I am in the middle of porting my number to them and was planning on bringing my own device. We had problems because my phone was network locked. They worked for hours trying to get to the bottom of this situation. Turns out, my phone was locked by Samsung, even though I paid for it in full when I ordered it. I believe we have a solution and I appreciate the care that was taken to help me.

Terrible customer service. I walked in looking to spend my hard earned money for new cell service, and a new device. I asked to use the restroom, and was told it is not for the public due to “social distancing”. Never mind the fact that I was there to spend over $1000. Forget the fact they had over a dozen people in the lobby all huddled up within 15 feet of one another. I asked them to inform their manager that I will take my business to their competitor. This place is not concerned about social distancing, nor customer service. Take your business elsewhere.

God awefull!My fiancé Went in with a problem the phone wasn’t using the data.. the woman working was incredibly rude and unhelpful she said something like “if you don’t know what the problem is I don’t know what the problem is and I can’t help you”. Then she ran off to the customer that just walked in….REALLY!!! If He knew what the problem was He wouldn’t need you! I am highly upset that they didn’t even try. He was never rude or harassing there was no reason to not even try.

I received the worst customer service. I walked in and the lady ask if she could help me. I told her I was on my daughters plan and I wanted to start a plan of my own and get a new phone because mine won’t hold a charge. I’m 67 and am not technically inclined at all. She said I had to call some toll free number and they could help me because I wanted to keep my number. I said “ so I can’t get this today?” She said it depends what they tell you. I said well I guess I’ll go to T-Mobile and see if they can help me. I was willing to buy a phone today and set up a plan but she was not willing to help me at all.

While I do like simplicity, Version stores take it a little too far. Not enough available devices and accessories. I have a very mixed experience with the customer service. You may get lucky and get a great helper, while its much more likely to get someone whos average to poor in service. Their knowledge about the devices on display are only the bare minimum, basically only knowing where what brand of phone is located... Also, they keep suggesting to use Verizons cloud services for everything, when Google can do the exact same things but better and is completely free. It feels like I keep getting hustled to buy everything. Im getting real tiered of it.

Cashier never said one word to me, not ONE word; yet, he spoke a great deal to the person who was in his ear w/Bluetooth piece. A Version minute card was my single purchase. My contracted laborers needed to be able to communicate with me in order for a job to be completed. I bought the minutes.

Today went in to do a upgrade on my line, and of course me and my child had a mask on and in the middle of getting the phone I cough, and than the lady walked away came back and ask me which phone I told her and than I cough again . And than she tells me I have to go sit in my car so she can finished than she came out and tell me they can’t process my Order because I was coughing!!! What a joke !!!! Do you not understand if it’s hot in a building and your wearing a mask and have asthma and a lung issue you will cough!!! Must rude store ever and I understand there is a virus going around and if it was such a issue you shouldn’t even be open !!!

Worst service! Ordered a phone online and it provided all the instructions to pick the phone up at the Oak street store. Get there to find out the order is all messed up and they informed us that it was all our fault for messing the order up online and that the phone was to be delivered at our house, when I clearly had all the instructions to pick up the phone at the store. The assistant manger was extremely rude and did not want to assist us at all. He provided me with a number to call knowing that my phone was shattered and could not make any calls from it. This was the worst customer service I have ever experienced!

We just walked in to buy a new phone for my husband as he broke his. We gave them his phone number, then they asked for his DL to access his account. He didnt have it on him but I had his photo ID in my phone. That wasnt good enough. They need a physical copy. Why? They just lost a$1000 sell and putting my other two phones on his service. Stupid.

If I could give zero stars to the Verizon store in Conway, AR on Oak St. I would!! The last 2 times I have gone in to the store to discuss upgrading and account details the employees have all been sitting around and show absolutely zero enthusiasm to help anyone that walks in the door. Even better when I asked questions about the new phone the employee didn’t even know the difference or the details.. they seem stand-offish and just an overall lack of care. I’ve been with Verizon for a long time and this is by far the worst store I have ever walked into!! I’d rather drive to Little Rock from now on than deal with this BS.

I entered your store to pay my husbands bill. The lady that greeted me never looked at me or smiled but coldly said there were others in front of me and I needed to wait. When it was my turn the young black girl was kind, I gave her my husbands number to pay the bill, she pulled up the account and told me the owed amount, but would not allow me to pay the bill because I was not listed on the account. The girl who “greeted” me was especially rude! The workers are so rude and I will never step in there again.

