crunched for time and feeling super pressured and didn’t quite know what I wanted. Manuela was super patient and went through a couple of different options with me so I could better understand how I wanted to look on my big day. Definitely one the places To go dress shopping.

To give a review you have to put one star they deserve a negative number. My daughters first appointment for dress shopping and it was horrible. Even with a scheduled appointment they were not prepared, actually looked annoyed that we made our appointment time with 5-10 minutes to spare 👎👎👎

If I could give 0 stars, I would! This place is a JOKE! I took all my bridesmaid to get their dresses back in August and was assured the dresses would arrive in 3 months. Perfect! That would have given us plenty of time for my February wedding. One of my bridesmaid became pregnant a few weeks after the purchase of the dress, I called as soon as I found out to see if there was anything that could have been done. The young lady that answered said unfortunately since the dresses had already been ordered they couldn’t change the size but they assured that when the dress arrived if it didn’t fit they would do everything in their power for her to have a dress and she could pick a dress off the rack if nothing could be done. After 3 months the dresses hadn’t arrived and I started to call on a weekly basis, every time it was a different story! At one point they even blamed the pregnant bridesmaid was the reason the dress had been delayed because her’s was special order (Mind you they said the dress couldn’t be changed since the order had been placed) I explained that wasn’t true and I was put on hold and when she came back she said it was because the dress was coming from Australia. I continued to call with no success on the location of the dresses and It wasn’t till I went FULL BRIDEZILLA that I got an answer! BOY IS ALL OF THAT INFORMATION THEY GAVE WRONG! 5 months is what it took for the dresses to arrive! A MONTH BEFORE MY WEDDING! A MONTH! One of the dresses isn’t the correct shade of Navy and the lady at the story literally tried to say the designer just makes the dress that way when ALL of the other dresses are in the Shade Navy and that is the only one in MidNight Blue! My maid of honor and matron of honor are the only ones in a different shade which is Indigo! Oh let’s not forget that the Pregnant Bridesmaid now has to find someone to Frankenstein the dress because they had nothing on the rack for her to pick AND they wanted to charge for Alterations! You would think after all the lies and ordering a wrong dress the least you could do was Alter a dress for free. The Owner said they couldn’t and wouldn’t do that! How do you expect someone to leave a dress there to be fixed in time after all the problems that have already happened. I expected for the price of the dresses and being that it’s Coral Gables, I would have gotten quality service! That’s a Joke and so is this place. I’ve gotten better quality service at David’s Bridal than this place! Never going to recommend this so called Boutique! Thank the Lord I didn’t get my wedding dress from here! It probably would still be getting made in China by Cinderella’s mice!

I bought my beautiful dress here in February for my October wedding. I was lucky enough to find a sample gown that only need to shorten the lenght and take in the top at the sides. Pretty easy, so I thought.I went in for the alterations and the nightmare began: the first seamstress I worked with was very chatty and I dont think was paying enough attention because by time I came to pick up the dress it was all wrong. Top not taken in enough, falling apart at the seams (opening in my hands), rips in the tulle that were not there before, thread that was left hanging. To top it off I was initially given a bag to store the dress that smelled like mold. When I asked about it i was told they didnt have any others. I spent a weekend in tears and contemplated buying a new dress. Emailed the owner twice, asking her to call me but she never did. The sales girl scheduled me with another seamstress who I met for 3 additional fittings (went there 5 times total, I live 50 miles away). She told me that the other seamstress didnt do a good job because they dont pay much, even though I was not charged little for alterations. They were not concerned about the fact my destination wedding departure was getting close and kept on saying there was plenty of time. I had to take time off work to go there since there was no other way to complete my dress otherwise.I ended up being given a new garment bag and my dress was down on time.Except that before my first dance both my wedding planner and venue special events manager had to pin the bottom of it since I kept stepping on it, even with the bustle properly tied.Not an apology from the owner, not a refund for the alteration fee I paid (yet I had to drive there 3 additional times at 50 miles each way) and not a word on covering parking fees to make up for their poor work.This is not the experience I had envisioned when buying my wedding dress.

Worst experience. Ever. I walked in with my bridesmaids because I had made an appointment for bridesmaid dress shopping. First of all, I wasnt welcomed by anyone. I had to look for someone in the back of the store. The first lady I saw just stared at me so I told her that I was here for bridesmaid dresses and that I had an appointment at 1. She was completely dismissive. Pointed to the small section of bridesmaid they have and said that we can look there and she just walked away. I was interested in a WTOO dress I saw in their website but I saw nothing similar in their small section. If they had more selections who knows because I received no help. I read in an earlier response to a review about how they didnt see someones appointment in the computer. Well, this lady didnt even bother checking. Oh, but I must say, they seem to be very attentive with the clients who were there for wedding dress. I was so disgusted with their customer service that we walked out. I came down from Sunrise, FL to waste my time and the bridesmaids. I was embarrassed for having my girls make the drive to coral gables. Bridesmaid shoppers, avoid this store.

