I have had my car for three days and it has LIVE ROACHES!! I had to buy traps because they are popping up and crawling while I drive, freaking out my kids as well. I have pictures, too! I sent an email Saturday night about this and called today (after the holiday) to fix the situation. I have not heard back from Marilyn at all. BUT!!! I have heard from JASON PEARSON from another dealership in Gwinnett, who has done everything to help me resolve this. This is completely unacceptable.

Let me start by saying the process was waaaaay to long. Then the price change and the back in forward about the price was draining to the point i had to call cooperate. Then the car that i purchase ended up with problems and they tried to convince me otherwise. Long story short horrible experience and i returned the car and requested my total refund...and not to mention this all happened in two days

From her extensive knowledge of cars, to making sure we found and liked the right one for us! She did a double check on the car, made sure it was up to par for us, she is funny, clearly enjoys what she does, and made the buying a car process easy and honestly a little fun.
