I went to Stonecrest Honda online to find hours and noticed an option for valet service. Naturally curious I selected and called. Since COVID I now work from home and off days are just as filled with errands. THIS IS THE BEST THING I COULD HAVE EVER DONE!!! The gentleman picked up my car. I received a call when it arrive to service area. A texts with updates regarding work being done. I paid and my car was brought back to my driveway!!! I cannot be happier. I almost want to have something happen to the car so I can do this again!! Hopefully there will be a system to pay online and I will be flying in the sky!!! Please don’t hesitate, do it!!! Thank you so much!!!!

Literally everybody in this facility has spectacular and immaculate customer service. They actually show you that they care. The waiting room is very clean, they move fast as they can with service on your car. This is my second time coming here and I love it. They always make way to place you on their schedule (unlike the Hyundai dealership right across the street). Here they actually make you feel like you home. I will always come to this dealership for any services needed.
I only leave reviews if I have something nice to say- but it was quite impossible after buying a car from here. After paying for a tint that was “already set to be put on” it took a week of back and forth to get the tint hastily put on. After four hours with that because apparently the detail takes an hour, I got back tinted windows with debris under the tint plus a dirty car.Along with this I specifically requested my veteran tags get transferred over to my new car, no problem at all, absolutely can do. Today I get a brand new tag in the mail. I truly love my car, but I wish I would have gotten it somewhere else.
I made an appointment. Soon as I got there I was greeted by a service associate. A technician took my information and i was seated. They have a really nice waiting area with free coffee. The staff was very nice and my car service was done really quickly. I really enjoyed knowing what was being done on my car with the quick video I was sent.
Under no circumstances, would I recommend any individual to either purchase a vehicle here or get their vehicle serviced here. My 2020 Honda Accord currently has a recall. A week ago to this date, I called Honda and a representative scheduled and “ordered” the part necessary to fix the recall issue my vehicle is experiencing. Today I went to into the dealership to service my vehicle as per my appointment stated. I was told from one of the front desk representatives in the service department that the part needed to fix the recall issue on my vehicle was not only not ordered, but Honda has not even released authorizations and/or instructions on how to fix this issue. Aka, the part isn’t manufactured as of yet.Issues like this should never happen. I am a tax paying citizen who values his time. Today Honda of Lithonia Georgia wasted my time. If individuals who work there cannot articulate and/or communicate information effectively, then they shouldn’t be doing that type of job. Misleading people is detriment. Going forward, I would never have my vehicle serviced at this location again. I hope if anyone does decide to have their vehicle serviced there, double and/or triple check the accuracy of the information, Honda representatives are presenting to you over the phone.
Scheduled 4 days ahead for a routine maintenance, got there about 15 minutes early.... one associate told us right away that our associate would be with us right away about 30 minutes later the first associate took us to another. He was friendly enough. He told us that he recommended a tire rotation so we gave the go ahead. We waited and heard nothing for almost 3 hrs!!! When it was finally finished... we payed but he told us very little. We got into the car and the tire pressure light was on when it wasnt before. I drove off not saying anything just figuring that they forgot to reset the computer. Got home let it sit for a while, checked all 4 tires and they were all different pressures!! 29,42,40,36! Was not happy with the overall experience at all!!! Im not likely to return to the location especially after seeing and hearing so many negative reviews about this new location! Do better!
Professional and courteous. Kept me up to date with my service. Sent video of my vehicle as they were doing my oil change. Let me know that my inspection was done on battery, brakes, tires etc. In and out in reasonable time.
I went to Stonecrest Honda, on 9/11/2021, with the sole purpose of buying a vehicle in my business name. This was made very clear from the start. The salesperson and finance people were aware that I was signing on as the personal guarantor, with the understanding that the vehicle would not report on my personal credit report. Guess what, they lied! The vehicle was reporting on all of my personal credit reports within 3 weeks. I WAS LIVID!! They told me since Honda had funded the loan there was nothing they could do. They are not very honest and forthcoming at this dealership. Hell... they lied to get me in the building in the first place, saying they had a car that was available but turns out it was a loaner vehicle. I definitely will never do business with this dealership in the future. I may even take legal action against them to compensate me for double the interest I am being charged, even though this vehicle is plastered all over my personal credit reports.
I took my car in today 9/2/2021 to get serviced. I love the attentiveness and the communication that they have. I dropped my car off & left but I was still aware of what was going on with my car & what all I needed done. From the vehicle inspection video to the service advisor keeping you updated, I really appreciate Stonecrest Honda.

