This is THE place to find your perfect wedding dress. When you enter the store, it’s in such a beautiful location with a chic yet very calm and welcoming ambiance—large fitting rooms. What I HAVE to recommend is always ask for MARISOL!!! She is THE best. I showed her a photo of what I was looking for that was out of my price range and she literally pulled together items that looked identical and was in my range from another designer. Before we started she sat down with me and asked me very important questions that one wouldn’t typically think of. She really listened to me and took notes and then pulled together the most perfect options. Marisol is so kind and works with your budget and finds you THE dress. She cares how important this day is and is so kind. I can not emphasize how amazing she is. I had 3 appointments at different weddings shops that day. I am a very very indecisive person. This was the 1st shop and on the 3rd dress I tried it was the one- that would not have happened without Marisol’s guidance, kindness, and really taking the time to listen to my wants. I had such an incredible experience at Chic Parisien! They have a great variety of absolutely gorgeous dresses. I loved every single dress I tried on. Alejandra was so nice and listened to what I wanted, and I ended up with the first dress I tried on. The atmosphere is fun and relaxing. I didnt feel rushed at all or pressured into making any decisions. I highly recommend Chic Parisien!

I went and tried wedding dresses for the first time today and I had Kati helping me out. I cannot recommend Kati enough. Even though picking a dress was something I’ve dreamed of for so long, I was incredibly overwhelmed and nervous on the day of my appointment because I didn’t know exactly what I wanted. Kati was patient with me and I felt listened to. She did a great job helping me find out what I liked, what I didn’t, and a dress I LOVE.

Chic Parisien has so easily been the best part of my wedding planning experience so far. Finding a dress is probably the most personal and emotional choice of the entire wedding weekend, and for me the most stressful. Each place I went before Chic, the stylists tried to push me into picking a dress that wasnt perfect saying theyll do a million alterations and that Im not going to find my perfect dress. At Chic Parisien, Alana understood exactly what I wanted, made me feel confident in my choice, and found me the most stunning gown that I am so beyond excited to wear on my day. She never made me feel pressured, and even let me come back three times with different friends and family for their look. So happy to have said yes to the dress there and cannot thank Alana enough for the incredible experience so far!

I had an unsatisfactory experience at Chic Parisien. I saw there were mixed reviews and I wish I had listened. I was very excited to go here as they have a lot of great designers and the store is beautiful. However, my consultant was extremely pushy and just trying to make a sale. After spending a lot of time with me, she barely said bye. I wasnt ready to make a decision so I asked if I could come back another day, but she made me feel like I dont want to ever go back there. I also wish they wouldve warned me that I would be in the same room as my guests, rather than just throw us in there. I wouldve dressed differently had I know Id be undressing with them there.For being a high-end bridal store, I expected more and was extremely disappointed. I dont recommend wasting your time here unless theres a specific dress you can only buy there. There are so many other places you can go.

I just recently said yes to the dress here and it was such a great experience. Marisol was amazing! She was a fantastic listener and by the end of my appointment, I had found the one because of that! I highly recommend Marisol and Chic Parisien.

My experience at Chic Parisien was an 11 out of 10. Everyone there made the process so easy and stress-free. I could not have wished for a better experience. Alana made my whole experience!!! Shes the best! She was patient with me as I tried on so many dresses before finding the one! Recommend checking out the trunk shows as well for an opportunity to try on different dresses and sometimes nice perks! This was the worst possible dress shopping experience I ever could’ve imagined. My family and I were judged from the moment we walked in based on the $4k budget I submitted online at the time of the appointment booking. Lucy was my consultant. She was very quick to tell me that I couldn’t afford to shop at Chic Parisian and that I should expect to get a cheap, low-quality, “non-silk” dress because that’s all every other bridal shop in Florida carries. I’ve looked forward to wedding dress shopping since I was a young girl and have been looking forward to this very day since I got engaged. My mom and sister came into town so this was supposed to be a very special moment. I never expected that on what is supposed to be one of the most exciting and fun days of this wedding planning process, that I would be made to feel lesser than. This was extremely disappointing and I will NEVER recommend that anyone visits this shop. Thankfully there are several great bridal shops on miracle mile with consultants who truly care about making every brides experience special and joyous. I hope every bride who reads this runs the other way- there are beautiful, high-quality dresses from fabulous designers at stores where the consultants don’t act like they’re too good to waste their time on you. This is your day and I can promise you that you don’t want to spend it at Chic Parisian.

