I had a great experience at Speedway Harley Davidson. I especially would like to thank Steve, Taylor and Corey. They took the time to take me through the entire purchase process. This process spanned over 4 months as they were trying to make sure I was getting the right bike when I was ready and not just trying to make a sale. They answered every question and helped me explore every option. 4000 miles in on my new bike and Im still experiencing the same customer service as before I purchased my bike. Im more than confident that all my bikes needs will be met in the years to come at Speedway Harley.

I had a concern on my 2020 Road King and Spoke to John in the Service Department who was extremely polite and took the time to listen. He mentioned what the cause could be and as it turned out to He was Spot On! It is nice to know that there is Service Department that cares and and is willing to help. That is what I call Excellent Customer Service!!!!. John is Awesome!!!!!!

This was my first time entering a Harley-Davidson dealership. I honestly didnt expect much, but the service was outstanding. Taylor was my salesman and was extremely helpful answering the barrage of questions I was throwing his way. The financial team was personable and eased the struggle of navigating the paperwork, which is always a headache for me. To top it all off Lori greeted my wife and I with a warm smile and helped us pick out the perfect helmet. I have to say that I am completely satisfied with my experience and honestly think more businesses should be ran like this.

Had a great experience here buying my first Harley-Davidson. I have a sport touring bike but was looking for something to run around town without all the luggage, windshield, etc. Wanted more of a hotrod and less of a minivan.The challenge I gave was to make me an offer I couldnt refuse - and they did. Landon and Aaron worked with me to get the price where I wanted it. As you can see from the pictures I left with the bike.

What a great buying experience. Lance was great. No pressure. He took me for a demo ride, explained all the features of the Street Glide, and made the purchase experience easy. I was impressed with the dealership as well. Once all the paperwork was signed, I got a tour of the place, met staff from each department, got me free t-shirts, and wasted no time ordering parts! It was worth the drive and I would highly recommend that anyone interested in buying a HD, come to Concord and as for Lance.

My husband and I went to get a motorcycle helmet for me. The lady that helped us was extremely nice. She helped me pick out the best helmet for me. She made sure I tried on different styles and checked the fit on each one. I was very happy with the helmet she suggested. It started pouring down rain while we were inside. She offered us beer, wine or water while we waited on the rain to ease up.

I came in Speedway H-D in Charlotte, NC to buy some blue jeans. Unfortunately H-D has discontinued the style I like. Your store did not have any left in my size in stock so Lori and the other gal at the Motor Clothes desk called several dealers to find them for me. After 6 calls, SUCCESS!!! She provided me with the information and I was able to contact (what seemed to be) the only 2 dealerships on the planet that had what I wanted directly and order the jeans. (one in South Dakota and one in Illinois) Lori could have simply said sorry, we dont have any in stock and sent me on my way. But she went the EXTRA MILE to help me find what I was looking for. I had a similar experience at the parts counter a few years ago. I have been riding for over 40 years and have moved around a lot in my career so I have called many H-D Dealerships my home dealership. But I have to say that Speedway is far and away the best from a customer experience standpoint and the customer is always KING! Well done!

I was a HOG member at another dealership which is closer to my home and used to go there for any dealer necessitated items or repairs. After a change of ownership, in my opinion, they really went down hill. I know several other HOG members and others who always dealt with Speedway and decided to start giving them a try after other positive experiences there with various special events. I have no complaints, no playing hide the ball, no run arounds, just straight forward good service and Al will tell you how it is. When Ive needed other parts, Ive dealt with Steve and again, no run around, no BS, just good customer service. I recently had to move and now Im searching for that same dealership experience that Speedway offers all around.

Love love love the showroom. Soooo many bikes on display its like a harley-palooza. The merch shop is cool too, you can find something for every member of your family.The sales environment is pretty chill and not pushy at all.

Had another great experience picking out a new Harley. My sales associate Rick Hanson did an amazing job from start to finish in assisting me. Rick is very knowledgeable about the Harley line up and he is very laid back giving a pressure free buying experience.

