I’ve purchased many bikes from a plethora of dealers over the years and this is hands down the best motorcycle dealer I’ve dealt with. The sales staff is very knowledgeable and helpful, the service department is outstanding and the parts department is awesome. Trust me, after you meet these guys, it’ll be you go to dealership as well.

This is by far the friendliest and honest places I’ve had to deal with. Ask for a guy named Lennon, he’s not pushy, can answer any questions you might have regarding motorcycles. Very straight forward and offered other alternatives since they didn’t have the bike I came in for.Ben took me on a demo ride and I had a blast. I bought a 2015 R NINE T five years ago from BMW Motorcycles and have had many awesome rides. This weekend I bought a new 2020 R NINE T Scrambler and rode it to the top of Mt. Diablo. I had unexpected traffic going to BMW Concord and end up arriving at 5:15PM when closing at 6PM.I was unannounced with the intention to hopefully test drive the bike I was looking for.Steve one of the sale rep greeted me with a warm welcome and right away help me with my request. Timing was absolutely not an issue and Steve even organized for us to test drive at this late hour. I couldnt write enough good words for the customer service at this place, but it is OUTSTANDING. I also wish I could name drop every employee there thats gone above and beyond, but alas I dont have enough room or know all their names. And besides, its not just one person. Every employee seems to go above and beyond. Of course BMWs can be expensive to repair, but with staff like this helping me out I dont mind at all.

Misleading advertisement. The photo of a used bike for sale that was posted on the advertisement was totally different from the actual bike that was on sale. The actual bike on sale was of a different color and looked way off from the posted photo. I felt that I was lured to the store by them doing this.

I bought my most recent BMW from here after being a parts and accessories customer for a number of years. Literally everyone here is awesome and friendly to deal with. They do an excellent job keeping parts in stock and are very knowledgeable with the random oddball questions. My purchasing experience was nothing short of that as well. My next bike will be through Concord BMW motorcycles.

Traveling back to AZ on my S1000 X/R. needed a last minute minor repair . Service got me in late on a Saturday afternoon. Repair was a little more than minor . Fixed and for a fare price. Becki and her service staff did a great job. Back on the road with the shinny side up.

I went here to look at a couple adventure bikes, looking to upgrade from my KLR 650. I did not purchase a bike YET, but one of the sales reps named Sam was awesome to talk with and get the information i wanted. He was honest and was NOT pushy into making me buy the bike. I will say, come next yr, i will be back to buy a bike from here!! They have a great selection to choose from as well, see the bikes in person, pics dont do some of the bikes justice.

This is a great place! Friendly people and always willing to help. I recently had a small issue with my low beam light going out on my RT. Marcus, a service tech, was awesome! I came in and he installed it for me. I paid for the bulb but he a did not charge me for the install because it was such a small job. Perfect example of exemplary customer service! I have been bringing my RT here for years to have it serviced. The staff is honest and the work and services are always top notch!!!

By far the best and most professional BMW service I have ever experienced in the US. I lived in Munich and worked automotive R&D, so getting me impressed is not an easy task. These guys know their profession. Ill write another review after my GTL gets fixed. You wanna haggle on $50? Go ahead and have it fixed in some backyard. These guys follow the BMW regulations, so your vehicle maintains its value and reliability. That is money well spent on a top-tier bike.

This dealer carries no riding gear for women. I asked about this and I was told they just dont cater to women and maybe in 2019 theyll consider it. Good old boys club going strong at BMW Motorcycles of Concord.I will continue to buy all my bikes and riding gear from A&S Motorcycles in Roseville, they love women!!

The process was one of the smoothest Ive experienced when purchasing a bike (this is my 7th).Not only did I get a very good deal but from start to finish both Sam and Nathan were extremely accommodating, courteous and responsive. Ive received constant updates and responses.Ive been a Ducati loyalist for many years and just switched to BMW and these guys made it easy.I would not hesitate to give them the best recommendation.

Got new bike with broken kickstand and after buying it they kept it for a monthlonger story: I bought a new bike there on May 2018couple of months later I got a recall letter for a possible cracked kickstand.during first service they did not have a part, but they said the kickstand was ok.on the one year service they got the kickstand, but they got into some issues replacing it.so they could not give me the bike back for me to ride safety,Manager said it would take at least a month (!!!) to get a replacement part to fix the bikeplus they did not offered a loaner bike, neither they offered a ride back to my homenote that I went there for a scheduled 3 hours maintenance service riding the bikeand I had to get back home in taxi with no idea when I will be able to have my bike back again
