Great Prices and Amazing Customer Service! We have bought all our large appliances from American Freight (Sears Outlet) over the past ten years and have always been completely satisfied. I still shop around at other stores to get an idea of what we need, but always wind up buying here because their prices are unbeatable and they have exactly what we need.When I came in today, Alex helped me find the exact style refrigerator my wife wanted. At other stores, bottom door refrigerators were over $2k! I was ready to buy a cheaper refrigerator that my wife did not want and schedule marriage counseling. As you see from the picture, I found the same refrigerator at nearly half the cost and made my wife happy. Alex went above and beyond to provide same day delivery and installed it himself. He truly saved the day and I can put off marriage counseling until I mess up again. Thanks Alex! We will be back!

Two years ago we went back to the Sears outlet (now American freight) and had bought washer and dryer there years ago so bought refrigerator for new house two years ago at Carolina place mall but delivery guys said it was late they could come after I waited on a Saturday after moving Into a brand new hone and being told couple hours be there. Needles to say we cancelled with Carolina place but so glad we drove to the concord store because these folks deliver on what they say they will do. Went in to initially just look around since this place was a recommendation by a good friend. Walked out with 3 appliances and will be back for many other things. Jose one of the associates there who was the one who sold me everything is absolutely a sweetheart. I literally was waiting around for someone and he came right from the back and helped me. Definitely would recommend this store handsome down.

This was our first time buying a washer and dryer and we had gone everywhere hunting down good quality but cheap prices. We ended up coming here and found the exact units we wanted for hundreds cheaper just for a few scratches and dents. They delivered for a fee and we actually got them sooner than expected. Alex was super helpful in answering all our questions and helped us pick the right one for us. We are enjoying the washer and dryer and definitely suggest coming here instead of paying the high prices for brand new units at Lowe’s or Home Depot.

Quality appliances. Great value. Honest & Helpful Service.Purchased both a new washer and a new dryer. Dryer was heavily discounted because it was out of the box. Perfect! Kati (who weve worked with before) was helpful, personable, honest and not at all pushy. We were very comfortable! We saw the dryer on the showroom floor but needed a washer to match. She found one at another American Freight store and had it shipped to Concord. We expected delivery five days after purchase, but they were able to deliver next day! The two delivery men were respectful, professional and careful. The old washer and dryer were removed, the new ones brought in and installed. They checked to make sure everything worked properly and made sure I was happy.In all aspects, I highly recommend American Freight! Its always our first stop when we are looking for appliances or furniture.

Very poor customer service, order living room, dining room, washer, dryer, refrigerator and bedroom suit was told could have everything delivered the next day or two. Was told delivery would stop at 8:00pm daily. On a Saturday after I waited all day I had some of my furniture delivered around 8:30ish maybe a little later and they didn’t leave until midnight. The rest of my delivery was suppose to arrive on Tuesday same thing waited all day and no delivery, call store and the assistant manager couldn’t help me at all because she said she didn’t know anything about it, so I waited on a call from the girl I had been dealing with the whole entire time which I was told was the manager and all I will say amount that is what a freaking JOKE. She finally called back and said she cancelled the delivery because she said I told her we wouldn’t be in town, what I said was we were leaving to go out of town on Wednesday and needed to have everything done by Tuesday night..so fast forward till today Monday 10/18/2021 finally got bedroom suit delivered but still have no living room furniture the delivery guy said he didn’t know anything about it. I have called the store and waited on hold with no response from anyone. Needless to say I will never recommend this company and they have lost me as a customer.

We’ve gotten several appliances or furniture pieces from American Freight in Concord. I love working with Kati as she is very knowledgeable and won’t try to sell you something that you don’t need just to make a higher sale (she truly doesn’t want you to regret your purchase later). She’s honest about financing items, so when you leave you know exactly what to expect. She will go out of her way to help you get what you need/want even if it’s not in her store. Everyone there has always been friendly and respectful and their prices can’t be beat.

Today I came into the concord location and I have to say the new mangers Kati and Christina exceeded my expectations unlike the male manager I have seen and spoke to here. I will definitely be back to see them for any future purchases and would recommend to anyone seeking furniture or appliances to come see them!