So I ordered a back tire in front tire for my heritage softail on June 17 and was told they would be shipped in a week and a half. I am still waiting on the front tire. I actually had to go into the store because I was getting the runaround. They told me it would ship on August 18. Now it’s August 20 and they’re telling me it won’t be shipped until September. They say they have no control over the dates. Then why give a date? Still no tire and getting the runaround again and again.

Steve-O in the parts department knows his parts and truly cares about the customer. He is very knowledgeable about bikes, but also rides himself and understands what you are talking about. I highly recommend Speedway Harley Davidson for parts and service...plus the accessories and clothes are always stocked! Thanks for the help guys!

We are traveling from out of state and stopping at various HDs on our trip. So far Speedway Harley has been our favorite! Spent thousands on just parts since I moved to the area several years ago.Recently bought a gallon of oil because I have 5 bikes, so always need some handy. Come home 2 months later and the oil had leaked all over my garage from summer heat. bottle hadnt been opened yet.Brought the bottle in and gave them the option to lose my business forever or replace the defective bottle. They chose to lose my business forever.I didnt care about price of the bottle, I was more mad at the mess it made as anyone whos ever cleaned a gallon of motor oil could be empathetic towards.The insult to injury that their defective product was my problem not theirs was the last straw.

We have purchased 4 bikes from Speedway H-D and the last 3 have been in the last few months. There are sometimes bumps in the road but Aimee and Rick and the rest of the folks at Speedway really go above and beyond to make their customers buying experience go as smoothly as possible. I just purchased the 4th bike today and it was a great experience. It is an older bike and something like I was looking for. We are very happy with the 3 bikes we have. We will definitely buy from Speedway again when we are in need of another bike.

In 2018, I attended the HD Demo rides event. The HOG chapter, Speedway Salespeople, and Service advisors were happy to provide vast amounts of information on all motorcycle models I had interest in. After the two-day event, I had all the information I needed to make the best, educated decision to buy a Street Glide. The buying process was stress-free and I did not feel any pressure from anyone. Best experience at a dealership I have ever had.I purchased a new 2021 Road King from Speedway Harley Davidson a few days ago. Everyone at the dealership was low key, friendly and very professional. A special shout out to Jesse Doby, my sales associate. He went above and beyond, responding to the approximately 100 texts I sent him. I came all the way from Greensboro to deal with this dealership and the service and deal I got made it well worth it. Speedway has my highest endorsement. Just a update, just bought my second bike, a Street Glide Special, from this dealership. I come from Greensboro to do business here because I consistently get the best service and price at this dealership. A stand up group of people here and you will not go wrong doing business with them.

I pulled up today and was excited to see that they had demo rides today. I walked up to the area to sign up and they were so rude to me and it felt like I was being discriminated against bc I am African American. I honestly didnt want to go inside the dealership after that but I did bc my wife and kids wanted to as we live going to the different dealerships to get dealer shirts and poker chips. Im visiting here from the Greensboro area but Ill never revisit this store. The lady who rang our order was excellent

After buying my first Harley from Speedway in late 2018, I decided to consider trading up for a new Street Glide, having ridden one at their recent Demo Days event. In my first visit, Rick Hanson answered my questions about the model, options, and availability, and we discussed trade value, and likely time to get the bike I wanted, given the on-going COVID-impacted supply issues across the industry. I then talked to another regional dealer, and actually negotiated for an identical bike at a third one, ultimately seeing that the best deal was where I started at Speedway. On my second visit, we finalized the trade and difference, and Mike Boling lined up the exact bike I wanted for delivery. All of the discussions were professional, respectful, and relatable throughout the process. About a week or so before I expected the bike to arrive, Rick called and said they were getting an identical one in the next day that I could take. Delivery went smoothly, and I continue to be a very pleased now-repeat customer of Speedway Harley-Davidson! If you are in the market, I strongly suggest you talk to Rick Hanson and the team at Speedway H-D before buying elsewhere. P.S., my services experiences there since 2018 have been good, too.

