Visiting Texas from out of State. We were very excited to checkout Conroe outlet Mall. After driving for an hour, we were shocked to see literally everything was gone and the entire place look like a ghost 👻 town. DO NOT GO THERE and check the directory to see what’s currently open or in business before going there. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!!

This place is a dying star. Going here is like walking onto the set of a virus movie. Nothing to see here. Stores closed. This isnt due to covid, its been like this for years. This is a great place to teach your kid how to drive because the huge parking lot is always empty.

Dont waste your time. Its a ghost town. The only thing open is the way in🤣

Nike Clearance StoreI came to outlet to exchange pairs of Chuck I, which were the wrong size. They explained they had limited Converse then, bent over backwards to make me a satisfied customer. Daniel greeted me and got the ball running . The crew was seamless. Daniel checked me out and confirmed my experience was outstandingTheOutlet is mainly closed with the exception of Nike.

It is a ghost town. I went there because I was staying at the Comfort Inn at its entrance. Other than Levis outlet store, there is nothing worth visiting. At 11:00 AM on Friday there were less than 10 cars. All belonged to employees. There were no shoppers even inside Levis store. When I walked in there were two employees and no other shoppers came in. Out of about 100 stores, there are about 10 still open. Not worth your time driving there. Please see these pictures, yup it is empty.

I love going there, the restrooms are so immaculate. I wish more stores would consider leasing there. I remember when Mikasa was there ( my favorite) bought my daughters wedding favors. I do not know if the rents to high but wish more people would open there businesses.

The mall itself is long past its prime Nike closed down in 2018! only levis and Maurices are left for retail, both stores have good prices and arent overcrowded most days

There are literally only like 4 stores left in this entire outlet mall. I only go for Hanes outlet. Do not go thinking this is an outlet mall. Its glory days are long gone. If you want Levis and Hanes-Bali-Playtex outlet then its great but know thats 2 of 4 stores

This place no longer resemblances what it used to be. Once Nike left, all other small businesses started leaving and this place is now a huge leasing place, empty, with no real offers but for a Levis store (which I recommend visiting). If you go for the Outlets, there is nothing left here. Very disappointed that the maps STILL mark it as active, but honestly this place should be called: Levis Outlet and another 3 stores. Place is dead and unappealing.Hopefully, after covid, this place can thrive again.

Nothing stays within and best one there was Nike but not anymore, so must be either rents to high or marketing .. now Outlet let the Bull lease these out for you and you will have a packed house of paying long term tenants to your choosing. Went to That Escape Place in the Outlet Mall, suite #132 and it was FUN. We had a blast escaping from the Egyptian Room. Cant wait to return to do the other rooms. A great family, friend or date night.

The place looks like a ghost town; only a few businesses open, and lots of empty spaces available for lease. So sad. It used to be my go-to shopping place years ago to avoid the mall.

Had to shop Balia 80% offSpent $100 but saved $300

I come specifically for Jazzy Junque second hand store at the south end of the outlets.I am disappointed in the number of vacant storefronts.

The only good thing was the Santa house. Its a ghost town. Not like it used to be back in the day They need to start over and make it something worth having. The community would love to have something fresh and new

I used to shop here when I was little and they used to have a lot of great stores that I would shop at. But now it’s like a Ghost town. They rlly should put more stores here and make it a more popular place to shop at. I wish they would have already done that. I don’t know what happend to this place but I hope they put more shops soon!

We went to the Uniform Store... they were super helpful and reasonably priced. The store was clean, bright parking was easy.

Very old and not kept up very well. This review may be very biased, because I dont actually shop here. Our church is located in this facility, and we love the church. As a whole, the shopping center is absolutely empty with only a few stores left. I really wish the owners would spend some money to get this place back to its former glory.

They really should just knock that place down and revamp it. Would be such a lovely place for an updated outdoor mall.

Growing up in the area, it is so sad going to this empty mall that once was full of stores. Now there are only a few places to shop, which doesnt make it worth going. It seems like the owners would want to lower rents to get tenants in and pick business back up, before the entire place is empty due to lack of customers. Lower rent is better than no rent at all. And getting shoppers here, would entice more businesses to move in.

Theres no more outlet in Conroe. Only 1 remaining store which is the Levis Store. They dont carry clothing for every sizes. I was disappointed 😞

Very calm and a quite place with lots of parking spaces. Currently the Nike factory outlet is moved out and the Levis store always have offers, been there many times.

The outlets are mostly vacant BUT the Jazzy Junque store is outstanding and well worth the trip.

I drove 30 min and it was such a disappointment. All stores closed down.

Dont waste a drive. There might be 4 stores left in the entire complex. Such a wasted opportunity for our Community. It must be poor management of the most epic levels, because it has been like this for years and I have seen no signs of improvement.

Great place to take my teen to practice her driving skills. The small assortment of shops there are in on the ground floor of what is going to come. I recommend the Kitchen Connection and Nike Outlet Store. I havent visited the other shops.

