Thank you for your generous amount of patience when towing my Stratus this morning. The gentleman- whos name I sadly cannot recall- waited nearly an hour at said car care center to find my keys. I couldnt have been more greatful for your help and kindness.

These people are beyond ridiculous! Poor communication with the customer. Took a month to get repairs done, and didn’t even complete everything going to have to take it back. The ladies in the office might want to work on not being caddy in front of the customers! We’re not in grade school! Grow up!!

Outstanding customer service and Top Quality repair work. Got towed in for a bad alternator. Definitely got a great rate for the labor and parts compared to other local companies.

I told them the car had no power. When you push the gas it barely accelerates. Then it will die.He keeps the car for 6 days, then tells me its running great and ready to go. So I paid them nearly $600. The car still has all the problems.UPDATESo, after speaking with the. About this, Im still very unclear as to what happened and why, but they are trying to make it right.

Un informed on life saver interlock and no professional bearing I had to drive up there to get the guy to service my interlock. No where on the WORLD makes you drive all the.way there to scan your debt card. Wth. Smh. I was busy and bumming around rides and that had my vehicle since Sunday night.#servicewithasmile

Stuck on the side of the road after demolishing a front wheel on a BMW motorcycle, hitting a piece of firewood laying in the middle of interstate 40 in Conway at 70 mph. Cody, quickly came to my rescue, used their excellent equipment to safely load the damaged bike along a very busy section of interstate. Super nice young man, professional in attitude and demeanor. Best experience Ive ever had with a wrecker service.

Like a ditz, I locked my keys inside of my car while it was still turned on, and I had no access to my spare key. One freak out later, I was put in touch with Puch (I hope I spelled his name right) through this business, and he came out way quicker than I thought. He was kind to me, and talked to me the whole time. He had my car unlocked within a minute tops, and just like that I was out of there. I was so pleased with the service I got, and I know who Ill call if I ever need roadside assistance again!

The mechanic Marquette Que took very great care of us. We had car issues on our way to Kansas City. We stopped at the closest mechanic shop with good reviews. They seemed really busy, but Que stopped what he was doing and got us back on our way in about an hour. Que comes highly recommended and even washed our car when he was done!

My family and I accidentally locked our keys in our VW trunk and wasn’t able to get the car unlocked. So we called AAA and was on the phone for 30 mins trying to get someone to come out and unlock our car. The first person was unsuccessful so we ended up calling AAA again and they sent out Brian from Jim Smith Collision and Wrecker Center. Instead of just towing our vehicle he gave it a shot to try and unlock our car. After maybe 10 min of trying, he was able to get our door open. We were very very thankful that he helped us out and got our car unlocked. We 100% recommend this service!

I needed assistance for my vehicle because it would not start. The Tow Truck Driver gave 110% of his efforts but found the vehicle was locked in Reverse.After towing into the repair shop they immediately accessed the problem, ordered the part needed. Next day called within 24 hrs of towing and said vehicle was ready. When I arrived they had even vacuumed and washed my vehicle along with the minor repair.I praise thiscompany’s excellent and prompt service and grateful the charge was very reasonable!! They had to tow our truck and horse trailer into their shop and then, they fixed our truck first thing the next morning. They took us to a nearby motel for the night. 11/11/19 at 7:40 am during the pouring rain one of the drivers almost caused a huge wreck. He was flying through 167 from NLR towards Jacksonville riding on a small cars bumper about 3’ back. Then the crazed driver got on my tail, when I got out of his way he flew up next to me, rolled down the window doing something at me (I was watching the road so I’m sure it was pleasant). He flew past going 85+ mph. I immediately contacted the company & the state police. I pray he doesn’t kill someone to learn his lesson driving in the rain speeding in a huge truck!

Actually the last experience was not the best. But Mr Smith has took care of my towing needs for years and always reasonable and just seems like such a honest and fair man. I will continue to use them in years to come.I probably was having a bad day myself. But based on my years of experience and anyone that knows him always has good things to say.

The gentleman named Push (on his coat) jumped my car battery, today. Upon a quick visual inspection, he advised that the battery needed replacing. I would NOT recommend this service at all. The staff is unprofessional and not friendly. My boyfriend had his car towed and when it was time to take his car off of the tow truck, the TOWER had the rear wheels on the ground and told my boyfriend to put the car in neutral himself (instead of the tower making sure the car got safely on the ground) and as soon as he put his car in neutral, his entire front bumper ripped off!!! The tower was highly inappropriate for even suggesting the driver to do this when we paid THEM to do a job. We will NOT be using them anymore!

