Is the best jewelry store. Every jewelry i buy i buy from them. This is the only place i trust. The staff is very nice and treat you with respect. I love buying jewelry there. They make sure you are happy with what you buy and if you decide you want to change it, they give you the option to upgrade. You have to pay the difference but is worth it. I got my husband wedding band, my engagement ring, his and my watch. Bracelet etc. Everything is real not fake. I love it. 🥰🥰🥰

DO NOT SHOP!!! FAKE JEWELRY!!! EVERYTHING IS A LIE!!!!! Came upon this establishment while browsing through the mall for my wife. When I made a purchase, I bought two bracelets and two chains, and was told that I could exchange at any time. I was also told that the price would be $850.00 and I would pay on it every week. I mean too good to be true right? Got an email with my order receipt and terms & conditions of which said that I would have to make 52 payments that would come to the amount of $2000 not $850.00 and we had lease to own items. Went back the next day to get more information on the merchandise and was then told that I was placed into a “program” and I would have to make a payment of $850 over a 3 month period or then I would be charged the remainder of the payments which would equal to $2000...SHE NEVER TOLD ME THAT WHEN I ORIGINALLY PURCHASED ANYTHING, so that was the first red flag because now you don’t even know what you’re selling me. Then when reading the FINE PRINT, it says that if we return the merchandise that they would cancel anything that had been done with no penalty. SHOW THIS EXACT STATEMENT TO THE SALES REP of which she says that we can speak to the manager OR call Acima credit (which is who they operate with) to get more information. Call, and they tell us to return the merchandise and they should be able to take care of the cancellation process. Ok go back and they still aren’t able to do anything, claiming to not be able to pull anything up in the system and showing FALSE COPIES OF INSTALLMENTS to persuade you that they know what they are talking about. It’s all a SCAM!!!! I was able to return my items and get my refund.

Worst jewelry purchase ever Didn’t last a month of having then they change to fix

Wife and I bought a watch from here 2 days ago. I went in to return the watch today only to be informed that they dont do refunds. I work in sales, and I get the reason for a no refund policy. However, its part of the duty of any sales rep or reputable establishment to make the customers aware.

Bought a diamond bracelet from here the February 13th 2021 since 4 diamonds have fell out I went here to ask if they can fix since this is where I bought the bracelet from and the owner said to come back the next Monday so his employee could fix it went back that Monday and he wanted to charge me for diamonds that fell out 1 month after purchase. Very dissatisfied with my experience here.

I bough a rope gold bracelet for my husband and it keeps turning a weird dark color on a certain spot. The first time we took it back they acted as they’ve never seen that before and they cleaned it. It turned again within two days and they cleaned again and I asked for an exchange. They wanted us to buy a different bracelet for $200.00 .. of course we didn’t since it made no sense and will not buy from them again! We now buy our jewelry from a man in Asheville NC..Be careful with what you buy in this store.

Made a purchase to upgrade wedding sets for the wife and I, that started out as a layaway here. However, we were able to actually come up with the cash a lot quicker than expected. The staff was very flexible in allowing us to actually recieve about a 10% discount when we completed the purchase earlier than originally agreed upon timetable. I placed a lay-a-way for an engagement and wedding ring. I made payments faithfully but it took longer than anticipated. Even still, I was told that if I at least make a payment monthly, everything will be ok. I complied with this request. Due to COVID-19 the mall was closed and I was not able to make a payment because they do not accept phone payments, only in person. The mall did not reopen until after I got married forcing me to purchase another ring somewhere else. When the mall reopened, I was called asking for a payment. I explained the situation to the manager that I have no need for an engagement ring anymore. I DIDN’T want a refund, I just wanted to put what I paid into something else that I could use rather than an engagement ring. I was told NO. He brought up that the ring has been on lay-a-way too long. Ironically enough that wasn’t a problem as long as I was still paying. Now it’s a problem. They walked away with over 2,500 dollars of my money and I have nothing to show for it and no compassion for a situation that had nothing to do with me. They will never get any business from me and a negative referral for anybody that will listen.