Verizon is the best all around cell service you can get, expect to pay a pretty penny for your service, but the more lines you have on your plan the cheaper each line gets. This store in particular has great customer service. I spent upward of 2 hours trying to get approved for a service plan, not there fault, but I had such a good time while I was in there. The employees are very nice and fun to be around.

Definitely don’t trust this company with cash. I bought two Apple watches paid cash for both of them! I went to return them after a couple days of having them and they said I was on a payment plan for them that I never paid cash for them. I’ve tried everything to get my money back called the Corporate office to ask them to watch the video of me counting the money out but still no reimbursement.

I visited this establishment to see if Verizon could provide a better situation for my wife and I, our kids, and our business than AT&T would after 10 years of service with them. My wife and I changed our services to Verizon and were able to get new phones with unlimited data across the board, we were given several hundreds of dollars in credit for exchange of our own phones, and lowered our monthly bill by $280. If you are not a current customer, I recommend visiting this store and see what offers would be available to better your current situation.

I recently became a customer with Verizon at this location. I was told about a family plan that they had going on. So we got 3 phones and I paid the taxes for them on the spot 200 dollars. I was told that the monthly payment was going to be in the 200 dollar range. I get my first bill and it was more in the 400 dollars. The second bill was 600 dollars called customer service and I got the run around. So you have to read the fine print dont let the sales people let you think its going to work out easily. All the cell phone providers are the same way I have had this same problem with another cell phone company. So the fact is I am not satisfied with my purchase or the way things were handled.

Decided to upgrade my iPhone. I was very fortunate to get Ri as my service rep. She is such a professional yet fun person to deal with. I came in not sure what I wanted to do. I spent 1500 dollars on an iPhone, took my phone back because they didn’t get the screen protector on good, they told me they didn’t warranty those, told me to go to Best Buy, I told them I didn’t buy it from Best Buy, they make an exception and give me another one but refused to put it on for me, I put it on upside down because I had no experience putting one on, so now I still don’t have a screen protector on my brand new iPhone 11 Pro Max, horrible customer service, Verizon is horrible, who won’t help there customers? The Conway store was running a promotion for if you add a new line and buy a new phone (iPhone, Pixel, or Android), you would receive a free phone. They never actually gave us this promotion and we are stuck with paying full price for two phones.

Ive been a customer with Verizon wireless for 10+ years. My sister, who is on my plan, recently had a software malfunction with her current droid phone after a system update, and did an insurance claim on it. She decided to go ahead and trade in the refurbished phone when she got it because she was afraid of trying the update again with the refurbished phone. Customer service told her she could do so. When they sent her the refurbished like new phone, there was a small flaw in the corner of the screen, straight out of the box. The Verizon store would not give her the maximum trade in value because of the flaw, even though it came directly out of the box like that. It seems every time I visit this location, the employees do not want to help you unless they are guaranteed some kind of commission out of it. They are rude, and always talk down to you. They are never willing to help you in situations such as this. Verizon as a company has been slowly declining in the customer service area for a long time, and Im very sick of it. They have no sense of loyalty.

I told the problem with my phone and she got on it right away without any hesitation. I want to personally thank you for hiring her, she is a great person. She fixed my phone for me. Only a couple reps are helpful otherwise stay clear. They only have iPhones and Samsungs in stock or even on the floor so if you wabt something else they dont care. Had to warranty my phone and my moms after an OTA update and had the manager argue that it wasnt Verizons fault despite Verizon saying it was their fault and then tried to charge us to warranty the issue that was their fault. Regional manager just said they were sorry for my problems and they would talk to him. You know helpful.

Some young kid giving me a hard time about replacing a $50 phone charger!it didnt work correctly from the day I bought it so I took it back to get it replaced and because it wouldnt do it a hundred percent of the time he wouldnt replace it! Shouldnt have to jiggle the cord to make it work! Finally quit working all together and some nice young man said yeah this should have been replaced the first time you brought it in!

I went into this location last night ( February 1, 2017 ) because my phone stopped working. I didnt have insurance because Ive filed 2 claims before and the Assurance sent me a letter stating that they would not be insuring me any longer. Thats fine, I was willing to pay out of pocket for a new phone. Long story short I walked in the store at 1800 hrs and didnt leave until after the store had closed at 2014 hrs. I was working with a new employee that had only been there for 2 weeks. Per our conversation. There were 4 other senior employees and 2 managers in the store at that time. By the time I left the store I was annoyed and frustrated that none of his co workers would come over to assist him or myself after seeing that Id been there working with him for over 2 hours. I ultimately ended up purchasing a phone that I did not want due to frustration and lack of information on the salesman part. I will be taking the phone back today because I just DO NOT like it. Im not complaining at all about the salesman that assisted me, because weve all been new before. The fact that his co workers did not bother to assist is my problem. At the end once the store closed is when someone came over and said hey let me help you get the screen on the phone! I am so upset and Im sure they are going to make me pay the 35 dollar restocking fee on top of the 500 dollars that I spent less than 24 hours ago. I really wish corporate would come and retrain its associates at this location.

