Horrible customer service, I came all the way from New York City where people can be rude and I was expecting to purchase multiple things from one of the collection and expected some nice southern hospitality, yet here I am reviewing them and not leaving a good one. There were three workers who couldn’t be bothered with my presence and literally said “we’re busy at the moment” mind you I was waiting the whole time. No acknowledgement or anything until I walked up to them. In the city, I can get service quicker and don’t really expect any consideration but I expected higher here. These customer service associates need to be replaced. The Zales outlet was horrible yet the Zales (smaller store closer to Booksamillion) was sweeter and wanted to help me right away. Rethink coming here.

My experience here was nothing short of AMAZING. Thanks to Brittney, she has helped me on numerous occasions and has consistently provided me with great service. This store has a great variety of items, and the staff does not consistently push you to buy things. Its a very comfortable environment to shop in.
This place does not have all sizes, so it’s very hard to fully acknowledge something if it does not fit. And when I ordered something they shipped it to me after 70 days- due to “COVID”. When I asked if I could exchange this, they said- No- that exchange is only after a 30 day period from purchase. Do not recommend this to anyone. Unfortunately they will not work with you even if they fail in several departments.
Just walked in said hi to the lady in the front her arm was resting on the table she looked at me and didn’t say a word so I walked out and she gave me an evil work so that was awful worst experience and I didn’t even get to step foot in the store
If I could give 0 stars I would!! I ordered my husband wedding band on July 1 and was due a refund for an amount over $300 due to a change in pricing. It is OCTOBER and I have yet to receive that credit back to my checking account. I have called into customer service NUMEROUS occasions waiting on hold for over 1hr to get NOWHERE! I loves Zales and have bought many gorgeous items but this experience has left a nasty taste in my spirit. I tried being patient due to Covid-19, but come on Zales it’s been over 90days and I WANT MY MONEYYYYYY!!!
Today I stopped in to have my inspection taken care of (as soon as they opened). The two ladies who handled my paperwork and jewelry were fantastic! They accommodated me by taking a look at my wedding band- this piece does not have a warranty with Zales... but they wanted to make sure it was okay. Turned out there were 3 loose diamonds/prongs! They quoted me an estimate and offered to send it out to be fixed! They were very attentive and went above and beyond for me. Thank you ladies. Excellent customer service.

This place is a fraud. They will lie to you in anyway possible to make a sell. I had purchased a ring online from Zales and was sent the incorrect size. I decided to call this location to see if they could speed up the return process for me and specifically asked if it would be a flat out exchange. Response, Yes sir come on in we can help you exchange that out and get the correct ring ordered. In reality, they dragged me into the store in attempt to up-sell me on a more expensive ring. In the end they did process my return, but told me they could not exchange the item. I have been waiting for over 3 weeks now to have the credit back on my account. Ive called both the store and Zales support just to get a different answer and lied to each time. Very frustrating. I hope other see this and do not give them any business. I sure know I will never spend a time at Zales ever again. Thanks for making this a huge headache Zales, you guys SUCK.
Some of the rudest people I’ve ever met. I spent $4,000 there, and they were just SO rude to my fiancé and I. I won’t ever shop at this location again. I can’t believe management doesn’t fix their employees.

All of the girls there were rude no one spoke to me when I came in and after 10 minutes and being skipped over by other shoppers someone finally acknowledged me. When I was about to check out I was told they needed to see my ID which was fine but I left it in the car so I had to leave and come back. When I returned all three of the women including the one who was helping me were sitting laughing at the fact I probably wasnt coming back but instantly got quiet when I walked in like they never said anything. I now know just to go to the regular zales store because the outlet is a joke and the prices seemed to be higher than in other stores as well as online.
If I could give this negative stars I would! I stopped by to get my wedding rings cleaned and Tajiya put my rings in the cleaner.. not in a case just dropped them in there.. with several other rings and she walked away.. finally after about 5-10 mins of her not being at the station I began to ask about my rings.. then I see multiple people taking rings from the cleaner.. and this is when they were handing my wedding ring to another woman... luckily I was watching and went over and said you have to be kidding me! You’re trying to give my ring away?! How does this even happen. And Drake decided to say “ oh they usually give it back..” ok and if they don’t.. he says “well zales would be responsible” NO SIR.. that is not what you say to a customer whose ring you just handed to someone else. I will NEVER GO THERE AGAIN and if you cherish your rings I wouldn’t suggest you go either. The store manager did apologize but that doesn’t justify what just happened in that store.

Very rude! We walked in to get our 6 month check up... Literally 4 workers standing around. No greeting or anything! We just stood there until a lady finally came when she was one of the ones that dodged us. Maybe because we were Hispanic? A lady walked in after us and they all flocked over to her. Im assuming because she was going to make a purchase. Another family walked in and were greeted instantly. Seems like this store only cares about selling/ignoring the minority. Also, the store is filthy. Needs to upgrade many many things. Will never return to that location.
