The one thing I have to say about FedEx is that they are consistent. Consistently terrible. I had 4 incoming boxes. 3 were delivered and Im on day 4 of trying to get someone to figure out how to deliver a package to the same place they shouldve delivered it to with the other 3 packages 4 days beforehand. The customer service people are fine, but the infrastructure and the company are the reason that I NEVER VOLUNTARILY SHIP WITH FEDEX. They are a constant disappointment and are guaranteed to let you down. Its a guarantee though, I guess. My biggest gripe though is that I have to give at least a single star. UPS could be a quarter as good and still be a million times better than FedEx.
Ordered an item from California. Tracking showed three pieces, arrived at the Charlotte, NC location on Sunday August 29, 2021. They were supposes to deliver it monday August 30, 2021. Nope, didnt happen. So it was supposed to be delivered on Tuesday August 31, 2021. Nope called several times and no new information. FedEx lost my package. This is the third time we used them in the last year and each time either the package was late or broken when received. UPS or USPS!
Went through Shoe Carnival And bought some tennis shoes on line. Was suppose to receive shoes within 5 days. Using the tracking and its been to Chicago to Tennessee and now North carolina? When you call to track it all they say is been sent to post office in your area. Awful service and shoe carnival nor Fed x could care less. Wont use again. If I could hive it 0 stars I would
Disappointed with the service. This facility does not have the capability to scan phones with QR codes to generate labels nor are they able to receive emails with that information.
I have been dealing with delivery issues from this location for years now, but it has reached an all time high the past six months. I have two issues currently. First one, a $300 Amazon package was already a couple of days late, but to make matters worse the driver delivered the package to someone else. How difficult is it to read numbers and street names? Our address is clearly marked and no one else has issues. Does FedEx not even require an elementary education for its drivers? Second issue, I have another package, which is currently over a week late. I needed it several days ago and not having it caused delays in my clients work being done. The package arrived at 4am at the Concord location and was “Out for Delivery” then at 11am it was scheduled to be delivered the next business day. The next business day happens to be Monday, which is way too late and I will now be returning the item to the seller. Before you buy something, tell the seller to avoid FedEx or you will buy elsewhere. Do your research. FedEx is last in on time deliveries for a reason.

I would give them a 0 but I cant. My 100 lb package was said to have been delivered directly to my apartment on the 3rd floor. There was no package in site. After checking with my neighbors, they said they hadnt received my package by mistake. I was given a case number from FedEx and a caseworker to look into the situation. After 3 days if my package being missing I called to get an update and greeted with no information and shortness of attitude from the caseworker. When an update was finally given it stated that the driver claims to have dropped off the package, with the help of a neighbor, to my apartment. There is still no sign of this package. Fedex intends to do nothing further to investigate. Luckily my apartment does have cameras and will be reviewing footage from that day and time to expose the truth. I wish that there was another carrier I could use for my future deliveries but this is what the website I order from uses. Its very unfortunate because there are 2 more pieces of furniture already in transit. I do not have confidence that I will get them to be transparent. Shame on Fedex.
Everything that gets shipped to me comes through here, and here is where all of the delays seem to happen. Phones delayed for several days and lied to by multiple people about it. Multiple times in the past weeks items have arrived multiple days late, and it has happened again. No idea as to why “potentially delayed” this time, but it’s already going on two days behind. I don’t ever have this problem with UPS, and I wish things would shift away from FedEx.

Im tired of FedEx lying and saying they attempted to deliver my package. They don’t knock, or ring the doorbell. They just walk up, leave the sticker on the door, and then leave. I even signed up to get texts, and I didn’t get a text until after they left. This has happened multiple times. It even happened while we had our front door open (we have a screen door so someone was CLEARLY home) and they did the same thing.
IMPORTANT PACKAGE REQUIRED SIGNATURE - NO ATTEMPT TO KNOCK OR RING DOORBELL WITH PEOPLE OBVIOUSLY AT HOME. UNBELIEVABLE. SHAME ON YALL. LOVE, KARMA

Absolutely horrible. I had an order and it was held at the Concord location and never reached its final destination. I know my package was stolen. FedEx should begin holding their employees accountable. This is sad, but karma is real.

TERRIBLE ! fedex driver is super lazy that comes to our community and he leaves people packages downstairs from the complex at not at their doors if ur that lazy then u shouldnt be delivering packages.

