Took my Samsung Note 20 for insurance claim to replace cracked screen. Tech was very knowledgeable and went over everything with me. He even recommended a screen protector. Excellent service all around

My charging port was caked in sand, dirt and metal particles, AJ grabbed my phone and had it cleaned out and ready to go in about a minutes time. Highly recommend this place! Cheap, quick and quality work.

Upgraded some parts on my PC and was having issues getting it to run (no display, keyboard and mouse werent working and power button wouldnt turn it off). After being told by Best Buy it would be $99 and 4-5 days just to run diagnostics on it, I took it to uBreakiFix. They took my computer, did diagnostics on it for free and called me back in about 30 minutes with what they suspected the issue was. They had my PC fixed and running by the next day since I brought it in pretty late in the afternoon, and didnt charge a dime. Will definitely go to them with any future tech problems.

These people are outstanding. I would recommend them to anyone. They ordered my part, and knowing how freight is, I made sure and called to see if it was in before I went down for an appointment. I have read some of the comments on here and may I please say do not criticize these people because of freight. They have no control of when its going to come in the shipper promises him one thing and thats what they tell you but that dont mean itll be there. Please call ahead and have a wonderful day.

I originally called simply to inquire about their services, what they do fix/what they dont fix. After talking to the polite/professional gentleman who answered the phone I was made aware of an insurance program they have through Asurion. After getting the details I signed up and now pay $24.99 a month to have peace of mind, knowing all of my electronics in my home are protected. He could of simply told me that they didnt repair what I was inquiring about but instead took the time to explain how I could protect all of my electronics.

We went to the UbreakIfix shop in Conway to have our daughters info and pics transferred over to her new phone. He went above and beyond to help her, especially because she lost her iCloud password. The store was busy and he was so patient and kind and honest to all the customers.

I’ve been having so much trouble with my phone because of a manufacture bend in the metal of my phone and it caused my screen to glitch and go out, not only did they replace it, they did it for free and they gave me a free screen protector!! The screen on my 3 month old Samsung Galaxy S21 +5g, suddenly went out. I knew the phone was working fine other than the screen was black. Verizon just wanted to send me a refurbished phone as a replacement and with this being a Sunday, I wouldnt get the other phone until Tuesday. I didnt want a used phone in place of my new phone and I had seen uBreakiFix was an authorized repair center for Samsung so thought, what the heck and went there right from the Verizon store. We walked in right as they opened and were met immediately by an employee. He said he was confident he would be able to fix it quickly AND the repair was covered under the manufacturer warranty. 3 hours later and I had my phone back. I am very happy with the entire experience and will definitely be back should I ever need another repair.

Called in advance to see if they could fix my samsung galaxy s9 and they said they could, and i wouldnt need an appointment to do it. I get there and they said oh we cant were understaffed and you can make the hour drive tomorrow to come and get it fixed

Made an appointment to have phone screen fixed, made it 2 days in advance. To get here and they tell me they dont have one to fix my phone but I can go to North Little Rock. So few things to note here,one if I have an appointment and you do not have the part,call and let the customer know, then second offer to reschedule appointment for a time when you do have the part. The guy that was in front of me, almost exact same issue,that guy drove in from Atkins for his appointment to be told, sorry the part wont be here until Tuesday. So no I probably will not recommend or try to use this place again. We have never had this issue before.

My iPhone 11 had a cracked screen, and I saw on their website that they are Apple certified and get official apple parts from Apple. So when I dropped my phone off to get fixed, I assumed they would be using official parts. So when I got my phone back I had an error saying my phone display did not have an official Apple part. I wasn’t sure what this means but I did some research and found out that it meant that it had a knock off part. So when I called then back to ask them about it they said that an actual Apple part would cost more. What makes me angry is that none of this was ever mentioned to me. They also knew that this error was going to come up on my phone and I also was never mentioned to me. You would think simply based from a sales point of you that they would be better off giving you all the information upfront and letting you know that yes this option is cheaper but you will have an air pump up on your phone so perhaps you would like to do this other option. I would have definitely opted to pay more for the actual screen needed for my phone. Don’t assume that you’re getting all the information ask questions even if you feel stupid, Call other places, do your research. I wish I would’ve simply sent my phone back to Apple

The service here was amazing! I came in first thing in the morning to get my screen fixed, and they were able to take it immediately. He told me it would be about an hour or so until it was done. I came back about a half an hour later and he was done with it. My phone looks like brand new and the deal that I got with the tempered glass can’t be beat! This is the only place I will come to get my phone fixed!

Had a cracked screen repaired on 7.18.20. Was pretty happy with the service, until the replacement screen cracked 9 days later. Was told that if there is a crack, it is definitely my fault (even though ive taken good care of it). Was worth a shot to save money, but the repair quality was super poor. Save your money and put towards a new phone.

I’ve had my phone fixed a couple times by different stores and something was always wrong, but when i got my phone back from them it was like brand new and they work very fast. Also one of my friend went to them and she also very impressed.

I went in with a dirty iPhone 8 and they cleaned it out for free. It was quick and free.

