They have some good buys in here, as well as name brands. Yea, its not in a beautiful shopping center but the ample parking and no crowds more than make up for that. I like a place I can get in and out of quickly, I hate shopping. The brand selection is a step above the dollar stores (btw, theres a dollar store on the other end of the shopping center so you can make a discount shopping day out of it). The clerks are also very nice in this store.

Absolutely love this Big Lots! And I love the new layout they just did as well! Opened up the store a lot more with a lot less clutter! Also it seems like they have some new Outdoor Equipment/furniture at that looks amazing! I even saw a retro Galaga whole gaming box! Not only is it store clean and organize the staff are extremely nice and helpful is well! I highly recommend coming here with either family friends or children! Everyone will love it here! The prices are honestly unbeatable over here! Always finding hidden treasure here! I will definitely be coming back!

I do not know her name but if this person is not the manager or the assistant manager the company is losing out. Latina, high energy, always greeting customers when they enter the store. I too am in retail and I know how hectic it is, And I can say in my 20+ years in this industry I have seen less than a handful of people work as hard as she does.Sunday evening, 11/29, the holiday section was a big seller apparently because she was working hard to get it back in order.

Another store where shoppers are unpleasant and aggressive. Tried to enter. Young girl leaving saw me, stopped in doorway, and suddenly had to do something on her phone. I waited patiently. What else can you do ? Staff is always super helpful and excellent.

Ive shopped Big lots for ever, they are similar; some more organized than others. Customers should be more considerate, and properly replace items to shelf. Customers add to the lack of neatness... 3 stars: bathroom out of order, always?

Theyve hired some new people here at this location, people with a bit more personality, customer service experience and product knowledge, Im impressed. Will be coming back

I stopped going there a couple of years back. I gave it a try today and what a huge great difference. Well sorted, great supplies from household and garden to groceries. You can find fun things to get a make over for home. Courtains and decorations are just great and reasonable prices. Definitely worth going there. Give them a shot. 👍

Got to love this place. They sell cheap stuff that you know is going to break soon and is of cheap quality. Just one step up from the Dollar Store.I buy stuff here all the time and use it until it breaks and have to toss it. Nice staff, you can find things easily, lines are short and plenty of parking. Smaller version of Walmart.

Lots of great seasonal decor at reasonable prices. Nice selection on food, toiletries and household items. Good discounts for reward card members. I get a $5 coupon in my Email after every 3 shops. I brought a gazebo last week and got a $20 coupon in my Email a few days later ! Big Lots in Concord is my favorite place to shop.

My bad experiences with Big Lots are coming more frequently for some reason. And at different stores. Todays trials were at the Concord store on monument.Wanted a small Christmas tree, maybe decorations, ornaments and lights, maybe some gift wrap bows, other gifts, etc, and maybe some food.The tree selection was beginning to fade, almost as if the season was wrapping up, they sold their trees, start prepping for the storage containers in January early. They had this delightful Cashmere fir, 3-4ft would fit nicely on my table. It was sitting on what looked like a clearance rack, complete without price tag.Price check was proving a laborious endeavor, as I criss-crossed my cart several times from trees to registers, following the cashier.Come to find those are sold as a pair, even though they were demonstrators, separated in 2 different locations of the store now on markdown, they had to be sold together.I left the store. With a few items, not the cart full I had intended. I wont be back to Big Lots in Concord this holiday season. But maybe when I need storage containers in January, Ill return.

Got a four foot Christmas tree for $16

Not a bad place to go to get a few essential items during friends and family weekend. 20% off the whole store is great. Off food items and also shampoo, conditioner, and body wash all $1 after tax for the same items at the $1 store. It happens every quarter so its perfect to get the last seasons items if any is left for a discount.I went there to find some cleaning supplies and they were pretty empty. This was during the month of April / May. Hopefully their supplies get restocked regularly.P.S. I bought some bleach on 8/20/20 and wanted to return it the same day literally less than 30 minutes from when I bought it and couldnt return it due to covid. Just a warning.