If you like Harley Davidson, then you will like this place. The bikes they had on the showroom floor were beautiful (blue Road King Special) and the staff was very friendly. Good folks and spent a little time just chatting with them. There was no pressure or sales pitch, just good people.

THIS PLACE IS SUPER AMAZING!!! THANK YOU FOR GOING ABOVE AND BEYOND FOR ME!!!I bought my first brand new motorcycle here. I got a matte black Iron 883 with ABS. I say this because not only did they went above and beyond to pay for my basic riding course with the nearest university near by, which is around 295$ mind you, BUT ALSO, they knew that I didnt feel comfortable riding a bike without ABS. So they searched and found one that had the same trim and color that I wanted with ABS and went and got it for me. Mind you the place where this bike was located was 9 hours away at another dealership. ON TOP OF THAT I felt very comfortable being able to speak to 2 awesome gentlemen. Mr. Jesse and Mr. Taylor. GIVE THESE TWO MEN A RAISE!! These two men not only made me feel comfortable with the whole process but they were very friendly and super professionals with how they handled my paperwork and how I was treated overall inside the dealership. ALSO with Mr. Taylor being a military veteran as well as myself, I immediately felt very comfortable knowing that I wasnt alone in this process and that i felt like someone had my back! I really liked the part where they showed me around the dealership and introduced me to everyone in the dealership. Even when i was leaving the doors, i was greeted with a goodbye by some gentleman sitting down on a table with a did you get your bike? and after replying with a yes I was given a welcome to the family greeting. It made me feel very welcome! If youre looking for a dealership who will go ABOVE AND BEYOND for YOU, THIS IS THE PLACE TO GO TO! As for myself, I will definitely be returning back to purchase FUTURE motorcycles.

Honestly, this place is terrible. I purchased a bike here and transferred my tag but then a month or so later got a call that they had a new tag for me. Not sure why, and nobody there knows why. I waited for months to hear from someone in order to figure out an answer while they held my tag and tax bill so I couldnt ride with the right tag or pay the taxes. Then after trying to call multiple times, leaving messages, and speaking to multiple people I still got no response except suggesting I shouldnt ride the bike until its figured out (meanwhile Im paying for the bike). Without any explanation I received the tag in the mail and my tax bill which is now almost 4 months past due, the owner called me back and had her salesperson Corey offer to pay half the bill. He said he would call me back or mail it... well its been two weeks and havent heard or seen anything.Not to mention the service department that never has parts in, takes months to get anything, and is extremely difficult to work with.Avoid this place if you want a good experience.

I went to buy a shirt, and was asking the man if he only worked in that department, I had a bike question. I ride a bike and am thinking of upgrading to a Harley, not one person approached me as I wandered around looking at the bikes, since the young man said he was only working retail that day. Not that it should matter, but Im a black female, but my money is green. Do I finally left with the shirt I purchased and promised myself to look somewhere else for my new bike. Apparently they have all the business they need. Heres a hint, treat me like you treated the guy that came in after I did, and ask me to you need some help, like he was asked.

I can not say enough kind words about this dealership. I knew when I walked in I was going to buy a Road Glide Ultra, but I did not know I would buy here. Troy was great to work with as well as the other staff. I told them I was in the market and planning to buy, but they needed to give me a reason to buy here. They listened to my needs and desires and gained a loyal customer in me. There is a dealership closer to me, but Speedway made me feel welcomed and like family. Because of Troy, Kurt, and the rest of the staff I will drive the distance for service. Not only in my mind did I get a great deal, I got my dream bike, and she is everything I wanted.

All I have to to say is what a great experience I had. This is the second bike I bought from speedway. Austin, mike, Kurt and Justin were awesome. The buying process was fast and easy. I got the best deal around. Just the whole experience was great. From start to finish I can’t say enough about the hospitality and the professionalism shown by the entire staff at the dealership. It really makes A big purchase like this easy. I will definitely come back for service and any other needs I might have.

