Ive sent drivers to this location multiple times to have repairs performed. Both myself and my drivers are met with professionalism and courtesy. They do honest work at great prices as well. I would recommend giving them a chance to earn your business.

These guys are great. Very helpful, knowledgeable, and fair priced. This means a lot to owner/operators. They have a wide variety of parts and accessories from big to small. By far, one of the best buying experiences I have had in a long time. Would definitely recommend, and I will do more business in the future.

If I could give it no stars and still show these comments I would. Only call these people if you have perfect conditions for them to work in and hopefully it wont be something the mechanic refuses to do. Called the night before to schedule someone to come out to help us get our tour bus started. Things were going well they replaced three batteries, still wouldnt start. It was decided the starter was problem and needed to be changed out. The mechanic working on our bus obviously did not want to do his job. Because it had been raining a lot the mechanic decided he didnt want to work in the mud. We were sitting inside the bus waiting on him to take the starter off when we got a call from his boss and was put on three way so he can say that it was too muddy and he was sinking in the mud. He was too lazy to walk 50 ft to talk to us. There were two options work under the bus which it was not muddy and on a hill or take out the batteries and work from the battery side in the dry. There was close to $700 or $800 of work to be done to finish the starter that included the price of the starter. At the end of it they only did the work they wanted to do and did not do the job that we hired them to do. $800 for three batteries and still sitting here needing more help to finish the job we hired them to do. Personally I believe if you have a job to help with emergency repairs or roadside breakdowns, you should understand that its not always the ideal conditions to work in. If you dont want to work in bad conditions and complete the job that youre hired to do you should not have that job whether by choice or by the managements. FleetPride lost almost $1,000 in repairs that we will pay someone else to do.

We live in a school bus full-time traveling the country. When we were back home in Conway and in need of work on our home, CTS really came to the rescue. We had a short timeline and they worked with us to get the bus done in time for us to make it out to Vegas for a family wedding. We wouldnt have captured this photo without them.When we make return trips back home to Conway, CTS will be where we take our bus for checkups. They are, beyond a doubt, the most personable shop in Conway for Heavy Duty truck service. I highly recommend the guys at CTS. I personally worked with Jacob, Phillip, and Darryl.You will not find a better group of guys who are dedicated to the service of heavy duty truck repair. Give them a call!

Unreasonable charges and unreasonable people!They charged 6 hours labor for replacing AC compressor & AC dryer. The estimate 2-3 hours before they working on it, but after the job finished, they charged 6 hours labor and plus the other charges ....... Normally the labor for this job should be 2-3 hours, they charged double and almost triple.If you need server in this area, it is better checking the service review, make sure you go to the right place to repair your truck.

I got towed from the highway the manager Phil told me that I will be charged for 125 $ for call to their shop after hours and 125 $ per hour for minimum 2 hoursRepair guy came at 7 pm and he was finished by 8 pm but he charged me for 4 hour and 15 minutes instead of 3 hour ... he says his clockwork stars when he gets call from his boss Phil and etc it’s rip-offI am sorry but it’s been thief...I had produced load and I had an appointmentNever again .....

Terrible communication, terrible work, truck sat at their shop for 8 months, just to have to send it back in to correct their mistake a month later. Now it’s back in the shop for another one of their mistakes that they will not stand behind. I do not recommend this place!!!

I work hand and hand with this company on a daily basis as there outside salesman and I couldn’t ask for a better company to work with they are very competitive on there part prices and hourly rate in the service department. I have had many repairs and adjustments performed on My truck at CTS in Conway, AR. I must saya few months after the repairs I have had no issues with all work they have performed on My truck and no one I repeat no one has made My older Cat 3406 run as strong and smooth as CTS has. Im very satisfied and happy. I will drive My truck from states away to have it worked on by CTS. Thanks guys

My experience with Commercial truck service was a disaster. I bought a 2010 international pro star, on my way to California I had to fix my truck with them. We agree on labor $1800 while I bring them parts,according to his work order.when he was done, he said I own him $5000 when I asked where the $5000 was coming from,he said they bought more parts to work on my truck.I told him I have never seen any mechanic that goes ahead and buy parts on peoples truck with out first informing the customers if they want to buy the parts or not.CTS sent me an email that I will need to buy turbos for $6000 and could not send me an email that they bought part and labour on my truck for $5000. I took the matter to court in little Rock Arkansas and all they do is rescheduled the case after i got a flight ticket to come.Be careful when you are dealing with them make sure you have everything in writing so that they will not try to keep your truck like mine. Be very careful of scot when you are there.I life there is a pay time for every action. I know nature will pay them if full fold. If i was wrong the consequences will come to me if they done me wrong,they will surly get the consequences of their wickedness deed.

They took great care of us

Worst road service ever! Late getting to my drivers location. Mechanic left and did not come back for a hour looking for his tool box keys. Way over charged for tire road call.

Popped a tire on I40 west parked at the truck parking just before Conway, onsite service came in 20 mins changed the inside tractor tire in 25-35 mins and I was back on the road

Needed a jump, was 19 miles away, theyadjusted a bolt and was charged 500.00.Cannot justify!!!
