Caliber Collision did a great job of repairing a minor scrape that occurred when I brushed a pole while backing. They were very affordable and it now looks like new. They made the repair on the spot while I waited. I was in and out in 30 minutes. They were extremely professional and their lobby area was clean and very well kept. It was a much better experience for me than going to a dealership or any other body shops that I have used in the past.

Had my husband take the car to get the front of the car secured back on after an accident with a parking lot curb. This place is absolutely horrible. I took my car here for repairs and the repairs wasnt properly done and now a year later repairs still arent done and they have continued to bill and collect from my car insurance company to this very day and I have been getting the runaround every time that I call I am being told I will get a call back which never happens .

This was the second time in a year that someone hit me while I was sitting still 🤦🏼‍♀️ but with all the frustration that brings, I have to say Caliber lifted the weight off my shoulders. We have used this repair place twice so far. Once for our car, once for our truck. Our truck was in an accident and the front bumper,insurance said the truck would be totalled out, due th the age of the vehicle. We took it to Caliber and they gave us a quote, worked with our insurance and we got the truck back, only having to pay for the deductible. They always gomabove and beyond. They always wahed and polished our vehichkes. Sometimes it takes longer than the estimate, for various reasons, but they always come thru. They are our go to for body repairs on cars now, hopefullt we wont have to use them too much.

They were very accommodating within two hours of the accident I was in a rental and on my way to work. I was kept informed along the way of the progress and very satisfied with the results and service.

I will start this review by stating that some of this timeline was encompassed by the big winter storm that affected much of Texas. The repair performed on my car looked really good! Upon starting my drive home, a noise appeared. As soon as I could safely get pulled over, I noticed the piece that covers the undercarriage had not been clipped properly back to the rest of the repair. It fell down and was dragged for a couple of miles damaging it beyond repair. Caliber was contacted and the part was ordered. A timeline for the delivery and repair was never communicated to me until I reached out again. The winter storm subsequently hit, and shut down much of the area. I have still not received any communication on this and the storm is pretty much passed. Attention to detail on the repairs and poor follow up communication are the reasons for the 3 star rating. The initial repair, cleaning of the vehicle, and communication during the initial repair were very good. If the communication on the further repairs were more adequate, I would rate them higher as the work appeared to be done well and promptly. The winter storm excuses the delays, but does not excuse the absence of communication. I was able to communicate delays to contacts in my line of work, and Im sure Caliber could have let me know SOMETHING too.

My car was hit by a deer Geico had my car delivered her to have front end work done. I kept getting a run around on when my car would be done, they bring my car to meet not complete it needed a front end alignment done so they had to take it back, then they tell me after I have cash that they can not take cash. I had to call today to see if car is ready they tell me ooooo you did not get a phone call no I did not. I told them they where going to have to bring my car to me and pick up rental they said they could not di that today knowing I have no one to go with me to pick it up and I have an elderly special needs lady with me which I will be letting the state know about.

I was in a minor collision a while back and took my car to caliber collision. They were great. The lady at the front desk was very kind and polite. Aaron was very nice and seemed genuinely concerned with the repair of my vehicle. He even took the time to look at my front bumper which I caught on a curb backing out and said he would have it reattached as a customer courtesy. It has been a couple of weeks sense the repairs where completed and I could not be happier about the quality and service I received from this company. The Conroe location has still not completed repairs after closer inspection and I have gotten nothing but a runaround from your management. After front end damage to a basically new vehicle they return it to us with headlights shining in the trees and no front end alignment, if you let go if the steering wheel it takes a hard left.The people who returned the vehicle says the insurance company did not authorize a front end alignment but it is in the paperwork, also the fuel tank was full and there’s less than half a tank when they tried to force my wife to take possession of the vehicle.The second time we asked for the tank to be put back to full and repair the vehicle correctly. The manager says she would do this IF we remove the bad review from google.  When I finally get home from out of country I inspected my vehicle and found that the brackets that hold the bumper are missing and two whirling harnesses are not put in there correct place and are hanging inside the bumper and headlights are still not adjusted for driving on the road. If it was an airplane it would be correct   Again management says nothing is wrong.Regardless if my insurance company paid you I also gave this woman a deductible and I won’t expect anything less than compensation for the blatant disregard for my family’s safety, disrespect By your management and your inability to get a job done correctly at least the second time.

Just picked my car up after repairs and it looks great! Mr. David was super helpful when assessing my car and kept me in the loop with repairs being done. My car was completed within the window they gave me needed for the repairs and I am much appreciative!

Expect inflated estimates. Ive taken my car here before and they do quality work. But recently I received an estimate to replace a damaged side mirror. They quoted me $650 to replace the mirror. I was told it would involve taking off my vehicles door to replace the mirror. I purchased a new replacement mirror for a little over $100 and replaced it myself in under half an hour without having to remove my vehicles door. I understand they have to make a profit, but a little more honesty would be appreciated.