Reading the reviews everyone is saying the same thing. As a African American I definitely won’t be giving theses workers my money. Shane on you women who work here. Happy there are other bridal shop in that area, future brides are suppose to feel excited while dress shopping definitely won’t let you guys ruin that experience for me. I bought my wedding dress here about 3 months before my wedding. The dress was absolutely stunning, and CP’s selection was fantastic. I’d gone to several other boutiques where I found ok dresses, but at CP I found 3 that I loved and of course chose one. Because we had a religious ceremony I needed a Bolero to go with the dress for the ceremony. The seamstresses at CP were beyond amazing. They created a stunning bolero that looked like it was apart of the dress. It was fitted and came off easily after the ceremony. Everyone at the store was so friendly! Being that it’s covid I mostly attended fittings alone. But I got to know everyone and I did not feel alone (and they were awesome about holding my phone for my mom to FaceTime). Just a great store and experience.

DO NOT GO HERE. Horrible experience with despicable customer service. Consultant was belittling, condescending, and had attitude the entire time.

Kendall is the amazing! She was so sweet and so attentive! She is knowledgeable and really knew what to show me. We ended up loving one she chose that was not the style we originally wanted! Love her style!

What a shame! I had been anticipating trying on dresses at Chic Parisien for weeks. I called prior to booking my appointment to get some information on pricing. The woman I had originally spoken to told me the dresses started at $2500 and that they had a BIG selection in that price range. My budget was $3000. I got there for my appointment today, the woman who greeted us was AWFUL. Just plain rude and had the worst vibe and immediately turned us all off. When she asked me my budget, she made me feel like such a peasant. Didn’t make me want to try ANYTHING on. I was taken back 30 minutes past my appointment with no apology, like our time didn’t matter. I was taken back by a different woman (thank god), though she wasn’t much better. She was fake and not the least bit genuine. She asked me what my budget was, and went on explaining how all their dresses are between $4000-$8000+, and that there would be maybe ONE dress in my budget. I tried on a few dresses for the heck of it since we had driven over an hour. I would NEVER recommend this place. Truly made me feel like scum of the earth, which as a bride, is just disgraceful.

I can’t say enough good things about my experience at Chic Parisien. One, they have the best of the best when it comes to high end dresses. Two, my mom and I were greeted with champagne and our own private room... we felt pampered! Three, NICOLE!! She was she sweetest angel I had the pleasure of helping me throughout my whole dress shopping experience, and I went to A LOT of places! She made the experience that much more enjoyable and really made me feel comfortable! She was extremely helpful and just overall pleasant to be around. Although I didn’t find my dress here (I found it next door at their sister store), I would HIGHLY recommend this store, especially Nicole!

Ill give it a 2 for its location and appearance but the customer service I received was extremely displeasing, especially coming from someone whos been working there for quite some time. I was not surprised to read many other unpleased customers express their feelings about this one person. I had a very specific look in mind, and the associate referred to me as out of style and too young to cover up so much. She also mentioned that I would not be able to afford most of their dresses in which she was wrong.

After reading some negative reviews, I wasn’t willing to take my chances on this place. My mother-in-law convinced me to go with her to just look, as this is one of the only shops in the area that sells Maria Elena headpieces, and so I gave them a chance. Unfortunately, Chic Parisien lived up to their most negative reviews, and I terribly regret my decision.I found a beautiful Maria Elena headpiece for my wedding and made a deposit to order it. Later on I discovered that the same item/color was available on the Maria Elena website for almost $300 less than what Chic Parisien was charging. I called the store and spoke to the saleswoman who had assisted us (Alana, I believe is her name). At first, she told me that I was looking at the Australian website, and that was the reason for the discrepancy in the price. When I assured her that I was looking at the US website and would order the item from there in order to get a better deal, she said she would absolutely match the price for me. I wanted to be fair to her, as she had helped us in the store and made the sale, so I agreed to have the price matched. I was told that the item would arrive at the end of January, and I would be notified when it had arrived at Chic Parisien.Weeks went by, and by the end of February, I started to become concerned. I had not received any call or other communication from Chic Parisien about my headpiece. I contacted the shop and learned that my headpiece had come in and had been sitting there for weeks. No one notified me, which I found unprofessional and careless, but as long as I had what I needed for my wedding, I could look beyond that. I picked up and paid for the remaining balance of the headpiece.It did not occur to me until afterwards that when I paid the remaining balance due for the headpiece, I was paying the original amount, which was higher than the price on the [US] website for Maria Elena. I called and emailed Alana, and she claimed that we had agreed that the store would provide me the difference in the form of a store credit, which I could use for earrings. We never agreed to this, as I didn’t love any of the earrings they had to go with the headpiece. And what else would I do with a store credit to a bridal shop when my wedding was only a month away?I contacted my credit card company to dispute the charge, but of course without having Alana’s statement in writing, it’s a challenge to prove what she had originally promised.I have not received any official store credit - no gift card, etc. - but based on what the store claims, I suppose I can go to Chic Parisien one of these days and buy some bridal pieces (although I am now married). It’s very clear that Alana and the owner of Chic Parisien care about making sales and not providing basic customer service, or even common courtesy, to their clients. I can guess that if you spend enough here you will get treated a little better than I did, but I still advise brides to stay far away from these frauds.