I honestly only went to look at a bike. I went to lunch and thought it over, came back and ended up buying the bike. Taylor was amazing. It was busy for a Sunday coming into season. Taylor was able to bounce multiple customers without ever making me feel like I had an unanswered question or was waiting to long. I havent riden much and wouldnt drive the bike home especially on 85. We had a delivery hiccup and was a little down over the weekend. Taylor and the team made it happen. Sunday at 4pm they were in my driveway with my 883. Even Taylor himself! I was worried it would be another week before the bike came home. The recovery of the delivery issue was perfect. I couldnt be happier. Im proud to be apart of the speedway family. Thank you!

Its OK.. I asked for help after purchasing my first Harley Softail Deluxe and needed a little help and some questions answered. But they were rude and snobbish. Im not used to my new bikes having issues so at the prices we pay you think you would get PREMIUM service but NO..it lacks ad does the quality of the bikes they sale that arent made I America...yep they use out sourced parts from foreign countries

Id definitely recommend Speedway Harley to everyone that wants a good deal and a enjoyable experience with a great dealership. I even received a call from Troy the next day to see how I was liking my new trike.

Avoid!Wanted to sell my bike which we had a written agreement as to the terms. they said their check signer wasnt in on a Saturday and would send me the check on Monday.A week later tried contacting them and they avoided my calls. They finally returned my call and said we would need to renegotiate as they said the biker was not in the condition they thought it was... Kinda hard to believe since they inspected the bike before they made the offer and we signed the agreement.They were surprised when I said no. I went to pick up the bike which one sales guy was trying to tell me he already had the bike sold to someone else....They screwed up the title work which took four tries to correct.Went to another dealer and made a better deal.Avoid at all cost. they thought I needed to sell and didnt understand I wanted to sell...

Purchased a 2019 RGS and when I picked it up the sales guy showed me how to connect my phone to the radio and that was the extent to the overview I was given. Felt rushed and no longer important now that the sale was done. I was also promised a set of slip ons in the deal but of course, every time I stop by...you guessed it, they don’t have any. I should have purchased from Riding High Harley-Davidson instead

Writing my first review because of a terrible experience my boyfriend had here the other day. My boyfriend was looking at motorcycles and was introduced to the finance guy before he went to hickory harley. He said this guy was pretty young and had the worst attitude like he thought he knew everything. Implied my boyfriend wouldn’t get approved in efforts to make him prove himself and get one over on him. I went with him to Hickory harley and we bought a new street glide with back rest! We love harley but stay away from this place. Feels like a car dealership.

Came in to buy a 2020.5 Road Glide CVO. They didnt have one. No big deal they could get one. I wont rate them because of their lack of stock on a relatively rare bike. Ill rate them exclusively on their sales and finance staff. They seriously low balled my trade in value. Then marked up the CVO $5000.00. The whole sales experience was like going back in time. They should take some pointers from CarMax and Sonic automotive group. Ended up buying the exact bike I came in to buy, but had to buy somewhere else to not get low balled and marked up. A savings of $8000.00. Also there never seems to be anything in stock. I cant seem to ever come in and buy anything and walk out with it the same day.This is an edit to my review since the response didnt really hit the mark and there isnt really a reply section. Negotiations began in February and I gave up in March before any real Covid-19 actions had been taken throughout the country. As for supply of parts, Im referring to multiple occasions and attempts to buy things from stock from 2018 on, also not Covid-19 related. To be clear, I would never give an unfavorable review due to something caused by a pandemic.

I give this to the Parts guy with the red buzz hair cut. Came in to purchase some grips for my bike and he wasn’t friendly at all and didn’t even bother showing me any of the products that you carried that would fit my bike. So we left and are heading to a different dealership, just because of the lack of service from him.