Tried to return a box to Cuddledown, employee wearing no mask said he could not print a receipt and told me to take a picture of the return code as evidence that it was shipped. The next day the box was delivered back to my home.Well done Fed Ex.....not!

9 to 10 days to deliver a package. I know it’s the cheapest way to send through Fedex but following the tracking history was absolutely comical. Do not use Fedex Smart Post.

Just waited 20 minutes just to drop off a package. There was one other customer here that had them trying to find a package she had addressed incorrectly. Meanwhile Im just standing there being ignored. Finally a 2nd employee showed up to take my package. Horrendous customer service!
I was waiting for a medication they sent me thru FedEx, I paid $34 for 2 day delivery, I was supposed to get it on a Tuesday and it is Friday and I had to go to that office to pick it up because since Tuesday they were unable to deliver or call me, the tracking information said it had a wrong address what was not true, the address was CORRECT, even though it was Friday (3 days late) I didn’t even have a reschedule date for my medicine. I also ask for a refund and of course they said they couldn’t give it to me. Terrible service.
A package was tried to be delivered broken. What FedEx did was repackaged the items in a new box minus the broken items and delivered the package minus the broken item. The worst part is the driver dropped off the package and ran so it couldnt be refused again. FedEx is incredibly deceiving. Will never use them if possible.
FedEx lied and said they attempted delivery of my package for 3 days. No on knocked on my door or left a door tag. I called customer service and was given wrong information on the 4th day. Then was told my package would be delivered on the 5th day. It wasnt supposedly it will be delivered today. I wouldnt trust them with my trash, which is how I would describe their service. Wish there was a minus. Some drivers just cant read the address on a package. I have nothing but issues with them with exception of one driver. Hes very nice and very helpful.
Ive had several important business packages shipped to me FedEx Priority in the past month, and 99% of them get held up in this specific FedEx for DAYS at a time. Arriving as much as 10 days late at times. I dont give bad reviews often but this is beyond pathetic. They need to do some rehiring in this place. Unfortunately my employer only ships through FedEx because he thinks its the fastest. I am currently trying to convince him that UPS is the way to go, hands down.

Staff were helpful and friendly. Had to go to pick up a gift shipped to me. They only allowed 3 people in at a time to meet physical distancing along with masks required.

The drivers at this location are lazy. I live in the Piedmont and I asked for the package to be delivered to my door and the driver advised that he did; open the door no package. Despite that when I track it says it’s at the front door. I ask that my packages not be placed in the Amazon boxes and be placed at the door. This happens so often hereI’ve complained over and over for the delivery drivers to follow simple instructions but this continues to be an issue.
My package arrived there at approximately 3:30 a.m. today (Friday). I received a notice that it wont be delivered until Monday! ??? Its only 10 miles from my house. They dont deliver on Saturday? Its been delayed twice already! Theyre sorry!Wish Home Depot would use another carrier.

Terrible.i live in a small town. They can never find me, but drive by my house at least 3 times a day. I have most recently been waiting for a package to be delivered since March 31st. FedEx called me twice for directions. I still dont have my package.

VM express and walmart have been notified that this location and other locations within concord have misplaced many items, expect less vendors to this route. this is the third rating with a one star within one month alone just tells you something boss.

The only reason there is 1 star is because they dont have negative stars. This place is a Joke. They miss delivering packages on the day promised 90% of the time. They can never keep packages together. I have a shipment of 2 packages that were received at the Ground center 12 hours ago at 4:58 AM and one of them is on a truck and the other is still setting in the warehouse. For those that dont know the ground division is not serviced by FedEx employees. They contract it our to the lowest bidder. Guess what that results in... Drivers who dont care. I will us UPS or USPS from now on. I am not alone here, I know business in our down town Concord who lost most of there Christmas profits this year because FedEx Ground lost 50% of their packages.

They are trash. I’ve been waiting on a package that they’ve had for a week. They keep saying it’s coming that day and then they reschedule it for the next day every time. At this point I’m not sure what they’re doing. This place needs to be shut down. It’s always something with them.

