I was in a hit and run on May 7th and posted about it in a community group for Conway, Ar. This is when I was blessed to first meet Tiffany. She had apparently seen the same reckless driver that had hit me and offered her care and concern while gently mentioning Carstar in the comments to my post. I got my Ford over to Carstar the Monday after my Friday 5pm accident. I was kept informed of each step and the estimate was given to me in a timely manor. Both myself and my husband were called or texted with updates. It took give or take two (well worth it weeks) for my SUV to go from hard damage from side impact to beautifully repaired and good as new. The paint job is phenomenal! The repaired side is my fave side now! lol Rachel was also so kind and offered updates and info when we called and helped me to get my SUV signed in to get started when I arrived. The gentleman who worked there were terrific to explain things as well and Tiffany sent info and pics via text. They also communicated well with our insurance company. Ive not been in a wreck at all before and was really afraid of what to expect but this team made it painless. I was also offered a ride to Enterprise to get my rental and certainly appreciate the companys offer and the gentleman that helped me get there by driving me. I cant say enough and how much of a blessing it has been to cross paths with Tiffany and will always highly recommend Carstar! EVERYONE there has made things so much more pleasant and simple than I imagined I was facing when in the ER running it all through my mind after the impact. I dont know the names of each person there but they are all so amazing! THANK YOU!!!!!Ive included pics but I dont feel they truly show the damage and amazing repair. But trust me its a ☆☆☆☆☆ difference and interactions were 5 stars as well! I got my car back today and couldnt be happier. 😊

I got in a fender bender at the end of June. I called A&J Collision and they were very helpful. Got me scheduled right up to get my car fixed. They worked very well with the insurance company, and even took me to get my loaner car. They did such a wonderful job with the work on my car too. My car looks brand new 😁 They also sent text messages to update me on the process, which I loved! This company is very professional and I highly recommend them! This location was recommended when I was rear-ended. It was only a slight issue but they treated me well and did a thorough walk though for the estimate. After the claim was approved, I was in the shop in less than a week and received my vehicle 3 days later. They also sent me texts about the progress and if they found something they were unable to see in the walk through. Exterior of the vehicle was cleaned prior to them returning my Truck. I will definitely return if future bodywork is needed.

I highly recommend using this business, they were extremely informative the whole process, they didn’t get mad when I slept through my appointment, and they made sure to set me up a with rental car. I lost the insurance check to pay for it all and had to call them to get the insurance info, and the front desk lady basically gave me a cheat sheet of everything I needed to know when calling to get another. I think what sealed the deal was that the guy could tell I was uneasy about driving my car out of the shop.. it was narrow and steep and I just got my car fixed ok? So he offered to drive it out for me as well. Customer service to the next level if you ask me. ❤️

Called in to get info on an estimate and this WONDERFUL lady answered the phone. Im PRETTY sure here name was Brittany or Tiffany, i got a txt when she said her name. Anyway she was extremely helpful as i had a LOT of questions. Ill be bringing my car to them to get fixed. I always read reviews for a long time before choosing a company to go with on something like this. Just save yourself some time and call or stop by here 1st. My car was broken into and Im not familiar with filing an insurance claim. They let me know exactly what I needed to do and they took care of the rest. They even took care of damage that I didnt notice until later. I got text updates with photos and I could reply by text too. After it was done on time they even detailed my vehicle. Ill update this review once I get it but they made everything really easy.

I recently visited to use a car wash/ light detail voucher and wanted to treat my husband to a detailed truck for Fathers Day. ​They honored the voucher and were even able to get me in on short notice. Took our Jeep there after we were t-boned in a parking lot. They were good and professional until we had to call them the day we were suppose to pick it up and they told us they were having trouble putting the suspension together. At the time, no worries- it happens. We pick up the jeep and drive it out of state for a family trip, during which the wheel they worked on started shaking and we lose 4WD. We take it to a mechanic and CARSTAR left out 2 out of 4 screws for our wheel bearing and failed to adequately tighten the other two. CARSTAR did agree to pay the extra mechanic fee, but their mistake could have caused a major accident and cost my family our lives had the wheel come off on the interstate.

Unfortunately we have had to use A & J three times because of accidents. With that being said, they were extremely easy to work with and do a great job. I would highly recommend them for their work and service.

Car works fine after a collision. They fixed it up well enough, like I just got it off the lot... except they used a lot of my gas and changed my radio station. Minor annoyances, but great work on the car.

This was my second experience using A&J and I must say that I will never take any of my vehicles anywhere else.Quality customer service is hard to come by nowadays...Haley and Joseph are exceptional at what they do and they made my experience well worth the wait. There is not one single person that I encountered that did not make sure I was being taken care of properly.Having an accident is stressful enough...between insurance companies, rental companies, etc... I bumped a young mans car door today & we went to A & J Collision to have it looked at. They immediately took it in the shop & buffed it out. We were done in 15 minutes.
