I am over the moon with the service Ellis Jewelers has given me. I left a band set that my husband gave to me back in 2006, for them to bring back to life. The ring no longer fit me, was 2 sizes small, silver had been wore out, shank and prongs loose and worn out. They gave me an idea of a time frame and called me a few days later to give me an estimate. After giving them the okay, about 2 weeks later its ready for pick up. Wow wow wow! I have not worn this set together in YEARS, since probably 2011! So happy with the results and the service. Elaina helped me put in my order and she was very clear and detailed on how or what may need to be done. Absolutely amazing! The prices can’t be beat, and the service is incredible. I took a watch in there two weeks ago to be cleaned and get a new band (for my 92-year-old father-in-law). For $25 Heather cleaned it and replaced the band. Today I got the 77 year old watch back, and it looks brand new. I brought a blue topaz/opal ring to Ellis Jewelers because it was missing an opal stone. The prongs had become loose, and the ring needed repair, cleaning and TLC. I took my ring in to the store and was pleased to see how well they followed Covid protocol. Everyone was so kind and helpful. My ring was repaired, and the missing opal was matched and replaced so well I cant tell which stone is the original. The ring is sparkling clean and looks brand new. I am thrilled with the work done. I’ve been coming to Ellis Jewelers since I was a child. I remember going in to shop around with my mom when I was younger. I couldn’t ask for better customer service. Through thirteen years, the customer service has remained consistently amazing and every member of the staff are ready and willing to help find you whatever you’re looking for and you’re always greeted with a smile and warm welcome. I’ve noticed that while they carry some of the same designer products as a lot of other jewelers, they’re prices are very competitive and you’ll walk out with a great deal on your jewelry. I wouldn’t recommend any other jeweler over Ellis.

Ellis Jewelers has sized several peices of jewelry for me throughout the years. I recently asked them about a very special project.... replacing a stone with another, in my moms ring from her childhood. Replacing the stone, in fact became creating a whole new setting within the original ring. They were the only ones I trusted... The final product blew me away. They were able to modify my vintage peice, while adding my diamond, and making something that is absolutely timeless. In the midst of it all, the store had to close due to the pandemic, but Dan kept me well informed and communicated with me throughout the closure. Just picked up two watches from Ellis jewelers that need some TLC I dropped off a week ago. My citizen needed a new silicon band. They ordered and replaced. My other needed a battery and I wanted to replace leather band with silicon. They were able to fix both. Could not be happier. Price was very reasonable and service was prompt. Staff was also very nice. Years ago they did watch repair for me which is why I went back. Will be back again..

I am so grateful to Ellis Jewelers for restoring my Mom”s original wedding set. I had been told by another jeweler that it was not repairable and that it was worthless. I knew exactly where to go. The rings turned out georgeous. Thank you Elaina for taking great care of me and my precious keepsakes.

Update: I went to Ellis jeweler’s with my momma’s wedding ring, hoping to put some of hers into mine. She passed away a couple years ago and I’ve just been holding onto trying to figure out how and when to best use it. When I picked it up today, I was absolutely blown away and immediately started to cry at how beautiful it was. To trust them with my momma’s jewelry AND mine AND have them exceed my expectations, is something so very rare! I can not recommend them enough. I don’t even live in a concord anymore, and I still make the drive because I trust them and they have earned my business time and time again.Ellis jewelers is by far the best customer service I have ever received when dealing with a jeweler. I trusted their advice and expertise and will only use them in the future. So much better than a big box store!

Ellis Jewelers has cleaned and repaired some old family jewelry. Elaina was wonderful at assisting me with purchasing a beautiful necklace as well as designing a custom piece made from 2 old pieces.So many different pieces and styles to see. I highly recommend Ellis Jewelers!

Dan was absolutely fantastic in helping me design a custom necklace for my girlfriend. The necklace turned out way better than I could have ever imagined and looked incredible. Not only did she love it, but said she is never taking it off. Dan was a great guide through the process and definitely came through big time! Will never shop anywhere else!

I took in some pieces of my mother’s jewelry that I did not wear and Dan turned them in to the most beautiful ring that I will never take off.
