I went in this morning looking for a bar cart and decided to get a marble topped sofa table. The table I found, I accidentally dropped and broke. Melanie and Michael T came to my rescue. Although it was an accident I was very upset. They were very understanding and they changed out the marble top for me. I was so grateful. Michael T also showed me around where I could find the other things that I had been looking for. They were both so helpful and I wanted to say thank you publicly. A few years ago this store was known by another name. Cant even remember the name. What a difference a name change has made. Not like arhaus but pretty good place to shop. Unique finds, for both starter families and us seniors looking to freshen up the home. Lots of art work, more than just a silk flower place, reasonable bedding, bath, kitchen gadgets, rugs all without breaking the bank. One of those kinda places you WOW, who knew? Enormous in size, plan to spend time. Most of all the employees are happy, eager to help and really contribute to the over all shopping experience. Check it out

What I loved most about At Home were their artificial plants and wreaths. Absolutely the best artificial plants for decor. Great experience. Awesome staff!

The selection can be hit or miss, but I think that is part of the point. Today though, during checkout, the cashier was trying to describe that I should put my items on the checkout counter differently and when I didnt understand, they told my wife that it was okay, men dont get it. Ive never been told the way I put things on the counter is wrong.

This location has a larger variety of items to choose from. The location closer to me does not have half of the choices. Anytime I am looking for something specific, I can always find it at the At Home location in The Woodlands.

Another version of Hobby Lobby. Good prices and wide variety of indoor furniture, seasonal decor, wall art, rugs, etc. They were rather low on patio furniture. Only three single chairs and one bench to choose from in an area that was rather large. Not sure if sold out or making room for the Christmas decorations.

Bad Advertising & Bad Customer ServiceI went in to At Home today to buy some new throw pillows for the living room furniture. To my surprise they were having a buy one get one 50% off sale. We picked out our pillows and headed to the register. The register did not ring up any of the six pillows with the sale prices. The cashier said these were excluded because these were newer pillows. I looked at the sign (see pic) and the pillows were not excluded as she said. I asked to speak to a manager he again told us the pillows were excluded. I asked the manager to come read the sign with me and tell me where they were excluded and he agreed it did not say they were excluded. His response was it does not say they are included either. We left the store without our pillows based purely on the principal of the matter. We later tried to look up the pillows online but only one of the two styles shows up and can you believe it on the website it shows it is indeed part of the sale. I was extremely disappointed in how this was handled and filed a complaint with corporate.Update 7/3/18:The manager called me this morning and apologized and has offered to make it right. I appreciate his reaching out to me.

Loooove it here! Prices range but are fairly decent. I love it during the holidays. Everything is themed and easy to choose from.

Went to get cushions. Had 20% off but only on selected cushions. All we purchased had no discount. A little disappointing for total purchase of $150. They still had a lot of cushions but many were picked through.

Really disappointed in this establishment. They arent enforcing the mask policy AT ALL. I asked to speak to the manager and he was a real let down. He basically blew me off and said he couldnt do anything. He at least could have asked the 10 people in the store who werent wearing a mask to please wear one. One of the non mask wearing people was coughing so bad people were avoiding him like the plaque. Come on guys! Take care of your customers and your employees!!

Love the store and their merchandise. Its come in handy that they have holiday items out year round. I bought a rug here almost two years ago and between a toddler and a cat running around on it, it still looks brand new. So consider me impressed. My only complaint is on multiple occasions Ive found broken glass on the floor, told an employee, only to pass by that area again later and see that it hasnt been touched. These were at very busy times but its still a hazard and should be taken care of promptly.
