I said YES to Ella Bella RoZio :) for my wedding dress. If you are looking for a couture dress that will take your breathe away look no more. I am not the type to go out of my way to leave a review and I just cant help myself - I am so in love with my dress. I had looked at every store on Miracle Mile and I was exhausted, there were so many pretty dresses but none that had all the touches I would want. When I crossed Ella Bella Rozio I decided to give them a shot and Im so happy I did. They were so knowledgeable and talented with sketches and let me say they were also immensely patient. I had a hard time deciding on what I wanted. The lace and material of the dress is amazing. I could go on and on but all I can say is that if you are looking for the right dress to be made just for you - this is a place you should add to your list. I know Im really happy I did.

Terrible experience. I paid for four custom flower girl dresses and my girls were not able to wear them because of the poor craftsmanship and even poorer integrity by the shop owner and her daughter. I am going to report this business to the BBB and thank God that I found the dress that my flower girls actually wore from another store, with 24 hours’ notice. Stay away from this shop by all means. According to the daughter, her mother had a mental health breakdown and that’s the reason why we received such terrible service.

For several years this mother- daughter team, has made exquisite custom made designs for my special occasions. Their fashion style, customer service and attention to detail always surpasses my expectations.

Highly recommend! The dresses are beautifully designed and so unique. Everything they make is high quality. Everyone there is very kind and helpful. They go far and beyond to make sure that you are happy! I am always delighted to have the opportunity to have a dress made by the wonderful designers!!

I highly recommend their dresses!!! I have had three wonderful dresses made by the amazing team at Ella Bella RoZio. Whenever i went to the atelier for my fittings, I had a wonderful time talking to them. They always made sure I felt comfortable and happy. They were always welcoming and kind whenever I walked into the store.

Horrific!Let me start by saying I searched for over a year to find the perfect dress and when I found this place I thought I had found a gem. Was I wrong! Initial visits were pleasant and accommodating. But somewhere along the lines they believed I could not afford to shop at their store. Because of an untimely death of a family member, I was forced to push my wedding back 6 months. I made the initial payment for my dress which was 1/2 the total cost at the first meeting. When I came in for my second fitting, I scheduled a posted dated payment. On the day of planned payment they could not read my hand writing with my cc numbers so they called me on the phone. They could not reach me so proceeded to type in different sequences of numbers to find the right one. Chase cancelled my cc for potential fraudulent activity. My next fitting I was met by a gentleman I had never met who demanding full payment be made before I was allowed to try on their dress. There were multiple inferences made about my race and he even made a statement that we dont deal with people like you. The owner emerged after sometime agreeing to allow me to try on my dress prior to payment. I tried it on under tremendous duress was ok with it made payment and left sobbing. I hope this review allows future brides to strongly consider a bridal salon that is concern with making your day special and hopefully you won’t have the same degrading experience.

WOW is the word that comes to mind when I think of my many experiences with EllaBellaRoZio throughout the years. The dresses they make are one-of-a-kind creations that will make you feel beautiful and guaranteed to get you more than a few compliments. This terrific mother-and-daughter team is like having your very own fairy godmother! They listen, they design and with a few twirls of their magic wands, create something special and beautiful. They made my daughters baptism outfits, prom dresses and graduation dresses and I could not be happier with what they created. As if that were not enough, the visits to their atelier are special and always fun. I highly, highly recommend them! Rocio and Ella are not only talented, but also kind, sweet and good-humored. After working with them, you will feel as though they are family!

Rocio and Ella helped me so much! They made my dress, my bridesmaids dresses, my moms and my mother-in-laws dresses. We were all able to pick our own fabric, lace, veil, hair pieces, jewelry, etc. They have EVERYTHING you need. I, for instance, have scoliosis. So for me, having my dress specially made to my measurements was great. They take their time to sit with you and design exactly what you want. When you have your fittings, you feel like a princess. The ambience is extraordinary. They make you feel like you are the priority (as you should be!) rather than every other store I went to. Whether it be your wedding dress or a dress for a special occasion, I highly recommend getting your unique dress made at Ella Bella Rozio Couture.

My son is getting married soon. Several months ago, quite by accident, I came upon Ella Bella Rozio. The warmth I felt from Rozio as well as Ella made me feel right at home. It did not take long for me to see the dress I wanted and fall in love with it. Bad quality work and products, couldn’t lift the zipper and it was last minute before the performance of my daughter, needed to buy a different dress last minute as we were not in Miami anymore.