Full of s* company . They will sell you nothing but LIES. Spent 3 hours in the store finding the perfect bed and mattress set only to be told five minutes before I leave that it isn’t available and that there is no way they can have them delivered to me. There is only one delivery driver for the entire company and he doesn’t answer his phone . Kati had me apply for credit line for no reason . Horrible experience !!! Better off ordering off Amazon

Our upright freezer died completely full of food. We were able to walk in pick our new upright freezer and check out within 20 minutes. I wanted a Whirlpool French door refrigerator but I refuse to pay those retail prices. My first day going to Sears outlet I found what I was looking for and half the price because it had a dent towards the back/bottom. Mind you, our kitchen cabinets were going to hide it anyways. Purchased a refrigerator from AF of Concord NC. Haven’t had it but a few days butI feel they were very knowledgeable of their products. They were quick to contact me when a product came in that might fit my needs. It was just what I was looking for. Delivery was quick and the delivery guys were very polite and did a great job. Even came back the next day to exchange a handle that was missing a part. I would highly recommend checking out their products when you are in the need of an appliance. Price was great! I went to 3 American Freight locations yesterday. I called this location and spoke with Kati! When I got to the store she was just as helpful as on the phone. I was in there the other day looking for a fridge this lady was helping me and showing me the fridges while we were looking at them this other employee i think he was mexican he walked in front of me to show the fridge i was looking at to his customer. it was so rude he didnt say excuse me or nothing he just walked in front of me and pushed me and the lady away i told the lady that because of this employee i will not be buying from this store he made me feel less important than the customer and he didnt even apologize!!

The concord location has an ABSOLUTELY incredible team. Upon going to the store, the assistant manager, Katie, joyfully greeted me and made me feel welcome upon arrival. Katie gave me a chance to browse independently then sent the associate on shift, Jose, to help me finalize my decision on a washer dryer combo. Jose listened to me and was extremely knowledgeable about the stores inventory. Upon my decision I requested an on the spot price compare of which Katie performed clearly and transparently. It’s true, you can’t beat American Freight prices and it will be proven should you request. The dryer to my set was at another store (Gastonia). This was not an issue as the stores work closely and Katie helped to coordinate pick up from that store and delivery to my home as my car is too small. Katie is professional, helpful and really cares about the customer. Katie helped me to understand the installation process and all parts needed so that delivery and installation went smooth. The delivery crew was incredible. The store sends the actual manager as well as two assistants for delivery. The crew for my delivery was Alex, Jose (who helped with my purchase) and Christian. The delivery and installation was swift and highly professional. I was walked through the functionality and was able to ask all of my questions. Thank you Alex, Jose and Christian for ensuring a great installation and delivery. If you have ANY appliance or furniture needs, RUN DONT WALK to American Freight as the inventory goes very fast. Will be going to them from now on, no question and I urge you to do the same.

My friend wanted a particular bed set and as soon as we walked in he was able to make the purchase! Just purchased a Gladiator Freezer from Alex at American Freight. We saw the freezer on the website and reached out to Alex for availability and condition. Alex was very responsive in answering all our questions. When we drove to Concord to purchase the freezer, the appliance was exactly as Alex described. The purchase process was quick and efficient and they helped to load the appliance. Customer service was great.

We have purchased here twice. First a dryer and today a dishwasher. The selection was good both times. The prices varied from good to great. A shout out to Alex the store manager. I actually wondered if he was the owner because he knew so much about the models and because he was helpful and non pressuring. He says if you forget his name, youll still know him because hes the only one there who speaks with a Ukrainian accent and is 7 feet tall! More people should know about American Freight!

The hallmark of a good customer service is not only how they handle difficult customers, but what they do after. For the better part of 45 minutes the only person on the floor was getting rung through the ringer by an extraordinarily difficult person. Right afterwards, Kati brushed herself off and came to help. Went in the other day to look around and the customer service was great, very friendly. what I didnt like was that some of the customers that were in the store were not wearing a mask, nor did one of the employees assisting them. I had to leave due to the fact I wasnt comfortable being in a store that doesnt enforce the mask rule even though they had a sign on the door that reads Mask required.

If you are looking for customer service that goes above and beyond...then ask for Alex. He took the time, provided details, even sent me a few pictures of the item I was wanting to purchase. Awesome Service!We visited the Concord store in hopes of finding a stove for my son. We had tons of questions and Neomi the sales rep was super knowledgeable and nice. It is nice to go into a store and have a rep actually tell you the features of a product other than this is the newest model. Neomi helped us to decide on the perfect stove for our son.

I was able to find a very nice sofa/love seat combination and it was delivered within a few days. The sales person, Katy, did an excellent job with the whole process from start to finish. The sofa had a few very small nicks in the back and she immediately offered 3 options to resolve it (replacement, repair, or small credit). I accepted the small credit and it was all taken care of within an hour. Compare that to trying to get Ashley Furniture to even answer the phone let alone resolve anything and American Freight is worth about 10 stars on a relative scale.