This is the first review I have ever written. I cannot stress enough how amazing Chic Parisien, the owner, and their staff were! They were not in the least bit pushy, were so nice, and just so willing to accommodate you for whatever price range you were looking for. I was worried this process was going to be stressful, but I booked an appointment here and a couple hours later ordered my dress. This place is a MUST.

Ask for Alana! She is professional and caring and she was able to read me immediately! She quickly understood what I was looking for in a wedding dress.

This was not an entirely disappointing experience, however the owner is why I am giving one star. The boutique is exactly as they say -- very chic, with the a small selection of high-end designers and somewhat varying prices. The staff seemed well-versed in their trade. The owner, Catherine, on the other hand was braggart. She was condescending and would attempt a conversation only to become distracted or give a blasé response. She gave you the impression that she didnt have time for you unless you had any notoriety, to no doubt boast of on social media. I hope I caught her on a bad day, perhaps she got a flat on her way to work or she left her coffee at home... For some reason, I doubt it. I wont waste these memories on a place whose owner lack heart. I left.

Chic Parisien was the first boutique I visited since my mom had found her wedding dress there 32 years ago. I tried on a couple of dresses and found the exact one I had been looking for within an hour! The dresses are gorgeous and the service was great.

A discrete place with a magnificent choice of wedding dresses. All well known designers and a very specialized team for to make the always needed adjustments.

My aunt purchased her dress here almost 30 years ago! So I gave it a shot and found my dress on the first visit! I enjoy that the seamstresses give you time to really enjoy your dress while attending fittings and help as much as they can without emposing their opinions. I have had no problem with scheduling when I am running a little late they have always accomadated! Thank you Chic Parisian!

Im finally getting married and of course the Store to visit is Chic Parisien in Coral Gables. From the moment i walked in i felt like Cinderella. I had made my appointment with Alana very sweet and attentive and very professionals i gave her some pictures of what i was looking for ...OMG she brought like 3 styles which i really liked ....I tried my first dress and i said No Alana this one is to much for my Steven that the dress was not for me i kept staring at the mirrors very patient LOL ...Then i tried the second dress after maybe 30 minding ask me why it took me so long to change ...I guess because Alana was so nice to me, so then i change into my second dress and that was my dress MG i could not believe it from the moment i put that dress on i fell in Love. She really knew what i was looking for ....If you are looking for your Dream Wedding dress go to Chic Parisien in Coral Gables make your appointment with Alana she is the best! I was very excited and eager to try on wedding gowns at Chic Parisien but after having a sales person laugh at me, I was extremely discouraged. They carry beautiful gowns but the atmosphere is uninviting and snobby. I would travel 2 hours for a gown to avoid doing business here.

Wow how i wish i read the reviews before coming here. I thought i was the only one that was treated rudely by Lucy. She made me feel like a peasant. As if i did not belong there. She made me feel uncomfortable and disturbed by all of her remarks. I am an event planner myself and i will NEVER recomendable any of my brides to this location. I am just so shocked someone can treat another person with such poor service and respect. This is suppose to be a very special moment for my mother and I and she completely RUINED that. I told Lucy what i was looking for and she continued to bring me dresses that i told her i was NOT interested in! My wedding was a beach/boho wedding and she brought out some BIG FUNKY POOFY CHURCH DRESSES!! She wouldnt listen to me. After repeatedly telling her no... this isnt what Im looking for.. she would criticize my style. She told me that the front desk lied to me about the starting price range... and that everything on Miracle Mile was made from China. She asked me if i liked another dress from another store so i showed her a dress i tried on that i was in love with from a bridal store in wynwood. I told her it was an Australian Designer, Rue De Siene. And she began to insult the dress on me saying it was Too much and it didnt look right one me and that i probably couldnt afford something like that. My mother and I couldnt wait to get out of that dressing room fast enough. I took my business to LOVELY BRIDES.... bought the dress i showed her and couldnt be HAPPIER I DID! They treated us so well. I didnt mind going over my budget to a bridal shop that deserved my money. With that said, ladies ... this is YOUR moment.. and you deserve this very special time you wont get back. For me chic parisien was a terrible experience I dont recommend any bride to buy their dress in this place, they completely overprice their merchandise. I bought my dress here and at the end I decided to wear another one, so I went to de store to see what I could do and they told me that I had to pay for the dress in full because they couldnt return it, which I completely understood because it was part of the contract so I was willing to pay for the dress. However the lady in charged of the store was trying to charge me for things that were not reasonable and that they never explained to me. She was also a liar, when I bought the dress I wanted to add a detachable train and they told me that I had to wait for the dress to arrive to make any decision on the alterations, when I talked to her she told me that they were already working on the train and that they already had the fabric which wasnt true, so she told me that I had to pay in full for the train. So I asked her to show me the train to see what they were doing and it was a lie because the fabric wasnt even still there, so she say she would charge me half of it, I said ok but that she had to give be the fabric when it arrived and she said no, that she had to keep the fabric, which doesnt make sense at all, why would I pay something that is not even going to be mine? So what I mean here is that she was so contradicting in everything she said, and also very rude. For me it is not only what they were charging me, which was ridiculous, they treated me terrible, the lady has such a bad attitude and she is not willing to help you with anything, she is only interested in charging you extra money in every possible way that she can.