Most of the outlet mall is empty. There are a few good stores in there. Love the Levi outlet so I gave 2 stars instead of 1.

Its a shame there arent more stores here. Great area and layout. Has great potential. I feel sad when i see it so empty. I really hope more stores move in soon. Give it some business if you are nearby! Park and make the full circle walk. Get some exercise and support the Outlets!

So many places closed up. Not much to go to anymore. The best place was the Cooking Store, but they left too.

Great place to shop it is like family

Unfortunately the outlet has gone from great a long time ago to having only a handful of stores. Nike, kitchen collection, PAC sun, lids, sunglasses hut and RUE 21 are about all thats left.The Nike store is a one reason I come because they always have good sales.

We used to go all the time and shop. Over the years we have noticed the stores slowly closing down. So we quit going and it was a day trip for us to enjoy getting away. Its sad cause they had nice stores.

Very few outlets still open. Visited the Levi store which has bargains on Levi clothing. There is also a kitchen store which is well stocked with items. If you are wanting sunglasses, watches etc better make the trip to the outlets on 290

Only a handful stores left. The most appealing of them being Nike, however, they hardly get any new merchandise to sell. Which means that they always have the same things and those things are not that good. Employees are a big eye catcher, I will admit that.

Great location, but this outlet is in need of more businesses. It has great potential but nothing to draw in customers. Also I would suggest that they fix their digital billboard. It would look better, if it couldnt be fixed, with a traditional sign than a broke one.

The Nike factory has really good selection for cheaper prices. worth checking out. You might end up with two pairs of shoes for the price of one at the mall.

Excellent place. Brought my mom down from Conroe and she loved every minute.Very welcoming, informative (without going over your head), knowledgeable, and friendly. Will definitely be back.

The Outlets At Conroe has a wonderful selection of different stores available. Everything from housewares to clothing, shoes to sportsware, pretty much anything you could need is somewhere in the vicinity. Also close to several eateries nearby.

Why is this outlet mall so empty You would literally have better luck at the shopping center off of 3083 the biggest store in here is a resale shop not that thats necessarily a bad thing but not what I was looking for in an outlet mall

Not many stores. Theyre all closing down. Nike Outlet latest to close. Has uniform store but if you want to walk around and shop it is not worth the travel if you are not from that area.

We went there because I had seen a business that sold hospital scrubs. We were pleasantly surprised to find a large selection of scrubs at reasonable prices from which my wife could choose...and it was closer than going to The Woodlands to another store.

Its a little empty but has always been one of my favorite places to walk n shop

Very good outlet.live about an hour and half from it but found some very good stuff love the Nike store.

Almost all the shops are closed and when I asked about renting a unit it was priced ridiculously. I can easily see why this is dead. POOR MANAGEMENT!!!!!

It is a great outlet mall with a wide variety of stores. We favor the Columbia store. Great products and excellent service. We recommend this outlet.

I had some time to go to Bass Shoes Outlet and when I arrived, the store was closed down. Next door is the Casual Male XL shop with a sign stating store closing. Very few stores left here. I imagine that there must be some plans to repurpose this property.

Even though there are many empty stores, I love the stores that are opened. I especially love the office people. Charlie, Matt, etc. I pray the rest of the stores fill to full capacity.

Sadly there are only a handful of stores here. So unless youre driving by, I wouldnt recommend coming out here. Having said that, I was able to successfully shop during my trip so I was pleased with my visit.

Huge plaza with hardly any stores. They need to step up their business ventures. More than half their lots are vacant. They claim to have the Cleanest restrooms but not when I went. They have two stores worth going to. But it is the worst outlet plaza I have been to. Look, it is in Conroe, a fast growing city with very wealthy people, how is there no venture capitalist to fill that place out?

This place is dead. Only a hand full of stores open and dressbarn will close December 24th. How terrible. First these people will be out of a job and on top of it you are making them work Christmas Eve. If I were them everyone should call in sick that day. Merry Christmas dressbarn owner. That is a very bad decision on your part. And since you sold all drrssbarns and bought out Ann Taylor you can rest a sure I will NOT SUPPORT THAT STORE. KARMA WILL GET YOU. This place is not worth your time. There are hardly any stores. I dont understand why they dont have more stores, it is a great location. Do recommend Jazzy Junque, great resale shop that supports New Danville which is a great organization.

Nike Store is awesome! Other than that its pretty much a ghost town, and you have to walk clear to the corner of the outlet to find a restroom.

Other than the Nike store this plaza is completely dead no stores at all. You may just want to use the plaza to walk or run like a track for exercise.

Found some great deals at the Nike and Dress Barn outlet stores. The complex itself was pretty devoid of many retailers.

This place is very affordable. Also if your lucky you can find what your looking for. Always have great deals.

Maybe they should consider lowering their rent. I believe this place to be designed for an undercover embezzlement ring. Why else would they not give a hoot about their lack of income? They have about 5 stores left and they are not anything special.