I would give the 0 star. I have left voice message to get call back. So, when I return phone calls no one is available to take my call. I feel disappointed with this dealer after I purchase a new vehicle. My information on the contract is incorrect. I had to drive back to the dealer for fix my remote and was told that the sales person did not do certain setting on my vehicle..TERRIBLE CUSTOMER.
I called in and asked if I could possibly be squeezed in for an oil change and tires rotated. I was able to get in and advised a possible wait from 1 hour to 3.5 hours. No wait at all and was only there maybe 30-40 minutes. Nice experience.
I went in to purchase a vehicle. Test drove the vehicle I wanted and agreed to see number from the pre-approval I already had from Capital One. That was the only authorization I gave. Next day I get a message from the credit bureau that they ran my information 5 times. Something I did NOT authorize. So beware they this too may have happened to you or will happen to you when you go here. Will be reporting this to the bureau. Thanks for nothing.
Purchasing a vehicle with Stoncrest Honda was THE BEST DECISION I COULD HAVE MADE!! Yes it was just that no exaggeration I started my car search on their website and started from there. I then not even 24 hrs later had received contact from a sales Rep by the name of Eboni. This woman knows her stuff and gave me the best customer service I received in a long time. At the time of my appt we test drove a Honda Accord she went over ALLLLLLL features of the car, the purpose of them and the benefits you would get out of using them. She made sure I was making the right car decision and would get my money worth as well. Although I had to wait on my car to arrive to the lot that was still no problem she kept in contact consistently on that arrival. Thank you so much Eboni for all your work and dedication to please your customer. As of July 23 I rode off the lot in my 2021 Honda Accord 1.5T SPECIAL EDITION with only 7 miles on her. My first time at Stonecrest Honda. I normally go to Phil Hughs Honda because of where I live but was in the area. Great service. Danny was helpful with going over what my car needed and didn’t push anything I didn’t want to do. Really liked the complimentary car wash. Not sure if that’s just for first timers or each time. Looking forward to coming back.
My salesman Anthony and the finance manager Justin were superb; however, whoever owns this dealership needs to at least place a vending machine in the common area. When purchasing a car, you are there for hours (5+) and starving by the time you leave. The least they can do is offer you a snack and something to drink. If you are going to buy from here please eat before you go. The lifetime warranties are a great plus. Everything else is great.

The new Honda of Conyers location is topnotch. The familiar servicemen are still there and added amenities are so cool. Service was thorough and explained in detail also via a video was sent to my cellphone so I could see and hear the evaluation of my vehicle.
I’ve always use the Honda dealership as my go to. Now that the location was moved from Conyers to Stonecrest, my drive to the dealership went from 15-20 min to now a 5min drive. They have awesome been upfront and have tried to work with me so I wouldn’t be paying to much. They update me along the way when they work on my car and I love the fact that they follow up with updates. TRUE PROFESSIONALS!

Loved my first visit to the Stonecrest location. The waiting area is very customer-friendly. I also like the technology they use to provide a vehicle inspection video, and then I get to review the estimate on the work they are recommending. The Service Advisor, Rob, was also very pleasant. Even though this location is about 12 minutes further than the Conyers location I used to visit, I dont mind coming here as long as I continue to receive the same honest, courteous service that I desire as a customer.

This new location just seems very shady. I went for JSUT an oil change and when I picked up my car I noticed all of my tire caps had been messed with. I know for a 100% fact all my caps where green before taking my car to Honda, since my tires have nitrogen, not air. I picked up my car and now they are all black tire caps. I just dont see a reason for them to touch my tires during an oil change. Not to mention I made a previous review because I was incorrectly quoted the last time I went there and when I picked up my car that time I was charged DOUBLE what they told me I would be. The manager actually replied to that review and told me to contact him directly to resolve that situation. That was over 2 months ago and I have YET to hear back from him. I wonder if hell comment on this review too. Its all for show. I think I may just spend my time going to McDonough from now on.
Please be aware I made appointment this morning 9/17/2021 at Honda Stonecrest to change oil and rotate tire.Before I went I marked rims with permanent marker.When car was done I paid $102 but tires was not rotated. I went back to get manager and he told me it was human error and they refund $30 back to my card. I work hard for my money I will never go back to those thieves. They should be ashamed of themselves.