Got me in very fast for a repair. Got my repair done after work(5PM) in half the time promised. While I was waiting knowledgable staff answered my questions and the questions of others in the store. These people literally made my entire week!!! I took my iPhone 8 plus in for a screen replacement. Ive already had my screen replaced once on this phone (not by uBreakiFix), but when I got it back my earpiece was not connected so I had to talk on speaker phone all the time, and my home button was acting up. My screen shattered and started coming off last week after dropping it on concrete. Took my phone to uBreakiFix, and he had it done in 30 minutes. Ear piece was reconnected, home button no longer acting up, and of course my screen was fixed. Very friendly staff and very reasonable prices. I will be coming back if I have any more phone woes!! I was referred by Verizon to get my charger port replaced. I handed the man the paperwork from Verizon and he took my device, he told me he always does this first, as he pulled off my screen protector. He handed it back to me and said, see, its like brand new.I was livid! I explained I knew my screen was fine and that I was there for the charging port!The man stepped into the back for 5 seconds, returning saying he didnt have the part for my phone and they should have sent it! I had an appointment scheduled by Verizon.This was a warranty claim.Horrible communication skills!Horrible service!

Extremely pleased with the service I received. Especially after they were put on the spot by another UBIF location that failed to have anything they needed when I showed up for my appointment that was set up 4 weeks prior. So the location that dropped the ball sent me to this store in Conway.Aaron(I think that was his name?) took care of everything and I was extremely happy with the service I received. It took less time to repair than they quoted, as well. So that was a big plus for me, considering I drove from Shreveport, LA to Little Rock initially, then drove another 25 minutes to Conway. At that point, I was just ready to get home. The guys at the S Amity Rd store in Conway, AR were extremely courteous and were as helpful as they possibly could have been. THANKS AGAIN! We came into in a panic because my sons Xbox had been dropped and was not working. The owner/manager was so incredibly nice to us and extremely helpful! He fixed my sons Xbox no worries at all. I have been here several times for phone and other electronic issues and they are fantastic to us every single time! If I could give them 10 stars I would! If you have any electronic issues go here! Called last night about getting my iPhone X screen replaced, a Mr. Josh answered the phone and told me the price. I asked if he could price match another shop he told me he could. When I told him how much that shop was doing it for, he called me a liar, that no one does the X screens for that price. Will NEVER go there and DO NOT recommend!!

Excellent service. I went in to get a new battery for my iPhone and They were able to price match the Apple store and had my battery replaced in fifteen minutes. No appointment neede. Jason and Aaron are both good guys. Quality parts and fair prices. They have fixed iPhones for us twice and we have been extremely pleased both times.

Drove 45 min to get my phone fixed because they were the only ones who had the parts. Picked it up and it seemed to work OK so I left. Got back home and my camera on the screen side was blurry. Didnt want to make the long drive back so I just dealt with it. A month later my screen quit working. I didnt drop it, didnt leave it in the sun. It was sitting on my desk and went out. I called them and they told me to bring it back. I make the 45min drive back and they bring a flashlight out and tell me theres a tiny crack so its not covered. My screen wasnt cracked, I have no marks or scratches on my phone. I told them that was bs and they got an attitude with me. Very rude, horrible customer service. Dont tell me you warranty your work then refuse to stand behind it!

Came in to see if my 2011 MacBook Pro could be salvaged after not having used it for a few years. They were able to somehow manage to fix my computer and make it work better than ever before! It was a good experience. Very nice people. They fixed my screen because I broke it. So they fix it, and it glitches about an hour or two after I leave the store. I go back and they fix it again. It continues to glitch and they fix it for the third time. My phone still glitches, they fixed nothing. My phone was not glitching beforehand until they messed with it.

Broke my phone screen while on duty on the ambulance, Derek helped me file a claim and had my phone fixed and back in my hand within 45 minutes. Unbelievably fast and great quality work, will make the drive to Conway in the future if I ever need their services again.

The only reason for two stars is because I’ve used a Little Rock location (Pleasant Ridge) with outstanding results. I can’t say the same for the Conway location.I dropped my iPhone 6S+ off for a screen repair that I needed pretty quick.The timing was on point. Two hours later, they called and said that my phone was ready for pick up.TouchID doesn’t work anymore (which I undoubtedly knew would happen due to the way the screen cracked), so that’s really not an issue. They told me that was going to happen before the repair. I didn’t use that feature much anyway.The issue is that my phone battery drains extremely quickly now. I can’t keep it charged enough to make it through a normal day at work anymore. I’ve not once had an issue with the battery before the screen replacement.They had just opened, so I’m chalking it up to a faulty screen, but I can say that I probably will not be returning to either location (Conway or Pleasant Ridge) if the replacement parts aren’t up to par.TL;DR: Quick service, but possibly faulty replacement parts. Go elsewhere.

I went in to get my iPhone screen replaced, well now it doesn’t sense my touch 99% of the time, home button and lock button both seem like their stuck. Spoke to them about this and they act like it’s my fault. Yea never again will I go here.

I brought in my broken phone with the intent to get just the screen fixed and have apple fix all of my sound and touch issues. When I dropped it off the guys couldnt assure me that they would be able to fix anymore than the screen, but that they would have a look. I highly recommend this location. I had a broken camera and a bad battery. After they did the repairs, the camera is better than before and I have not had any battery issues since.The repair was shorter than I expected and before I knew it my phone was back in my hands for a fair price.

I am sincerely greatful that they have such places as this available to consumers. I want to mention how attentive and nice Jason & Richard were in assuring me they would be able to resolve problem wit phone/hand held computers. Charging port wouldnt work. We as consumers fell to remember that the phones today are hand held computers. We cant use them so carelessly and get made when they cant fix IT rite then and now or it cost alot for repairs. Richard told me it could take a couple hours. I said no rush. When I picked up he explained repair needed and how to avoid damaging again. He also suggested a new battery @ half price. Since Id had PHONE for over 4yrs I said yes to battery. Thanks Jason & Richard U Guys Rock.
