They do good work. One of the guys acts like he hates his job and the other like he loves his. Theyre both very polite and efficient, and, like I said, do good work.

Best in town! If you need your car repaired this is the place to go. They keep you up to date, they’re super friendly, and your vehicle will come back looking better than new.

Excellent customer service and great work! Conway Collision went above and beyond on my car repair. My car was not only repaired to look brand new on the outside, but they went the extra mile and left the inside much cleaner than it was when I dropped it off.

Best work in central Arkansas, seriously! I had to have work done on my car twice because a deer hit me & then bc a someone merging ran into me. Both times my car looked like new when CCC finished with it. You could never tell it had been in an accident. I have been to a couple other places in Little Rock & in Conway with older cars in past years & the work that was done was terrible. Conway Collision might cost a bit more, which doesnt matter if insurance is paying for it, but they by FAR have the Best quality work & just awesome consistency. Not to mention their customer service skills are great! Theyre nice, caring, considerate people. And they keep you updated the whole time concerning issues & or time frame with completing the job. Great place!

Top notch service from the team at Conway Collison. Ive had three vehicles repaired by them on multiple occasions, ranging from significant damage to fender benders. Each and every time theyve communicated well, finished repairs quickly, and have always had the most competitive pricing (not sure why I bother getting quotes from other places anymore). My vehicles look good as new once I get them back, even when painting is required. My car was damaged in an accident and this business was listed as one preferred by my insurance. I chose them from the list sheerly on the basis of proximity to my home. They were very helpful when I interacted and always willing to answer my questions. I had to go back a couple of times for personal items Id left behind in my car and they never batted an eye at my forgetful self. I was very appreciative of their help in making the insurance process easier!

If I were to describe the most ideal experience for getting a car fixed, then I would tell you about Conway Collision Center. My wifes car had been damaged and we chose this place to have it fixed. From start to finish, I felt completely informed, through call and text, how far my car was fixed and if there were any issues along the way. Todd called me personally if something didnt seem right. There were no assumptions or guesses. Very professional! This was my best experience of getting a car fixed bar none. Although we didnt use Conway Collision to repair a car, they did look at our daughters. She is a college student and we are 3 hours away. They went above and beyond what most body shops would do. Our insurance ended up totaling her car, and it took longer than it should have...but they were so nice and helpful. I hope to never need a body shop while our daughter is in Conway again...but if we do, Conway Collision will be the one!!!

I havent even had my vehicle repaired yet. Hertz was unable to deliver the vehicle to my wife who is at home without transportation and I am in Little Rock at work. So Todd and his crew decided to deliver the Rental to my wife so she did not have to change any arrangements.There are not many companies anymore that will go above and beyond with customer service. Like I said before I havent even had the vehicle repaired yet and I am 100% confident they will do the best that they can. If you can sell me before I have even seen the product.........Love it. Very happy with the service here! I wanted to have a spoiler install on my 11 Eclipse. I worked with Todd via e-mail and he was incredibly helpful and responded quickly. He was upfront and honest through the entire process. I told him that due to my work schedule I needed to have the job finished by 11am (I came in to the shop at 8am) because I live and work in Little Rock, so I had a good distance drive back home. Not only did they meet that deadline, but finished a full thirty minutes beforehand and the price was $25.00 less than I had been quoted. These guys did a fantastic job on the installation and took excellent care of my car. I plan on having more custom work done in the future and Ill absolutely be returning to Conway Collision Center.

They quoted my car to have $3,000 worth of repairs. Took it to a different body shop and had my car fixed and ready within two days for only $730. At one point I was quoted with needing a paint job (not necessary) for $52 per hour for three hours. They will try to rob you of all the money they can get. NOT WORTH YOUR TIME.