I never really write reviews but today was one of those days, my package for some reason had their address but it was delivered by usps I called fedex I explained what had happened and nothing so o was like let me just drive to the location I went there the 1st lady kept on telling me my package wasn’t there then I hear somebody said is that Brenda I was like yes she was the one that spoke to Fedex customer service lady so I explained to her what happened showed her my phone and everything omg I’m so glad she came out she went beyond what was in her hands to help me and I’m so glad she found my package! Thank you so much Kayla she was so friendly she made me feel so much better since this was my second package lost in the last two days!
When i went it was shocked how long it took for someone to come but was greeted with a warm friendly face and smile. She was very professional and told me about FedEx and how the distribute in the metro area. I was very pleased. The place wasnt too crowded either

Wish I can give 0 stars. My package has been sitting here for 9 days.... no update or anything from tracking online or by calling them. It is a Christmas present, well now was. I called and I got a CS from overseas whose just repeating themselves. At this point, I think my package is now lost. Hope they can fudge themselves.
The first place we went on Enterprise Drive was very nice and courteous. But the other place on Fortune Drive wasnt. There was no one there.

Upon checking the status of our package it stated, the recipient refused, and was sent back to the shipper.First off, the address on the package matched our address. Second, no one at this address refused it. Third, it only takes a little common sense to double check the address label from the shipper that is very legible in 2 inch font. This was a very important package and had to be resent due to Concord, NC Fedex. Please take pride in your job and ensure you are double checking the address and if the person refusing does not match the recipient you could possible be at the wrong address.

I just have to share. I order often, and normally UPS delivers. Well, the past probably 10+ times UPS has FAILED at delivering my packages because they were too lazy to get out of the truck and see if my house was the right place to drop the package and they marked it as not a address which left me to to drive 30 mins away to go pick it up at their facility. I have been waiting in my package ALL day. Im laying in bed its 8:25, pouring rain and we are in the middle of a tornado warning and my dogs start barking. What do you know, here is fed ex delivering my package in the pouring rain at 8:25 at night. IM BEYOND IMPRESSED!!!!!!!!!! Way to go guys you are amazing!!!!!
Waiting on the package all day. At 7:25 get the text that says no one home, delivery attempted and no one home or business closed. These guys really suck.
Package shipped to have been delivered today December 21st. At 8:55pm the FedEx tracker still said it was on truck for delivery. Where is my package? Been waiting on the truck to deliver all day.
12/10- Package shipped from amazon12/11- FedEx received package12/12- Guaranteed Delivery dayIt is now 12/14 and I still dont have my package. Amazon prime guaranteed me that my package would be here 12/12 and I would think FedEx would know the time frame in which they have to deliver my stuff. No attempt was made on 12/12 and 12/13, so Im hoping they can get their business straight and deliver my package. Terrible service and this is not the first time I had to deal with FedExs late deliveries.

Meh. Dont expect anyone to be at the counter. This isnt a FedEx Office so the experience is slightly better than the post office. However its the fastest way to get your FedEx express package in the logistics chain.

Awful service!!!!Day one attempted delivery required signature, no one at home so advised to pick up after 7:30 at their office. Drove to their office and driver was not back and would be back after they closed. They made the suggestion to take it to another office nearer to our place of work and it would be there the next day at 9:30.Day two we made two attempts at the closer office to pick up our package and it never arrived. Once we got home from work there was another door tag stating they attempted delivery at the house and no one home. The tag advised us to pick up the package the next day at the office closest to our work.Day three we went to the office closest to our work and still no package. I called Customer Service and basically was told the package is on the truck for a third attempt to deliver at our home. They would try to let me know on the door tag when and where I could pick up the package tonight.I am disappointed and upset beyond belief and have driven all over to get the package and they still have no clue how I can get my package.......................I am to wait for another door tag that has basically been inaccurate. This is unacceptable

I was home at the time of delivery. No one knocked on my door but just left a note saying how I wasnt home. I only realized they were there once I saw the worker leaving, and they werent even carrying my package!
Clean and professional. They are happy to help you pack, unlike USPS, and very kindly work with you until your shipping is complete. A little more expensive but worth it gorntheir vastly wonderful service.

We have sent several packages in the last 10 days sent via FedEx Smart Post. Package statuss are not being updated at least daily. When they do, the packages sit in Concord for 3-4 days before even moving, making them delivered after the estimated time. Our customers want to know where their orders are and we have had inconsistent updates from FEDEX with no explaination as to the delay. None of our packages are going into known delay zones. My business depends on deliveries being on time. These packages still have not been delivered. Im seriously considering another shipper.

This location won’t print your labels for you. I have a fedex account with well over 1000 transactions and drove 1.5hrs to get a package out overnight and the lady wouldn’t even print my label for me. Why even be a ship location at this point.