I bought diamond earrings from this place. Went and had a jeweler clean them and they turned black. Took them back and i was told i would have to pay for them to polish them. No exchange or refund offered. in fact he refused

I have purchased 3 men’s chains from this establishment in the past 4 years, 2 gold and 1 silver all but 1 held up and the one that broke was hollow gold and they told me if I wore it everyday and night there was a chance it would break which it did, they have been nothing but honest with me and if they are willing to work a deal with me as a returning customer I would like to upgrade my current gold chain that I have been wearing for 2 years and have never taken off to something thicker and longer in the future. I bought a watch from them about 8yrs ago. It was a $1300 watch. I recently tried to sell it back to them for $250-$300 and they wouldn’t buy it back. What kind of jewelry store won’t buy back the same product that they sell?

Brought my 30k necklace with a real appraisal. not one given to me by the person trying to sell it to me. Has very nice VS diamonds stones not chips. He offered me less then gold value. And nothing for the diamonds. There is no way he would have scrapped the neclace. But if they did do you want me to believe he would have trashed thousands of dollars in diamonds?There is a difference between conservative and trying to rip someone off. I saw the exact same chain i have without the pendant for over 7 grand in your store so give me a break with that.

My husband bought me a new wedding ring from here on Christmas brought it back to get resized no deal, that night found 5 diamonds missing out of my ring so I brought it back got it fixed and here we are two weeks later another diamond missing, I’m not to happy you don’t pay over $1500 for a diamond ring just for them to be falling out. We will never buy another thing here again! Go to kays or Jared’s where they will actually take care of you professionally and your ring and do business right and won’t charge you for anything extra such as ring sizing that’s free anywhere else you go when you spend that kind of money.... rant over (:

This store is shady. There is so many hidden rules behind a purchase. The manager actually ask me if I got something in writing from his staff to prove she had told me a watch was water resistant. Beware if they tell you a watch is water resistant it probably is not. I was also told by the manager that I should have verified this with the companys catalog before I purchased it at his store, even though his sales associate assured me it was resistant and even pointed it out in the book. They do not tell you all sales are final but it is on the receipt so you are not aware until after you have already made the purchase. They charge $10 extra to adjust a watch that you purchase from them and then will not allow a return even if they make the adjustment and you still have the pieces from the prior day. Also if you wear the watch out of the store they will not allow a return. Be extremely careful when entering this store!!!!!!

Three stars because Fiancé bought the ring Ive always wanted in this store but it didnt fit so before taking the hour dive to go get it resized he called to ask about resizing the lady said it complimentary so we went took the hour drive (mind the fact I have a 6 month old ) we get there and they said I dont know who told you that its $35 to get my ring resized half a size the ring is beautiful though I just wish you would have told us that from the beginning before making the drive

I am wholly dissatisfied with this store and its employees.The employees are borderline rude and impolite. They make empty garuntees and asking direct questions gets you a mumble jumble of an answer, later to be proven false. I distinctly asked if there was a return policy if the product wasnt satisfactory and Im returned with a yes and a shoulder shrug. I should have took that as a red flag as disengenous salesmanship. Later to find out that they wont take a a return and had a complete disregard of the customers concerns. A simple resize isnt even completed promptly or correctly.An anniversary experience was ruined by trying to do business with this company.I will make sure to not recommend this store to other people, friends, and family.

I brought my 14k gold 16 inch chain in to be soldered back together. When I received my necklace back it was noticeably longer than before. I asked them about it and they claimed theres no way they would add more gold without charge... which leads me to believe my 14k gold chain was replaced with 12k gold and then resold because my chain now measures at 18 inches and is extremely long. I have pictures of my original chain and my current one and they DO NOT match at all. They were unwilling to fix their mistake without trying to get more money out of me. I will not be using them again. Please make sure your jewelry comes back the same.
