Everyone was friendly, happy to answer my questions, and even happier just to chat about motorcycles! I walked in with a trade-in and was leaving after financing WITH the new bike only a few hours later! The process was super smooth and went well. I recently purchased a 2020 Suzuki RMZ 450. I could not be happier with the customer service I received and continue receiving from this place. Everyone from the salesman to parts, to service to gear. I am so happy I decided to come here and purchase instead of Naults where I didn’t have a great experience. I walk in this place and am greeted by name from Corey who is an awesome salesman and representative of the company. He is so knowledgeable about motocross and talks to you on a very down to earth respectful way. I do not mind driving the distance to go there at all. I went today and grabbed a pair of riding boots and Waylan was also very helpful and answered all of my questions and concerns. Definitely a top notch place and they have gained my business and loyalty forever based off of this experience.

Tried to get pricing for a Triton ATV trailer I wanted to purchase for 3 weeks, kept getting an email that a salesman would be in touch and then I never heard a word. I sent multiple Emails. Naults had no problem getting back to me in less then 24 hours.

Sales people were very friendly and helpful. Buyers beware if paying nearly $1000 more in add on cost to your purchase is ok with you than this is your place. Why is the customer paying for shipping and warranty registration? Find a dealer that treats you like a valued customer.

We needed a windshield for our bike so we went to freedom cycle and ordered one and needed oil and filter for the bike. We have bought motorcycles and accessories from them and the prices are great. We also ordered a trunk with a backrest for another bike

Literally the worst experience I brought my yfz450r for only a valve adjustment I pick it up the next day. I park it leave it in the garage like I always do took me a lil over a week then I noticed my tie rod was bent and marks on it ..before I brought it it was straight I called and told what was going on guy would Only give me back less then half of my money and currently I didnt even consider the tie rod nut not moving so now on top of the tie rod they bent on a test drive or however it happened in their care I now have to buy 2 tie rod ends as well.. Do what you will but I recommend staying far away from this place as your quad or bike very well may not be in the condition you dropped it off as..make sure to check over your atv when you bring it and before you pay if you do decide to drop it there

Best powersports store in the area! Had a great experience this week - called a few days ago looking for a specific product. Waylon answered the phone and notified me that they do not carry the item I was after, but asked great questions that led him to offering me a comparable product. Because of this I made the drive today to try on a pair of boots that were recommended. Waylon happened to be the one helping me and remembered my call, I really appreciated that - his product presentation was excellent and he even recommended some additional items to improve my riding experience. I left with a new pair of riding boots, a set of knee braces, and a handful of other small items. I would highly encourage everyone to shop here!

Nice to see such a good selection of bikes when other shops have very low inventory. Love the Stroms. Parts department has always been good, and they stock a lot of riding gear and are willing to order anything else for you.

Andy and Tim are solid solid people my family and I have been doing business with the freedom crew for literally decades they go out of their way to make issues disappear and make sure youre happy. I pulled the trigger and purchased my son a new Quad today. Luke and sales was really great to deal with the young blonde lady in Motorclothes was very helpful as well I did not catch her name though.

I buy parts, apparel, and motorcycles from them and they always impress me, the best place to shop the people who work there go above and beyond, btw Tim in parts is one of a kind, can’t say enough good things about him.

Great service. Love going in. Its like a kid in a candy store lots of riding gear gloves helmets to choose from. Great selection of aftermarket parts like grips bars. Hand gaurds extra. The team members are all friendly and always fluent with explaining everything to keep you satisfied. Great place got my bike inspected and it failed at first was told the bike didnt have a licance plate light. I showed the tech I did and they were good about it. I also had a lose grip and they glued it for me so I could pass inspection. When I go to buy I bike this is the place I will be headed very friendly and helpful staff.

Well I went yesterday to go look for an ATV to perches, there was only 2 youth ATVs no adult ATVs. I walked around for about 10 minutes and sadly left . This place use to have a great selection.

Even during a very busy Saturday we felt like they had all the time we needed to be comfortable with our decisions. Very helpful no pressure staff.

Had a fantastic experience with the Crew at Freedom Cycle. Bill Lett kindly and professional steered me toward a used ATV that was absolutely perfect for my needs. I was so happy to deal with a sales team that was not pushy, and was extremely knowledgeable. I was concerned that the other shoe would drop when it came time to do paper work, something I have always found frustrating and ridiculously complex for such simple machines. I was happy to see I couldnt have been more wrong. Andy in Finance was ready with the required paperwork upon my scheduled pickup time, he was clear and concise on what needed to be done, and the we were finished in a few short minutes. I have always found that a dealership has one of these things figured out (sales, finance, parts, etc), but they are often lacking in the other departments. I was amazed to see the entire process go so smoothly here. I look forward to coming back for something Orange!

Just purchased a 2021 crf110 from Freedom Cycle and have to say that they made my buying experience VERY Simple, informative along with the VERY Friendly help from Rod and Sandy. I worked with Sloane over an internet inquiry, and had nothing but a great experience. Even though I wasn’t able to come into the dealership for about a week, I received very prompt responses, and excellent customer service over the phone. When I went in to pick up the bike, and pay for it I met with Sandy. Sandy was very personable but best of all had all my paperwork ready, and I was in and out within 15 minutes. I’ve purchased many bikes from many dealers, and even as a repeat customer at these other dealers I never met with anyone as organized as Freedom Cycle. Definitely the best selection all around for bike brands, gear, parts, and used inventory.

