All around best place I have ever been to. I reached out to Turn & Burn with a budget and a need. The vehicle I wanted was sold right at the end of the day. When I went in the following day Jack greeted me and asked what I was looking for and what my budge was deposit and monthly wise. Walked around and found a Beauty! After a few days of them getting her ready I went to pick up on a Wednesday. As they test drove it they found a little issue which I was notified about instantly by Matthew (my salesman). Mr. Jack Carter and his staff were Awesome and went over and above with excellent customer service. I initially bought a 2016 Nissan Altima, however, less than a week later some unknown issues came up. I called Jack and explained the issues and without hesitation, He requested I bring the car back. He researched the issue for a few days and returned the car. The issue returned again without hesitation Jack told me to bring the car back and I could switch the car. Not only did he find me another car, but the entire time we spoke he paid attention that I mentioned I wanted a SUV. I was able to drive off the lot with a clean Black BMW X3. Im leaving this review based on customer service alone. I did not purchase a vehicle from this dealership but I did negotiate on one with the rep named Matthew. He was the best car salesman Ive ever worked with. Open, honest, fare and most of all NOT PUSHY. I left the dealership with an offer to buy car fax and the opportunity to think about making a decision. It was a pleasant and comfortable experience and would recommend this dealership on that aspect of car shopping.

I did not see my review on here after scrolling pretty far down. Here it is. 5 star all the way. We went to look for cars the one day. Went to a couple places before this one. We got there and saw a nice condition car for its age. We were met by Matthew. He welcomed us and let us look a bit by ourselves. When we were ready, we test drove. Got back and bought one car and put a deposit down on another. We came the next day to get the second car but changed our mind on that particular car. Made a deal on another with no problem. Using deposit but Matthew didnt mind us changing our mind. We set up the deal for alternate vehicle. Bought it. Come to find out the original car sold to someone else the same day we rejected it. A problem occurred with one car two days later. They were more than helpful with the fix. They are all exceptional. Thank you Matthew, Jack and team.

From their website that makes it fast & easy to see what is available and provides the CarFax reports for review to completing the sale, I had a GREAT experience at Turn & Burn. Not at all what youd expect from a used car business-the entire staff is welcoming from the minute you walk in. Shannon answered all of my questions and made the experience feel like hanging out with an old friend rather than a car sale. I took my mechanic to the test drive-he found a very small issue and asked about it-this is when I really saw the heart of the business. They took the van in, checked it, confirmed the issue and gave me a price reduction on the spot because they were not able to correct the issue (my mechanic is going to be able to take care of it and now I can afford to have it taken care of). This is an as is lot; they didnt have to give a reduction so I could have the issue taken care of-this is when I knew I was in the right place! I highly suggest you check Turn and Burn if you need a vehicle!

Turn and Burn was my first stop. They were doing the check in of incoming cars and didnt have want I wanted ready. They put 2 on rush. I asked about one vehicle and was told that since Kia had only sold it for a year, it did not have a track record and it had a squeal when it started. Well, I test drove it, heard the belts squeal for a few seconds, bought it, took it to Kia for inspection. Twenty dollar fix for $2000 less that suggested retail. A month later I am really happy with the vehicle. The Kia mechanic raved about its condition.

If there was an option for no stars that’s what I would give very inconvenient staff all very stereotypical sat for hours even put insurance on a vehicle all to be turned down at the end of the process because of an address verification which they had as well as many other documents they then tried to proceed with oh let’s just find an old repo it doesn’t matter what it is or what it looks like just a complete run around and waste of three hours that we will never get back the company name really fits Turn and Burn ! Only place to buy a used vehicle! We bought a 02 Yukon with 130k had 0 issues was a great vehicle we had it for 3 months and someone pulled out in front of my husband long story short it’s totaled. We have been so happy with Turn & burn that we refuse to go anywhere else. We purchased a car for my sons birthday from Turn and Burn. The process was quick and easy. We took the car home, drove it a few miles and when we went to drive it the second time there was oil on my driveway. I messaged Turn and Burn and within minutes, Dylan, the service manager called me to schedule it to be brought in. I brought it in and they realized a seal inside the engine needed to be replaced. This was a big job, but they fit it in to fix it. Keep in mind that I purchased this car cash, as-is, with no warranty. They were under no legal obligation to help me out, but they did anyway. What would have been a very costly repair, they took care of, as thats the type of dealership this is. Obviously, it was an oversight on their part and on ours at the time of purchase. I could not be happier that we chose to buy the car there and I fully intend letting everyone know what type of people run and work at this place. Had we purchased elsewhere Im convinced we would have been told it wasnt their problem. I am thankful for their professionalism and their moral standards. Its not often you come across a business so willing to do whatever it takes to keep their reputation. I recommend this company 100%.