I am so upset with my experience with them. I called them to schedule an appt for my first fitting and when the lady answered she stated that while the customer in front of her is not more important than me, that she is going to have to call me back. She called back and stated that they have to schedule me during the week for a fitting since they do not do them on weekends. I was given oct 1 at 6pm. After leaving work early and driving 2 hours to get there 30 minutes before my appt, the lady tells me i did not have an appt and that I was scheduled for a completely different day at a wrong time. She didnt even try to accommodate me since they were the ones who made the mistake. All she kept saying is that they made a big mistake. So now I have to figure out when I can leave work again and make the trip down to get fitted. My wedding is less than a month and a half away and now I’m freaking out. This is very inconvenient considering the initial encounter was pleasant.

OK, so I came to Merlili because it was one of the places that had the dress that I liked (in store so I can try on). I had already gone to different places and tried on a couple of dress but the dress that I was showing everyone ended up being in this store. When I got to the store, the lady that took care of me wasnt all that great but I got to try on THE DRESS so I didnt care too much. The dress did not take 6 months to arrive as they told me it would. It took about 8 months (I was freaking out a bit). Luckily, I picked my dress out with plenty of time (May 20, 2017 for a wedding ate of March 3,2018).Then came the fitting appointment. My appointment was originally at 10am (on my moms birthday). They called me (I think it was a week before) to change the appointment time to the afternoon. Point is I had to come in at 2pm already having other plans since it was my moms bday. The a;alterations lady, Anna, is very nice but I dont know if she should be in this business. She told me she was going to add some stuff to the dress to make it straight and do the basic alterations. For the second fitting, Anna called me the day before to see if I can come in one hour later (my appointment was again at 10am). I had another appointment at 11:30am so I said no. I understand that life gets complicated but what are the odds that both days I have a fitting, she needss to reschedule? Anyways, I tried on my dress and I noticed that the things she said she was going to add werent there. She only made the adjustment for the length of the dress. She made us wait while she added the stuff and my mom pointed out that the sewing she did on the back made the dress look dirty so she added something to hide that. Then I tried on the dress again and more alterations needed to be made. She looked at me and asked if I could wait (I told her I have an appointment but at this rate my fiance had left without me to the appointment). She mentioned that we could come back later to pick it up but I wanted to get this out of the way. It was two weeks before the wedding so of course I had other things to do. Long story short, she only did basic alterations on my dress and they charged me $300. I think that is ridiculous. My mom couldve done the alterations for free but she thought we would get a professional person to do the job.Side note: There is a nice young girl that works there (I never got her name). She was patient every time I called to ask about the status of my dress (because again it came two months late) and she called me back after speaking to the manager regarding the status.

This experience is the worst that I have ever had. I flew here from California and thought that this would be the best store for me to get what I need for my wedding. After flying here and already spending thousands I walked into this store and the younger and older Latin women were absolutely likely disrespectful. I walked into the store and was immediately blown away from the product selection, but after selecting a dress I was led into the fitting room and then everyone disappear when another group arrived and I was so taken back by this experience that I would never want anyone to be waste time in this facility that does not value customer service. Not only that but after multiple calls someone I could have simply been told that there was mass conjestion and traffic back up due to construction. This could have all been prevented and going forward there are too many options in south beach to deal with this behavior. I cannot believe that with the stress of wedding planning younexpect me to spend my hard earned money on your location. I just want the next person not to experience what I had to go through

I purchased my dress on January 2018 with Manuela. she was absolutely amazing very helpful and professional it was a great experience choosing my dress with her help. Unfortunely my experience when My dress arrived 6 months later, I went to the first fitting and the seamstress was the most unprofessional person I have ever met Josefina. She just had a bad attitude and was telling me and my mom that she wasn’t paid enough for her work, I shouldnt have to know this as a customer she was over worked and under paid is what she said I was shocked but kept quit since my wedding dress was in her hands. She scheduled a follow up fitting and I requested the day off from work, the day before the fitting she re scheduled my appointment for a later date. When I went on the new date she was 2 hours late and I was late to work because of her. Her excuse was that she over slept. Another date was set for the final fitting and dress pick up, she was there with another lady I believe named Martha. Honestly those two should not be put together I can here them arguing in the back room and when they gave me my dress it was all wrinkled and I asked them to steam my dress, josefina rolled her eyes and Martha said she couldn’t do it because she had other customers to worry about however the store was empty!!!! She was just as rude as josefina and I had to leave my dress there the entire day so she can steam it my sister had to go in the afternoon to pick up my dress and since I was at work I lost the experience of picking up my dress and taking it home my self :( This store has beautiful dresses but management needs to hire people who are more professional. Jofefina is rude and Martha is lost and confused all the time. hot mess!!!

As I walked I saw this store between and from the first moment Manuela the girl who attended me was super friendly. He asked the right questions to get to know me better and know that I might like him.

When I was looking for my dress I went through 5 different stores, trying to feel that unique connection to the suit that I would wear on my wedding day.
