The atmosphere in this store is awesome. You are welcomed when you enter the store. They are quick to get you for service. They are willing to work with you and fix any issues you have. All personal are friendly and kind and will to help in any way. I would recommend this store at Concord to anyone. I will be returning to this location.

Ashton was AMAZING; she exceeded 5 star service.After several terrible experiences with Kay Jewelers, my fiancé and I decided to go to Reeds. Ashton was professional, but also the right amount of personal. She listened to our needs and taste, and found us the perfect engagement ring.Not even a week later, I returned to purchase a pair of diamond earrings for my daughter’s first pair. Patricia (I believe was her name) was quick to help and was equally as personable and friendly!I will be in the market for wedding bands and I couldn’t imagine going to anyone but the professional and personal individuals who helped me at Reeds. Stress begins with Kay’s, and happiness ends with Reeds.

This was far most the greatest experience I ever encounter at a jewelry store. Tip and Penny customer service was outstanding. Not to mention. Their manager. She is also lovely. Long story short. (Well this may be long). I needed to replace a 14k Cuban chain that was stolen. I was not in the best mood, but as soon as my family entered Reeds. The energy instantly altered me to joy and peacefulness. My objective was to do some browsing within all jewelry stores; Yet, I was determined not to leave concord without my Cubin Chain. Reeds was the first store my family walked in. Penny was very uplifting. She was a pleasure to work with. She understood my purpose and help make great suggestions with jewelry that were displayed and not displayed. Her patience is phenomenal.So we encountered a small problem and who do we go see? Tip! This man truly stands on “you can have whatever you like”. He was obviously busy but when penny brought us over. The whole agenda change. He has all traits penny shows he is truly knowledgeable. Tip is honest and you can feel the trustworthiness when he is in your presence. He went far and beyond to exceed my expectation. Let’s just say Tip got my 24 in14k Miami Cuban chain within 30 min in his possession, and it was not in Reeds Jewelry store in Concord... Yes, read that last sentence over again. You want to talk about miracles. This place may be somewhere you catch one.We walked in all other jewelry stores just for curiosity. Left in 2 min like the typical person does. I am thankful Reeds was the first store I encountered and the other bad apples didn’t get a chance to spoil the ripe one.Anyway, I Left happy with my Chain.Oh did i mention I added a 14k crucifix pendant.Future wife got a 14k cross pendant necklace as well. (She loves it Penny!). All smiles over here!

I dont usually do many reviews but me and my wife went to reeds yesterday and was looking for a wedding set. We had a guy name Tip come over and see how we were doing and if we were looking for anything specific and we told him exactly what we wanted and he sat us down and was showing us everything that we told him we wanted. He was not pushy and was very patient with us and at the end we got the rings we wanted and cant wait to pick them up. We highly recommend going to Reeds and we highly recommend getting Tip he will help you with whatever you need and he will not rush you like other jelwers will to get a sale. My boyfriend and I went in 3 different stores to look at engagement rings to give him an idea, in 2 stores we were hardly greeted, in this store we were treated happily and so kindly, Christine and Ashton(I think I got those names right) were so gracious and helpful. I’ve never met kinder women who made me feel at home and like this experience wasn’t just in me or my boyfriend. They were open and honest and stayed well within our budget. They even helped us resize our fingers after being told I was a 9 and I’m really a 8! I would highly recommend this store to anyone looking. Reeds Jewelers Concord Mills has been the only jewelry store Ive ever dealt with, and I wouldnt change it for anything. Honestly Tip, Margaret, and Ashton are at fault for that. They are the BEST there. The place is really not the same when they are not there. I been using their services for almost 5 years now. They even know us by our names. My ring is absolutely beautiful! My husband and I went in to get our new set after 3 years together. We had to bring our 3 year old and I was a little nervous because of bad experiences in the past with jewelers being pushy wanting a sale on a high priced item. But when we walked in we met with TIP and he didn’t just ask what our preferences were he brought us over and let me choose most of what he grabbed occasionally showing me one he liked. He also didn’t treat my daughter as a problem and spoke to her to entertain while doing it. We strayed once and ended up turning around, returning the pieces purchased from other store, and went straight to my girls at this Reeds. “You get what you pay for”, and I learned that just because I might save some money, doesn’t mean it’s worth it. I would much rather spend the extra money knowing I am getting a high quality product with excellent support backing it up and not have to worry about making sure I bring it back in every 6 months to get checked for a warranty. I never walk out of this store with just one piece, so I’m my case I would be there every month or so getting another piece inspected but with the warranty Reeds offers you don’t have to worry about all that. Everyone in this store goes above and beyond. You can’t find this level of customer service ANYWHERE else. We won’t be straying again..😉

LOVE this REEDS! They were so helpful. I was wanting a custom wedding band and most places were quoting me well over $1,000 and it was a pretty simple design. REEDS got me a quote the next day and it was under $1,000 for the band. We went ahead and ordered it and when it came in, it ended up being around even less than they quoted!! They were SOOO helpful through the whole process and the band is even better than I imagined! Ashton helped me the most, she was awesome! I dealt with a few others at that location and they have all been nothing but helpful and SUPER nice! Any future jewelry purchases will be from REEDS. Highly recommend!