Two people spoke to me about what I wanted and walked away. I sat on the hard chair in the world while my phone was charged. A man with a beard asked me what I was waiting for and I told him my phone was adding a word on my contractions then left my phone charging.The guy went away and I moved to a more comfortable place. He, in a little time moved to my phone and began working on it time. Then he, the manager who was working on my phone came to me and said I believe I have it ready. He did have it working properly. It took probably an hour but I was thankful for the work on the phone and i wasnt charged. The seats are so hard, it keep the sales people on their feet!

Very unimpressed with this Verizon store. More specifically the worker that helped me, Bradley.I understand my phone was not a original Verizon phone, but he pretty much said his hands were tied with trying to get a new sim card and wouldnt try further. Not even to call tech support. However, the next Verizon store 20 miles away was able to give me a new sim card and with tech supports help, got me going. I do recommend that the in-store techs have a direct line to call a tier 2 technician because it would expedite things tremendously.

Took a Samsung A8 tablet into the store for a simple screen protector and a cover for the tablet. Simple leather cover and screen protector with 10% was still $80. The young lady that waited on me put the tablet in the cover wrong, by the time I got home it had done a complete factory reset. All information and programs had to re-installed. For something as simple as getting a cover and a screen protector at an outrageous price, this has turned into a freaking nightmare. I had also spoke with the young lady about a BOGO deal on an S9+ her information was incomplete. HOWEVER Corporate Verizon was able to sort that out for me.

The most unprofessional and rude ...not all of them but one person specifically. Totally clueless. He had an attitude from the start and it just got worse to the point where he actually put me down. Then I guess he didnt think I should tell him his customer service was horrible...lazy individual and totally absorbed in it, verizon should get him a couch to sit on while hes there acting like hes entitled. UNHELPFUL! I bought my son an iPhone from a friend who had used it with Verizon. Because we use Straight Talk (love it) and the iPhone has to be released (unlocked) from the previous carrier, I took it into the Verizon store, which the internet says is required to unlock Verizon. (AT&T allows you to do it online.) I was told they had never unlocked a phone and didnt know what I was talking about. Only one employee was not condescending, and even tried to talk me into using a Verizon prepaid plan! I left with a phone we cant use; I guess Ill go to the Apple store to get unbiased advice. :(Update...(To unlock paid Verizon phone, call Apple store. They were great!)

I came in to just switch to a prepaid network from Straighttalk but my phone was locked so I went and got it unlocked and brought back into Verizon within the hour. I originally was being helped my Jared but he was helping another customer so I waited for a bit b/c all of the sales reps were busy with other customers. Once the other customers left the other sales reps didn’t help me while Jared was still with another customer I had to walk up and ask for help when I was clearly walking around the store for 20 minutes waiting to be helped. When I finally did get help the guy who was helping me was clearly not interested in getting my phone set up and kept getting side tracked by being worried about other people walking in the door and other people’s conversation. I shouldn’t have had to be there for over an hour just to switch to a prepaid phone plan. They are only worried about customers coming to spend lots of money there. Thing is it’s starts with how you treat everyone walking through the door bc that’s how you get repeat customers. Honestly, I need to upgrade my phone but I doubt I will be back there in order to do it, I don’t want to put money in their pockets.I also might want to add when I walked in the first time with my phone being locked they referred to me as “easy money,” so easy but it takes you forever to get my service going...okay.

Rude staff. We purchased the iPhone Xs and weren’t happy with them due to short battery life. We went to the store to see if we could swap them out for the Xs Max. Two employees told us they were out of stock and we were out of luck. I understand they couldn’t do much for us but being rude about be it wasnt cool. This was a bad experience overall. I bought a phone online and had it set to pickup from here. When I got to the store, they could not fulfill the order because it was a refurbished phone. The store gets this rating primarily due to online s inadequacy, but I also spent an hour here waiting for service and resolution. They also did nothing to make up for the problem, which is just a lack of good customer service.