As the mother of the bride, and I have only one daughter, I wanted a very special dress for my daughters NYC black tie wedding. I decided on a Romona Keveza. To my knowledge, only one store in all of Florida carries the Romona Keveza line. So I traveled four hours to shop at a Chic Parisian trunk show featuring Romona Keveza Designs. Lucy was the designer dress consultant who managed my vision, and helped me turn my vision into my dream evening gown.I had already read the reviews on Lucy; she spoke her mind and was not always touchy feely. For me, Lucy was beyond incredible! She helped me find the perfect design, add my personal touch, advised me throughout the process and was extraordinarily patient! Lucy was confident, sweet, warm, caring, extremely knowledgeable and was able to beautifully draw design looks. The alterations women were skilled, speedy and very thoughtful and caring. Lucy set the standard as she oversaw my dress design to completion. Lucy and the alterations women did not let me walk out the door until I was 100% on every aspect of my dress. My evening gown was outstanding and so was my experience with Lucy at Chic Parisian!

I was very nervous about going to the shop because of the negative reviews. I made a special trip to Florida from Texas (where I live) to try on Monique Lhuillier dresses with my family, who live in the Miami area. I had already had two appointments one at J. Del Olmo (a positive experience) and Nordstroms at Merrick Park (a positive experience) BUT, I did not find my dress. I had called a week in advance for my appointment at Chic Parisien and spoke with a lady on the phone to reserve my spot. They confirmed my appointment the day before. When we arrive the shop was cute, just like the rest of Miracle Mile. My assistant was Alana. She asked me specific questions about what I wanted. I knew what I wanted at this point, which made it easy to communicate. All of my family and I knew my dress when I put it on ( it was the second try-on in this shop). Alana listened to my little requests, and she was very talented in making my requests a reality. I never felt pressured to buy. I feel I got a good deal on my dress. To top it off, I received a special Monique Lhilluir candle (the most divine scent ever) to burn when my bridal party and I are getting ready on my big day. They have incredible dresses- not a single one I saw had sub-par lace. I definitely recommend this shop for the perfect statement dress.

Great shop, very nice people (Lucy is the best!)

Very disappointed- I visited the store with my mother- the front entrance and room is beautiful- but theres actually no room with just the gowns- they just had a rack with 1 designer from a trunk show hung in a small, narrow, dark hallway- no wider than 6 feet (people could not even pass by you). The room that you try on the gowns in are the offices of the saleswomen. Bad light and very cramped. She invited me to look in the back-which is just a closet tightly packed with gowns in plastic bags- NOT helpful. The saleswoman went ON and ON and ON about how exclusive the brand was (its not), and how they were one of the few boutiques to carry it in country (also not true). It was a less than luxury experience and being ranted out about exclusive the gown your buying isnt what sells it. I felt like I was being sold a used car, not a wedding dress. I would advise any bride to avoid CP. I ended up buying a more expensive gown at another boutique.

I didnt have a good experience in this place, the people who work there are never in a good mood, except Alejandra the manager.I ordered my Ines Di Santo dress and it arrived many sizes larger, they had to adjust it at the store, which I felt was not my dress, because exactly if you go to one of these stores, you choose your dress, they take your measurements and they send it. to order, is so that the dress reaches your size. For adapting some sequins they charged me a very high sum.I dont live in the US and I didnt marry the dress. When I called the store to ask them to please send me photos so I could publish it on other pages, they told me that they didnt do that; To insist, they sent me some photos that obviously I could not publish because the dress could not be seen, they were moved.For me it was frustrating, I wanted to sell it, leave it and the store where I paid so much money, the only thing he told me was to pick up my dress.I deserved a good deal at all times, not just when it came to paying for the dress.That was in 2019 and all this time by phone I could not solve anything and Chic Parisien did not help me at all.I do not recommend the site, there are better.(Attach the photos they sent me to sell the dress)