Paint doesnt match, panels dont align, broken parts werent replaced, couldnt get a hold of the service advisor, repair times extended beyond a month.

I took my car to Caliber Collision a week and a half ago for some pretty major body damage. Aaron walked me through the process and they provided me a ride home. Aaron called me later that day with my estimate cost and what could be a 19 day repair time frame. My vehicle from that point on was handled by David. David text me everyday with updates on my car and what they were doing that day. After having my car for 10 days he said they were doing their final check through and hopefully I would have my car 9 days early! Unfortunately after the quality control check they discovered a small flaw in the paint, and they decided not to give the car back if it wasnt perfect. After speaking to him he realized that I was pretty sad I couldnt get my car back (it was a Friday) until Monday. I asked if I could just have the car for the weekend and return it Monday so they could fix the paint, but unfortunately they had already taken it apart to fix. So, David said they would pay for me to have a rental car from Enterprise for the weekend. An employee (Jacob) came and picked me up and took me to Enterprise to get the rental car. I am absolutely impressed with the way they handled the situation, theyve been completely professional and 100% focused on making the customer happy. Theyre dedication to the quality of work they put out is unmatched and I would recommend Caliber Collision to everyone I know.

I have nothing but positive things to say about our experience at Caliber of Conroe. We were first greeted by Crystal, the front Office Manager, who is very friendly and very efficient. The waiting area is spotless, and there is even a small area for anyone with young children. Then we met Jimmy, the General Manager, and our dealings with Jimmy make it clear why this is an excellent Caliber location. The work on our car was done very well, so we will definitely be recommending this Caliber to anyone who has a need.

Great service, quick turaround, and excellent results. My car looks better than it was before the accident that promted the repairs.They worked directly with my insurance company. They were transparent with where and whom they were getting replacement parts, and also provided comparative costs and value of their recommendations of these parts.I called everyday to get updates, and they were happy to be detailed everytime. I did not get a generic reply nor was I left on hold. The phone never rang more than twice and it was always answered by an employee.I definitely recommend them for your car needs.

I had my car repaired there in Nov it took them more than a month to try to fix. I came outside today and my car was completely falling apart once again. I found glue on my bumper, so instead of fixing it they glued everything back together. Please I beg of all of the people looking into getting their car fixed there do not do it. I have pictures of everything of the glue etc. I also had to get a dealership to fix it but the managers Jimmy cussed me out and told my insurance company that I have been messing with my car. Please dont let them yell you lies.

My car was in a collision almost 2 weeks ago. Calliber got my car on December 16, 2019 and they had the repairs done by December 20, 2019. It looks amazing and is running great. This place is amazing! Ask for Arren. Arren went out his way to get me taken care off. I brought my truck in at 8:30 and he had it done by 4:30 the same day. All the other major shops in the area said a week to two weeks. He also got me a rental car and buffed out some otger small scrapes at no additional charge! I would give them 10 Stars if I could.

David did a great job in walking me through my options on the repair, and advised me on which would be the most cost effective. He also described in detail what the repair would entail, and said it would take 2 or 3 days to complete. It took 2 days, and he called after the first day to give me a status update. I really appreciated that! When I picked up my Civic it looked like new. Great job and excellent service by David and the entire team. Also, their price was what was estimated, and it came in MUCH less then the local nationwide competitor down the road. I highly recommend Caliber Collision in Conroe!

My daughter took her car there for an estimate. The estimator didn’t raise the hood or look under the car, just wrote a very halfhearted estimate of $500. I took it another shop and their estimate was over $2500.

After backing in to a large plant urn in my own driveway and denting the front passenger side fender and door, I researched local collision repair shops in the area online and decided to get estimates from two that had good reviews. My experience getting the estimates follows:Calibers new location felt clean and welcoming. Dana was professional, and the estimate came in several hundred dollars lower than the competition whose employee had also verbally stated to me that the final bill could be higher once the work began.In contrast, Dana at Caliber told me his estimate was final. I liked that! No surprises! Dana also said he estimated a 2- or 3-day turn-around---the other collision repair company employee had estimated a 5-day turn around repair. Dana stated the repair is guaranteed for life at any Caliber location. The other collision-repair company employee did not verbally mention any guarantees as a selling point. Dana also told me if I needed a ride home, Caliber could assist me. All of the above made me opt to use Caliber.The next morning, I drove my SUV to Caliber, and a friendly employee accompanied me back to my house as I drove my SUV home; then he drove it back to Caliber for the repair to begin. I received emailed updates re the repair. Then I received a phone call that the SUV was ready for pick up. It only took two days, and I had the SUV back by last night. Several employees (including Dana) even stayed until after closing so that my husband could pick me up after he finished work and have me there 15 min after closing. The SUV was repaired to our satisfaction. It had been washed and vacuumed and was cleaner than when I brought it in! I am very happy and will recommend Caliber to friends and family living in this area. Glad to see new competition in this area!
