We had a mailbox at Postal Annex for over 6 years. We only stopped using their services because we moved out of the area. Overall we were very happy with their services.We havent been a customer for almost 2 years but Ramesh called me over the weekend because one of our clients mistakenly sent a letter to our old PO Box. He held the letter for me so that I could pick it up. Most services would have sent the letter back, return to sender. Ramesh went out of his way to help and I greatly appreciated it.

Such a nice owner...I needed a single envelope, 1 stamp, and a photo copy. I did not have any change, only a debit/credit card. The owner said dont worry you can pay me next time you come in. This is how we use to do business back in the old days, a hand shake was your word. Its great to see that this owner still has that good business since, I will be back to pay him and will now make this my place of choice for all my postal, copy needs.

Ramesh did an incredible job helping me ship tons of stuff from Concord California to Playa del Carmen mexico. It was a complex job with lots of customs issues and he knew how to handle it perfectly. He also helped me box and ship things in a more efficient fashion so that one box cost me much less money then all the separate bags I had. his instincts and his knowledge of the industry were superior. The guy at the counter was extremely pushy and overcharged my wife by DOUBLE what the actual cost of postage was, then, sat on the package for two days before actually shipping out the PRIORITY parcel.Stay away from this place and do not trust the absolute nonsense scamming employee behind the counter that outright overcharges you AND delays your packages.If you like getting ripped off and you don’t care when or if your parcel even arrives at its destination then this is the place for you, otherwise you’re better off going ANYWHERE else... seriously.

Friendly place when I started, but after like 3 years u would think ur mail was safe and not redirected outta state with no notice. Or maybe if certified mail comes, a heads up would be nice. I have my transportation issues making it hard to get to my box. So when I put in a change of address called them to have them forward my mail to a closer location, it was impossible. Something changed? I dont know. But I have a jury duty notice that I didnt know about a month old. Hmm wonder who was going to tell me?As if updated info Was the cause...but its not. Just lack of care on every part. I will say that when I request them to forward my mail they do drop it off to me where Im at, which isnt the 1st time n since 1/21, maybe they could have automatically done this to help me..then I wouldnt mind as much paying for service. Right now my only understanding is that they want to close for non payment because I obviously dont get a bill where they send it? Go figure. And in such a case, forwarding or returning mail that could be time sensitive to Maryland where I was 3 years ago+ was a better alternative. Im just confused because as a account holder I should know why my mail is delivered where ever. Just thinking, not 1 Xmas card? I must be lonely cause even my credit cards say thanks 4 owing us money this year. But maybe I expected too much. I even requested help from the pd. Thinking they would look into something that is documented as a federal offense, but I guess this is no ones dept. Hopefully I can get some help.

Just got overcharged for the book of 20 regular first class USPS stamps. It’s 55 cents per a stamp and the guy charged me 70 cents which total is $14 and should be $11.

This place is amazing since they accept and reuse Styrofoam popcorn and packaging air bags. That, on top of a very professional service for printing/packaging/shipping and notary needs.