Of all the years I’ve been getting an oil change with Honda Dealership, I have NEVER paid almost $70 for one. Also, a couple of weeks prior to that, I had called about getting a new battery. The guy on the phone told me it was going to be about $170 plus an additional charge until I brought back my old battery. I go online to see that they were offering a WHOLE SPECIAL on new batteries for $109.00 with a 8 year warranty that he did not once offer. -_- ( RIP OFF MUCH)Had I not went online to find the special they were offering, I would’ve spent over $200. This it for me. I will not be coming back to this location.
I love Honda Conyers. It was such a great place to get my car. I went in for my second maintenance today, basic oil change, rotation, and checkup, and they were very professional like last time. I didnt wait too long, but there was a comfortable waiting room with a TV and snack machine. They also send you a video with them showing you what all they looked at so you can see for yourself. Its just a great experience.
This was my first time using Stonecrest Honda to service my 2021 HR-V Honda. Mr.Stewart Humphrey and everyone there was very professional, kind, and on time with my scheduled appointment. I didnt have to wait all day to get my oil change, etc..Their waiting room was very clean and hospitable with warm and cold beverages. And I felt covid safe with their distance seating arrangements. I will return to have my car service again.

I had an appointment, was 45 minutes early due to an appointment that I had prior to this one. I came knowing that I was early and would have to wait. That was not the case. I was immediately helped. Stewart always takes the time to go over your cars health record with you. He lets you know what is due, coming due and what can wait. He talks with the technician and lets you know what is going on with your car. His knowledge and reccommendations are on point. He makes sure that not only do you leave a happy and satisfied Customer but that your car is as good as if you had just purchased it. I love that you pay your Service Advisor, so theres no waiting for the cashier. I do miss that as I speak to everyone in the service department. Stewart is Great!!

Bought a car here earlier this year, and decided to take it back for routine oil changes. I went and the wait was over an hour and took them another hour to change the oil. On the drive home, I notice that they never screwed the skid plate back in, and it scraped the ground multiple times and rolled up. I called them the next day to fix it, they tell me to come at and it will be taken care of. Went back today, and again, more than an hour wait for a very simple job. Picked up the car with a new scratch that they took responsibility for.

Asked for a diagnostic and they gave me their opinion typed up like they do after you’ve gotten an oil change. No codes or real proof of their diagnostic. Basically told me I needed a new motor with only 191,000 miles… that’s insane for a car that hasn’t be driven in close to a year due to the pandemic! Charged me $150.00 for me to get a second opinion and basically I needed an oil change. I will NEVER EVER go back to them! Which is unfortunate because when they were in Conyers I went to them for 10 plus years for everything!

I am torn exactly how to write this review. On one hand, the purchase process was smooth - Sandra helped get me in the door by keeping in contact while I shopped, and Eboni sealed the deal with her polite demeanor and fair negotiations. The finance man was very professional. I felt I got a fair deal on my trade in, and I love my new Honda Insight.(Short version of the next few paragraphs - if you see something that needs to be fixed with the car, get it done before signing the paperwork.)On the other hand, as part of the purchase, fixing multiple flaws in the included window tint was promised due to all the bubbles. The first time I went back, the tint guy had been double booked, and instead of three hours, I ended up spending five hours there before receiving a courtesy car. The whole process ended up taking nine hours, and it turns out my car was done earlier, but they forgot to call me back. My car was returned to me in a dirty condition with old glue all over the seats, and dirt and leaves on the floors. I ended up vacuuming and cleaning my car for another hour after I got home.Sadly, the rear window tint was poorly applied again leading to massive streaking. There was also damage to the front driver window tint. So I scheduled another appointment. This time the rear window tint was done correctly, but the driver window had over 15 dust spots, so I turned right around and went back to the dealer to fix, which they did. I finally get home, and notice there are stains all over the ceiling from the tint guy’s sweat and probably old glue. Additionally there was a dent in my rear leather seat as he never put a towel down to protect them, and there were scratches on the plastic by the windows from the glue scraper. I managed to stretch the leather myself, and buff out some of the scratches with toothpaste and polisher, but the headliner was not coming clean. I reached out to the dealer immediately the next day, but received no reply for days. I reached out again, and, while they finally said it would be rectified (without ever even saying sorry), they never gave me a plan or time to come in. I reached out three more times in the last week, and still, nothing. I ended up buying multiple more cleaning products, and after several more hours and YouTube videos, managed to remove most of the stain. I am highly disappointed with the lack of follow-up, and the dealer constantly blaming the tint guy they hired without taking responsibility for his failures.
Got a good deal out of all the places I looked at. Their customer service is good too. Would recommend them

