This place is awesome if you need anything from electronic repair to a new stylish protection case. Chris and Dakota are very friendly and are committed to repairing your device as soon as humanly possible! Your device repair may take a little longer than expected, however, because of COVID-19 and its effect on shipping companies that send out repair parts. Just a heads up, but otherwise an amazing experience.

I spent $250 to get my ipad screen replaced. I didnt mind the price. What I wasnt happy with is that when I received my ipad back, it looked fine, a day later, however, the screen was starting to lift off again. Took it back and they fixed it again. When I got it back, it was covered in adhesive and a few hours after getting home, the screen was lifting again. Asked if I could get a refund because that was horrible and they said they can only give me $150 in store credit. Absolutely horrible service.

Shout out to Tyler for his amazing knowledge, patience, and overall customer service! I would much rather deal with him than AT&T personnel. He answered my questions in an unintimidating manner, and I learned a lot while in the store. My data transfer was successful and efficient; he even helped me set up my new phone. Tyler is the only employee I dealt with, but if the others are as good as he is, I definitely understand the rating with Faulkner County.

Terrible. Paid to have iPad screen replaced but it wasn’t glued down all the so they supposedly fixed it but when I touch the screen it ripples. Sick of dealing with them.

The man ran the store like he owned it! I’ve never seen someone fix phones and get customers out the door faster than you turn around. His customer service was impeccable and the privacy tempered glass are priced so affordably, there’s no reason to go anywhere else! If no stars were an option thats what I would give them . I went into the store to buy a phone. 3 people came in after me, and the man working the counter knew I was there he had briefly spoken to me about the phones they had available. So then he ignored me to help them .I was in the market for a phone that they had priced at 899 without tax.when he finally got around to helping me I asked him if he could throw in a case since I was there for 20 minutes while he ignored me. To that he said I have to call the manager so I said go ahead I have time .end of story is they refused to throw in a case, so I walked out. Side note I got the same phone for half the price off of Facebook

I love this place! I’ve had several repairs over the years by them and it’s always been well done. I never thought of their prices being unfair or unreasonable. The last time they really won me. They apparently had a couple of bad screen parts sent to them and a bad batch of screen protectors and tossed several of them out just to make sure my iPad worked properly. I was very impressed with the integrity and the quick resolution of my issues.

Pleasant atmosphere. Both sales attendant were very knowledgeable about cellphone repairs. They went above and beyond to fix my daughters cell phone. Also, they have a lot of cellular devices for sale for a very reasonable price. You should really consider checking them out before purchasing an overly expensive new cell phone.

This guy is incredible! We tried to put a screen in an iPhone XS and messed a connection up. We took it to another repair shop and was told it wasn’t repairable. I wanted to try one more place before giving up. I took it to A1 and dropped it off hoping for good news. I had things to do I town so a few hours later I went to pick it up and not only did he fix it, he was able to use the screen we already tried and only charged for a diagnostic fee and new screen protector. If you ever need anything repaired, skip the other guys and take it straight to A1!!!!
