The owners and staff here are absolutely wonderful and extremely helpful and knowledgeable with anything you may need. Their products are perfect for anyone looking to reduce your carbon footprint and add some great quality everyday items to your life. Wish I could give more than 5 stars!

Every city large and small needs a store like this, what a gem. I was really happy with the pricing as well! If youre thinking of going, stop thinking and go. Guarantee they have something you need, and many things you didnt think you did.

We were charged $12 each instead of $4 each for 3 stainless steel straws. The mistake was not noticed by my husband because he was not offered a paper receipt. We decided to exchange the straws for smaller ones and thats when the mistake was discovered. Also when he checked out at 10:45, the first time, being charged $36 instead of $12, he asked if there was any discounts tonight. He was told no. Then 35 minutes later when we randomly returned to the store, we were informed everything was 20 percent off between 11 pm and 12 am. When we decided to exchange the straws for slightly smaller ones, I asked one of the two clerks trying to straighten out the ridiculous over charges if the new straws we exchanged for would have the 20 percent off price I was told that we were getting the 20 percent off price. When we reviewed our purchase/return/exchange, we discovered that wasnt true and we did not receive the 20 percent off the new straws. Very disappointed how such a big overcharge was made and how we didnt get the discount even though I asked and was told we did. This should have been handled way better.

My wife and I bought our clothe diapers from Bona Fide. The selection of both new and gently used diapers is awesome. They even came to the hospital to show us how to use the diapers!The selection of goods in the store is well thought out. We also bought a stainless steel compost bin that we badly needed. Its superior quality justified in my mind the price. I prefer to purchase things that I can use day after day and still look and function like new.

This shop is a gem! The owner, who refers to herself as a “one-woman operation,” is informed, but not at all pushy. She has expanded the natural children’s clothing section and she offers a variety of colorful African baskets, organic cotton goods, cutting boards, reusable straws, etc. But, the best: gorgeous wooden clothes drying racks (made out of pine and birch). Her selection is expansive from apartment small to family of 5 giants! I have purchased 7 over the years, most that I’ve given as gifts. I wish I lived closer so I could shop there more often.

This store is great. Theres a great selection of housewares, gifts, and kids items, and the staff is extremely helpful. The atmosphere is warm and inviting. Ive purchased several things here, and the quality is top-notch.

Great products, good prices! I purchased a beautiful wood drying rack and Bees Wrap (3 different sizes). We already own quite a few of the products in stock, BUT now I know where to go to purchase gifts for friends and family!!I highly suggest investing in To-Go Ware utensils, reusable straws, metal food containers and cloth produce bags....it will save you $ in the long run AND reduce waste.We just moved here from Arizona and was so happy to see that a zero-waste-conscious store exists here! The owner is super friendly and willing to chat about their mission and future intentions to bring in more zero waste products to Concord.WOW, you guys. We are incredibly lucky to have Bona Fide Green Goods here! Ill be supporting them as often as possible!

This is a great place to shop if youre looking for a unique baby gift or something special for an adult friend! Also, its an excellent source for items to help you live more responsibly! Get the drying rack, beeswax wrap and stainless water bottle, etc. You will feel happy!

This place is great. They have tons of great stuff, and the people there are super nice, especially the owner who goes out of her way to make sure youre taken care of. Also they just got a nitro coffee bar which is amazing. Im not sure about these bad reviews... Ive been going here for about 10 years and Ive always had a great experience. I highly recommend stopping in!

I love this store! The renovations the new owner has made make it a fun place to shop. Their products are high quality and will last and last. They have Sporks that are made locally from storm damaged wood. Everyone should have one of these in the glove compartment or backpack. Yes, Im affiliated with the maker of these wooden utensils and he does a beautiful job making his unique one of a kind wooden utensils. We love to stop in and look around to see whats new at Green Goods!

Wow shocked by the negative reviews. If you are looking for green goods, this is the best and only place around. This store is one of the reasons I look forward to coming to Concord. Yeah its not cheap, but the people who buy these type of goods generally accept the fact that they will be paying a premium for quality goods that are safe, responsible and are made to last.The staff can be quiet, but its the kind of store that most people just explore on their own and ask questions when needed. When I have asked questions they do show compassion for their products. They know the manufacturers reputation and can tell you what other customers have said about them.They have a nice selection of stainless steel kitchenware, including bottles, containers, straws and ice cube trays. They have bamboo bowls and utensils, wooden kid toys, Safecoat paints, VT soaps, Alpaca wool socks... and a bunch of other eco friendly products you just wont find in other stores. Its small and definitely worth checking out.

This place is amazing! variety of eco friendly products, many of which are made locally. the new owner is friendly and answered all my questions! Great atmosphere and customer attention. We even chatted over a free sample of their nitro brew coffee. Highly recommend.

Visited on a Saturday afternoon, was met by the management who never smiled nor greeted us, and had an extremely limited selection of goods. I was very dissatisfied with my whole experience, for a green business I expected a higher level of professionalism and customer service.

Rude, pretentious, and refused to support local Concord education. Prices are outrageous. I will be spending my money elsewhere.