I needed emergency towing as my husband suddenly suffered an attack on the highway at 1 in the morning. I jumped out of bed and called at least 5 24 hr towing companies after speaking with the Sheriff on the scene and couldnt reach ANYONE. I called Jims and they were the only ones to answer and were on the job ASAP. They even gave my truck a 15 minute boost after getting it to my driveway, as the battery had died. The reliability meant everything. My husband is now fine but the genuine service I received from this business meant the world to me and made my life so much easier!

You know I have never seen a wrecker guy go out of his way to make sure a vehicle doesn’t get messed up when the customer has already been jacked by some thieves who stole two of his tires while he was at work, this wrecker guy could have just pulled this car up on the flat bed and been like not my problem... but instead he thought out side of the box and used a spare to place on the car so it wouldn’t drag and cause more damage! Hats off to this guy ! Really appreciate what he did to help he worked well with oncall tire company in mayflower to make sure they got it to their shop for the customer ! Very friendly and professional.... two of my favorite places now will always be on call tire and Jim smith wrecker ! So glad y’all work together

Very affordable prices. Runs for cars at night. We were on the side of the road and a lot of different tow companies said they didnt tow cars at night. Jim Smith came and picked us up and was quick, polite, and affordable.

I was given Jim Smiths towing number by the fire dept.and told they could fix/tow my vehicle at the same place. I valued their opinion and agreed to use them. Nobody ever called the fire dept for their assistance but the men were very kind and stopped to help my vehicle and even waited with me until the tow company arrived. When I went and picked up my vehicle..I was charged$160.00 for my tow $100.00 to much. They charged me that price and said it was because an emergency personal called them on their radio. I did not request this and was calling a diffrent company and took their help as a kind gesture..I was not in an accident nor was the police or fire dept. called. When I called to work the mix up out they were very unprofessional and Angie did not attempt to help me at all. I do not recommend their service at all. **** update*** Finally got back refund of $100 after having to call city attorney and police chief. When I came to get money everyone was so rude to me like I did something wrong. The whole office was making loud jokes at me and laughing. This customer service was the worst until the very end.I do not recommend this place at all.

I was hit a few month ago and they did an excellent job restoring my car and the paint job was amazing. I’ve had numerous friends comment on the fantastic work they did on my car, you would have never known I was in an accident. I also had my oil changed and brakes repaired. The employees are extra nice, the repairs were completed quickly and on time and they went above and beyond to take care of me. Great service and friendly tow drivers! If you need a wrecker in central Arkansas call Jim Smith first! My car broke down on I-430 during the worst snow storm I have ever seen. None of the other wrecker companies I contacted would come out due to road conditions, but Jim Smith came out and rescued my vehicle. They were very reasonably priced too! They will be the only wrecker service I use from now on.

I would not recommend them. We had them tow my Husbands car today and the tower did not know how to get the car hooked up so he could tow it. He ended up completely breaking the axel in half causing a couple thousand dollars more in damage as a direct result of the inability to properly tow the car. When a call was paced by our dealer the company denied responsibility for the damage claiming they had nothing to do with it.

Think its some major BS that they charge you storage on weekends while they are closed. I mean REALLY??

I feel they took advantage of our desperate situation. Police called them to the scene of a minor accident. I have used towing services many times, just never after an accident where the police officer calls them so I had no idea what my options were. In all my times of using towing have I EVER had to pay Over $400 for a towing service (which included $175 to put the vehicle on the truck. I have paid as little as $60 for a full tow so there’s the first tip that they are a rip off). As soon as the driver got to where the vehicle was going, he said “too bad you didn’t have a spare tire, we could have put that on and it would have been a lot cheaper”. (There was a full size spare in the vehicle!) If the driver hadn’t been on the phone with his wife and the office the entire ride he probably could have done some fact finding with his passenger (someone in our party) and found this out and offered the option to us before racking up this outrageous charge. THEN, the tow driver put air in the tire at the drop location...the tire popped right back onto the rim so he was able to drive the vehicle right off the flatbed truck.

We used the wrecker service. They were available immediately! We were a few dollars short and they agreed to come anyway. Great People!

Bad customer service. Seems like theyre more concerned about a Dollar than any type of regard for the customer/potential customer.

Terrible customer service. Especially from some guy named Josh. Hangs up on you when he cant explain something or you have a question. Lies through his teeth about simple questions, at least he does when he isnt hanging up on you.

Was in a huge hurry and took the shoulder of the road to the exit at crystal today around 525. Threw up a piece of lumber and hit my car. The tow truck driver kept going and never stopped. He was not loaded with a vehicle but ran the yellow caution lights anyway.