I had service work done to my bike, when I got it back after spending over $1,600, hardware was missing to fasten fairings to bike. When I asked them, they said it was missing when it got there. I do my own work most of the time. I know it was there. After spending that much money I was surprised they wouldnt make me aware of it prior too picking it up or just replace the cheap hardware. Left a bad taste. Great parts department.

My dad was in about a month ago talking to his mechanic about work on his sled at the service desk when a man talking loudly over the phone on his laptop told both of them to shut up and talk somewhere else. A service writer later told my dad the man that told us to shut up was in fact the owner. My dad always liked the mechanics there but no owner should ever say that to a good paying customer, so incredibly mad.

I really cannot recommend this place enough, I had a fluke manufacturing defect with a inner tube, totally out of there control. and after it failed they replaced the inner tube and remounted the tire for me at no charge and very quickly, I was back on the trail within 20 hours of the tube failing. Amazing customer service! They really take care of their people.

Our buying experience was excellent! Dan worked hard to get the job done and made buying our 2018 Maverick X3 easy! The only thing reason I gave four stars is due to the fact that they were not as personal after the deal was done. Regardless, I do recommend doing business here.

My wife and I came to Freedom Cycles to look at a used Goldwing.The staff were very friendly and helpful when we arrived. We put a down-payment on the bike and came back the next week to test drive it. After some paperwork we took the bike for a test drive and did not like the bike. The staff said no problem and were going to return our deposit but we looked around the store and found a new Goldwing. The staff were very thorough in going over the bike and decided to buy the bike after some negotiating with a fair price. Very positive experience because I would normaly would just walk away. Cant wait to ride the new bike so again thank you to your staff for a great experience.

Bought a snowmobile for freedom and I got it home and noticed it had lose bolts and the track bolts where lopsided and it had a bad boogie wheel and I took it back and they said the boogie wheel is fine and they fixed it but never tightened my bolt the lose bolt and after I got it home the chain case started slipping and I took it back again and they fixed that and I after I rode for a few miles my steering was really lose and I took it back and it’s still sitting there waiting to get fixed to this day and it’s been over a month. Never buy anything used at freedom they obviously don’t look at it before they sell it

Well I looked online went and test drove a couple can ams Now the finance payments are $269 per month I assumed with their new leasing program that nobody else does in power sports leasing should be a cheaper payment leasing payments usually are that’s why people lease I was quoted well over $700 to Lease This things if you add the numbers and I would pay for the whole price of the vehicle over the term of two years and then hand the keys back to them Why would you even start a program like that Here you can own this thing for X amount of dollars or you can lease it for two years pay the same amount of money and give it back to me either can am shouldn’t start a leasing program or somebody was trying to f..... me 🤔🤔🤔

I was visiting from Ontario when I noticed that the rear tire tread on my Honda VTX was getting worn dangerously low. I showed up at Freedom Cycle at 9am when they opened. They had the required tire in stock and had me back on the road by noon. Staff in both the Service and Parts departments were friendly and helpful. Cost of parts and labour were reasonable. A great experience overall.

Ive been there four times over the summer and fall and i was only helped once and that was at the parts counter. The last time i was in i spent some time looking at bikes but never got so much as a hello from anyone. I know you can always go find someone but they should also find you once in a while, especially if your the only customer in the place.

Sales team was great. They know there stuff. Purchased a used bike with a bad fuel system but they took care of me. Very nice people.

Went there last year to buy a bike walked around for 45 min not one sales person asked me if I needed help so I went to vaults in manchester sales person met me at the door I bought a bike today I once again went to freedom cycles to buy a 4 wheeler and once again half hour of looking still not one sales person asked if I needed help so as Im standing in freedom cycles I called naults and 2 hrs later I have a 4 wheeler so thanks freedom cycles for no service ur loss

I special ordered some boots and was unsure of the fitment. The manager was kind enough to order 2 different sizes Incase one didn’t fit. My name is Joe Simino I just bought a 2020 enduro 900 turbo from Bill Lett good guy good service. No problems two weeks later can’t wait to try my new sled when to Pittsburgh with my new sled made it 6 miles And started to overheat first time riding my new sled decided to call Freedom for advice the service department was completely useless would not help me at all it was Idling high so I asked what the RPM should be they had no clue never asked any questions all they said bring it back to them and they will look at it I told them I’m 4 hours away so I can’t just bring it to them plus’s I’m on a snowmobile trip what was i suppose to do sit in the camp all weekend So a good man stop to help me set the mode on 1 instead of 5 and that made a lot of different at lest I could ride. I ask the service department to help me with how to set the mode settings but they didn’t no he said I can look at the manual O I failed to mention that the reverse stop working after backings out of the trailer. I thought Freedom service department checked everything so now you can feel my frustration I’m going to bring it to a different dealer to get fixed