On my recent visit at no charge they checked the work a body shop has performed, found a problem with six suspension bolts that were loose, and tightened them. They told me to take my Civic back to the body shop to double check their work. When I get it back from them I’m coming right back here to have them check the work again. 10/10 would recommend

Check Your Fluids After They Service Your Vehicle!>>>>>>UPDATE BELOW!First, Ill say they do not return phone calls nor emails unless money is being exchanged from you to them.(Prior to this situation I had an issue and couldnt anyone to return my phone calls nor emails so I had to physically go there before work one day. )Second and most importantly, I got an oil leak fixed on August 2nd and THEY DID NOT TOP THE OIL OFF.... my car started making a funky loud noise this past Saturday, September 4th and I pulled over to discover there was absolutely NO OIL in my car. Im glad I pulled over in time, otherwise I would have blown the engine. I hadnt driven my car all weekend to let the oil I put in settle. Mind you, they are the only ones whove worked on my car since then and Im not overdue for an oil change. I pray my car is fine.. Ive reached out to the Advisor on my receipt, Thang Hoang via email and left a message with the VERY unhelpful hotline but no luck yet. Ill post the update if I ever hear back from them.UPDATE: THERE IS NO UPDATE! Emailed GM after his response on here and no direct response from him. Next day received and missed two phone calls from Thang Hoang with no way to contact him directly. I called the hotline number that he left me and she asked me if gave me his direct number. I said no. She said in short all I can do is send him a message. I told her that he provided an extension but this number does not allow you to dial an extension. Asked her to message him for me and....NEVER HEARD BACK AGAIN. I then emailed him and the GM..... and NEITHER have contacted me back.

My experience at Stonecrest Honda today was excellent! I used to get my vehicle serviced at their previous location in Conyers and have continued bringing my car to them at their new location because of the great customer service. My service advisor, Stewart Humphrey, is always friendly and knowledgeable. They are always reasonable and straight forward with pricing which I appreciate because some service providers will try to take advantage of customers. On the rare occasions that I’ve had minor issues, the service manager, Danny Staton, has always ensured that they were resolved immediately. I also appreciate that they do not try to push me to trade-in my car when I come in (as this was my experience at another dealership). I would highly recommend them without hesitation. First time at the new Stonecrest location. The place is beautiful (private seating coves to relax in, a quiet room, 2 TVs, vending machines and high-end coffee and hot chocolate oh and the Ladies restroom was pristine). The staff and their customer service skills exceeded my expectations (after the pandemic its hard to find good service anywhere). Usually Im at the door when they open - I arrived a Lil after 10 am and was out by noon - again to my surprise because there were quite a bit of cars ahead of mine. Check in went smooth - After Jesse advised me of the other services needed he didnt pressure me but provided the needed service on a service order to view later. Tech Kevin (via text video) walked me through the condition of my vehicle fast and clear. Overall I was pleased with everything. I recommend all Honda owners to give Honda of Stonecrest a try.
I asked Stewart a question about my LoJack system and the mechanic discovered a problem with the wiring. So thankful they took the time to check. I only came in for an oil change.

Great experience today at Stonecrest Honda. My expectations were super EXCEEDED for the time my car was going to be ready. Stewart provided excellence customer service. I love taking my Acura to the Honda dealership because of price but Stewart made me want to come back becuz of his customer service. I don’t recall the service being this great at the Conyers location. Added bonus was the establishment looks really nice.
My experience with Honda Conyers is ALWAYS amazing! Every single staff member is beyond helpful and cheerful. Jesse is ALWAYS amazing and attentive. The manager was amazing. I really loved getting the video of my car being serviced with a full explanation. I AM EXTREMELY HAPPY WITH MY SERVICE❤️

The staff is always genuine, friendly, AND quick. I really enjoy receiving all of my auto needs from Honda Conyers!! The service advisor, Pedro, was super nice and made sure that I had a clear understanding of what service I was getting for my vehicle.
I’m very disappointed with this dealership and would not recommend. I found a car online. I called the dealership to see if it was still available. The sales associate said yes. She sent me a video of the car, sent me a credit app and all her contact info. After about 20min or so i filled out the app for credit and gave them all info they needed. After about 20min the sales associate called me and told me that I was good to go. I asked what my payment would be from the finance guy she said that she didn’t know. So I told her I needed to know that info. As we were speaking she starts to talk someone in the back ground and she comes back in the phone to tell me the one I was coming down. To test drive someone was going in to sign the paper work in to buy the car but she had something else that was not even close to what I was looking to buy to try and sell me. After all that i went back on line to see the car even cheaper than what I was going to pay for it. All I can say is unbelievable.
