My daughter broke her lcd screen and when we brought her phone in they were super helpful and had it fixed and running like new in about an hour. The cost was about the same as it would have been to claim under insurance and she would have had to set it up from scratch. Very happy with the service and would highly recommend.

I brought my Galaxy S8 today for a new screen protector, and Keith did a fantastic job replacing it for me. He was professional, considerate, efficient, and took care of me right away; I could not ask for better service anywhere. Keith followed all COVID precautions in his store. The establishment was immaculately clean, well-organized, and had a large and varied stock of phones and accessories available. Sooo ... my phone has been out for a week because, it was the charging port but today I went too cell phone repair in conway & Keith was on it& helped me out a lot he told me what was wrong with it and got the job done, my charger port was messed up and wouldn’t charge ... it was fixed within a hr . He is GREAT!!! So happy my phone is fixed and working, ❗️

TERRIBLE WORK!!!!! KEITH RIPPED ME OFF! Got my phone repaired in Conway it was over $160 and got it back w a crack in the screen. I called to have it replaced and he wants to charge me $10. Don’t get ripped off like I did. YOU WILL GET RIPPED OFF

After being told by one of the big box stores that they could not replace the battery on my iPhone 6 due to the phone being warped, these guys had it replaced in less than 15 minutes. I was also informed by CPR that my phone was not only fine, but in A+ condition and saw no reason why anyone would have refused replacing the battery. I will take all my phone repair here from now on. Courteous, friendly and prompt staff.This is what customer service is supposed to be.

Did not find what I was looking for.

I had two repairs and the guy was really reluctant to work on either of my devices. Im sure he was probably right but it was just not what I expected.

I went into his store on the 6/6/2020, I was treated like a kid with mommy’s money. I make my own money by the way, my screen was broken and my Touch ID was working, after 30-ish minutes I got it back with a new screen, it was awesome, later that night I realized I been putting my passcode in to many times, I went to test my Touch ID, it wasn’t working. We was busy all this week so we decided to drop by Keith’s store when going back home to Lexington, Sc. I was treated the same way, after a little heated conversations, we settled on him fixing it right there and then. My Touch ID is working now thanks to his friendly face an attitude Keith at CPR Conway. My name is Ashton Kephait(Kephart) how he spelled it. It all good tho. I would recommend after a little more highly recommends.

I am very pleased with the outcome of the service, he told me what was wrong exactly and told me what he was going to do to fix it, he was also very nice and patient with me on the phone and in person, If I ever need to fix my phone again I will definitely go there ( let’s hope I don’t break my phone again though). I would definitely recommend CPR to anyone. I have had 2 iPhones repaired there. The staff is very knowledgeable, fast and efficient.

These people are thieves! I took my phone to have the screen fixed and got it back with a PLASTIC screen and a battery that literally drains within 30 minutes without me even using it!! I have to charge it 10-15 times a day its ridiculous.Be careful when going to get your screen fixed anywhere though; these people have been stealing fresh batteries replacing them with old ones so that they can sell the (YOUR) newer ones. I have plenty of friends that have had this happen to them. Some places straight up steal the camera too so when you try to access it its just black nothingness.

Just read a comment about them taking out new batteries and replacing them with old ones. I got my IPhone a new battery from the CPR in NMB, and then I had to get my screen fixed, and the one in Conway was closer to me. Long story short, my phone is completely dead and wont even turn back on. So stay away from this place.

Dropped my Moto Z3 on the concrete and shattered the screen. Keith ordered the part and called me when it came in. I dropped it off and it was done in 2 hours. Good as new!

Great service done before expected reasonable price

I took my iPhone in for them to replace the charging port. The pot they replaced it with was not certified apple product and it put my phone in a boot loop that could not be fixed. When I questioned the employee it the Conway store he said it was going to do it anyway and left it at that. I took my iPhone to the Apple store and they said the charging port that cpr phone repair put in was not certified Apple and that is what messed the phone up. SO WARNING DO NOT USE CPR PHONE REPAIR IF YOU HAVE AN APPLE PRODUCT. The phone could not be repaired after cpr phone repair got done with it.

Keith was super fast and offered the best price in battery replacement for my iPhone 6.

Great honest customer service at CPR of Conway. I have used their service several times for damaged screen replacements, water damage and a couple repairs in general. We are a fan of apple products iPhones and ipads and our son uses android unfortunately we have had them all in for repair. We worked with Keith and he has been more than fair, honest and very prompt with our phones and note pads. Thank you for taking such great care of us as your customers. Thank you for staying after hours to get my phone back to me the same day on my last visit. If you have a wet phone dont try and turn it on, if you have a damaged phone or notepad I highly recommend taking advantage of what they offer.

I previously frequented the location on Iris St. I had even referred multiple people to CPR due to my excellent experiences working with Tim and Victor. Unfortunately that location closed. So I Googled the closest location to me. I was given the location of 117 Rivertown Blvd unit C Conway SC 29526. The drive is 34 mins from my house. I get to the location and Keith Walter is working who I later find out is the owner. As soon as my son and I entered the location Keith seemed to be disgusted that we would even consider coming in his store. I showed him my IPad 2 that my demolished with a hair brush and he seemed disgusted to even have to look at an IPad 2. Then he said $120 for repair. I asked why would it be $120 when the other location charged me $89. He gave me some bs line about competing companies and having to stay competitive. That his location doesn’t have competition. I was in disbelief. He said so flippantly. I said really? That’s really what your going with. He said yes and dismissed me very rudely. I’ll try the location in North Myrtle I guess but CPR just went down quite few notches in my book. I certainly won’t refer anyone.
