A short but efficient visit today, kind lady running the place by herself opened promptly at 9am and was serving everyone as quickly as possible. I had ordered free supplies from the FedEx website that were endlessly delayed, and I needed them for a big shipment TODAY. She gave me the maximum amount she could. Thank you!

Previous visit, hand then a double sided print... very simple, I need copies front and back standard sized, then shrunken to a 5x7 print. Took literally 2 minutes for the employee to do with a smile.Fast forward to today, employee tells me it’ll take hours as he has to program it into the computer etc. I tell him I can wait and to let other customers go ahead of me... nope, it’ll be hours.Go elsewhere, Staples print is awesome.
Used the website to submit a print order for curriculum for the upcoming school year. Due to the item, on its own, it stated that a call to the customer PRIOR to printing would be required. I put that Id pick up on Friday (since that was also my pay day) and it would need to be ready by then, which was about 3 business days away. I woke up the next day and shortly after, received an email that my order was ready. I called the store, the order was over $200. I laughed and told them I didnt want it. I immediately went to an online printer, specializing in printing homeschool curriculum, where the cost was $30 shipped for the exact same thing. Three items, spiral bound, clear covered, etc. The business came highly recommended. Dont use this place for printing services. They started to speak about how printing in B&W would be cheaper, but I wanted nothing of it since they couldnt even follow through on the courtesy call prior to printing it. Thankfully I wasnt required to give them my payment information when placing the order. What garbage!

I called this location specifically to ask for process steps needed to use a FedEx prepaid label I had from DSW shoes. DURING the call, the man I spoke with should have shared I could use packaging the box of shoes came in to mail the shoes back to DSW. Instead he told me I would either have to wrap the shoebox myself or pay for the shoebox to be packaged by FedEx. So I wrapped it myself in brown paper. Upon arriving to the store, he said he could not except my rapping because it get caught in conveyor belts during shipping. Where was the service in this experience? Clearly, the man who worked in a store did not have the customers best interests in heart. I ended up paying almost $10 for a Box on unnecessarily.
Although every FedEx Kinkos representative that I have met has been very friendly and patient even under pressure, Torrie at this location surpasses others with his added knowledge and efficiency. I had an issue at another FedEx store today (which almost led me to try your competitor in order to get my work completed in a timely manner), but Torrie changed things around! He knew exactly what I needed and had my project print and cut as soon as I arrived. Well done in hiring him, FedEx! I will return to this location because I can rely on this employee.
I have been to several FedEx Kinkos locations throughout the Charlotte area. As a small business owner we use their printing and shipping services on a regular basis. This location has nailed customer service. Each time I have called or visited this location the employees go above and beyond to take care of our needs. The two employees who have provided stellar customer service is Tish and Chondra. I needed to have documents printed and bound to ship the same day and they made sure that everything was done in a timely manner. I highly recommend this location. They should be commended for their professionalism and commitment to excellent customer service.
Mark was working when I went in on Saturday, 6/3. He asked how I would like to mail my package and I said the cheapest way possible. I was mailing a small envelope that didnt weigh much.He told me I could do 2 day shipping for a little more than 9 dollars.No thanks, I said. I need it the cheapest way. It doesnt matter to me when it gets there.Thats the cheapest way. He replied.Really? I said.Yeah we dont offer post office prices. He said.I understand that. But are you also telling me you ONLY offer two day shipping? I asked.He sighed and typed around on the computer and said he could do 5 day for a dollar less. At that point I felt like I was being yanked around for the most money possible and told him no thanks. There is no reason to treat a customer like that. I value honesty so I will be taking my business elsewhere.

This place is a low class collection center, good enough to just drop your packages off. If you are looking for any type of customer service, DO NOT go here!
The contents of my package are missing. Never tell these people what you’re sending. I shipped a brand new phone and the guy here didn’t even seal my package in front of me. He said he would do it later. But he is the only one who knows there’s a brand new phone in that package. Not trusting this FedEx location again.
Extremely worst customer service. The girl behind the counter was very rude and she wouldnt give full pricing info upfront.. later charge more than what the customer would expect. She was focusing more on getting done with her work shift than customer service.
I was in on 09/09/13 to take care of a few errands. There was a woman of middle eastern descent working there. Her ethnicity is not the issue. Its to make sure the right person gets credit for being an a@@!! I asked her how she was doing and she was grumpy and said she had been busy. No biggie. As I needed her help she was down right demeaning at times and arrogant. How in the h@ll a person like this gets into customer service is beyond me. I was not the only customer she treated poorly that day and if that african american gentleman--who was nice and polite--is her manager --he seemed down right intimidated by her. I will not go back there. I went to the UPS Store and they treated me with decency and respect. Earned my repeat business.PS I lived in Pittsburgh, Houston and Orlando. If she thinks this is busy --she needs a reality check.
Very helpful staff. They had what I needed. Had to wait for a few minutes because it was busy, but nothing outrageous.

Worse customer service ever. Joelle doesnt know how to read. She returns boxes back to the senders, and chargers you account. Looses the label of where it suppose to go. Causing me to have to get another label from the company and start the process all over again. She needs to go back to school to learn to read.

Do not bother to call the location to speak to an associate. Their phone system once you choose option 9, stays on for 5-10 seconds and then disconnects your call. I find that frustrating as I needed to ask a question that could not be done by their automated system. I would not have minded waiting if necessary, but not to have the option at all is uncalled for a place of business.
They were very busy and it looked like one of the employees had stepped out for a moment. When she got back she and the other employee were busting their tails to get everyone taken care of. When I first walked in I was worried it was going to take a very long time but it ended up not being long at all.
Over a 8 he Wait to get copies made, went elsewhere
I’ve used the location sporadically. The office is not easy to get to and parking is always a challenge. The service is always a bit below average, slow and unprofessional.
