If I had to choose an area Walmart, hands down this one is the best. Well sticks and Pleasant staff

Pathetic store. I wish I could subtract stars from the rating system. I came through one morning in a hurry because my daughter needed extra art supplies for school. I checked out on a self check kiosk. The kiosk rejected my card, and I tried again a couple of times because I know sometimes the card reader struggles to scan. I asked for assistance and the attendant tried my card twice more on the same kiosk with no success. She then moved me over to her podium and completed the transaction. Imagine my frustration when I saw on my card statement that I had been charged 7 times for the exact same transaction. I then went to customer service a couple of days later and they informed me that it had happened to half a dozen other people but I needed to call Arkansas to get my issue resolved. After being on hold for 40 minutes I explained my issue and they let me know that it would be 7 to 10 days before I would be reimbursed...Well here I am, and they reimbursed 1 of the transactions. I am currently 20 minutes into my on hold to ask where the other 5 are. Infuriating. I am even upset that it requires me to give this place 1 star in order to post this review. (Update) I was put back on hold so I have some time. I have been informed that Walmart has done everything they can and now I need to call my bank and card company to figure it out. Dear Walmart: When Amazon finishes you off, you are not allowed to act surprised.

Your average Super Walmart with pretty much everything anyone could every need. The garden section is above average and there is always plenty of parking. The only problem I have with this Walmart is that a majority of the check out stations are self checkouts. So if you like to have a cashier ring you up be prepared for a long wait.

WHY DOES NOBODY EVER ANSWER THE PHONE??? Ive tried calling ahead to see if customer service was open on several different occasions but never get an answer! I call because I have gone to the store on different days at different times and have seen it closed. I dont want to waste my time or gas driving to the store if its going to be closed when I get there! Do better Walmart.

I typically leave as positive a review as possible, because there is plenty of negative in the world already. That being said the greeters are very friendly and Ive never had a rude associate or cashier experience. My reason for 2 stars? THE SHELVES ARE ALWAYS 85% EMPTY. I understand that we are in a pandemic and there are supply chain issues but for EVERYTHING??? The organization is also lacking with stocking carts in every other Isle it definitely has from for improvement.

HUGE Supercenter. Shopped here on a Thursday, parking was plentiful, store not too crowded. Well stocked. Masks required to enter, employees were all masked, but lots of customers werent and they dont seem to be enforcing the state mask mandate. Kept my distance & used self-check-out. Easy peasy.

This store has gone down hill with their grocery pick up. Constantly miss items, say that theyre out of stock and then when you go in the the store the items are right there. Most recently they completely forgot to give me all of my meat and refrigerated items and then I had drive back to the store to get them. What was more frustrating is that when I tried to call to see if they had my missed items no one answered the phone, both the main store line that I tried several times and the pick up grocery line. The phone just rings and rings, its completely unacceptable customer service. Dont do grocery pick up here.

I just LOVE this location and I live in Charlotte but I will travel to store. Its clean the associates are very nice and helpful. Keep up the great work!!! 👍🏾👍🏾

Clean store! This particular Walmart is great, compared to others. However I dont give any Walmart more than 4-stars.The employees in this store work hard. They do a good job of keeping things organized and there are very few people in pajamas.I reccomend!

Not a sales associate in site. Waited 30mins in the toy section after pressing the button since no one was near including the three neighboring departments. Literally could have walked out with everything I had and only the cameras would have saw me my entire time in the store. Products on the floor everywhere. I know hiring is hard right now but placement is everything. Walked into the site with 5 outside chatting keeping store count.

They only had one register open There were several people watching the self checkouts. They could have been checking out more people at the regular registers. They had all the doors locked except one but didnt bother to put up a sign to let you know that the doors were locked. Im about done with Walmart.

Customer service was bad! I tried to ask questions and the employee just shook me off. It happened several times. They need better customer service

This Walmart can be crowded but you get through checkout fast. Store is clean and mostly stocked.

Again the people are awesome but they are always insanely busy and always out of a lot of basics. I started driving to the Concord one, not as busy and no outages but the same stellar service. I’m really not a walmart fan but it’s just what’s worked for us the past 19 months.

I ordered groceries online so just made a quick stop in to pick them up.. Was a good day no long wait and the employee was efficient, polite and quick. Only downfall was a few items I really needed were out when my order was being picked..😞 But that wouldve been the case probably if I wouldve went myself..

Absolutely no one working the registers. I do not agree with self checkout when you have a cart full of items. After working 8+ hrs a day, no one should have to work for WAL-MART for FREE!!! I am not on their payroll and shouldnt have to scan items, bag items then PAY for them. HIRE HUMANS!!

I placed a curbside order on Friday, got a pickup window of 3pm to 4pm Saturday. When I arrived around 3:30pm I could not get a response on the pick up phone number posted at curbside. While sitting there and waiting 2 other cars pulled up along side me. Then finally around 3:47 pm a person called me from inside the store and informed me I would have to come inside for my curbside order. So I went to the door where customer service is located and called that number to let them know I was inside at customer service. The young man came to meet me dressed in a raincoat. So I got my bags and left. While exiting the parking lot through the curbside parking area, I noticed deliveries happening at curbside, I stopped to ask the young lady, who did not have on a raincoat why I had to go inside to pickup my curbside order and the person she was Servicing drove up after me and her groceries were deing delivered, she politely told me she did not know. Granted it was raining prior to my arrival, hence the young man wearing the raincoat, however it did not rain the entire time I was on property. Walmart wonders why customers get frustrated with service, well I believe the inconsistencies of direction given to the front line workers is where the frustration stems from. Management needs to do better at managing situations to make misdirection seem nonexistent to the end customer.

They were very helpful. Sheila in the home and garden section was very patient and helpful. She smiled the whole time while getting us the numerous assistances while purchasing our grill. Great team effort 👏👍👌

3 consecutive tries for grocery pickup. Scheduled location and time. 3 times i received notice that my order has been delayed because they are super busy. How busy can you be at 7am? Esch time i NEVER RECEIVED AN UPDATE AND NO WORD ON WHEN I CAN PICK UP MY ORDER. NOT GOOD SERVICE AT ALL. SHAME ON YOU WALMART

I have visited multiple Walmart stores throughout the south east and this is one of the best considering the volume of people that visit this location. The staff is friendly and try their best to solve any problems you may have; also the store is clean and parking lot is huge and safe.

Really?! The only place in the world with SEEDED grapes still?Honestly, it wasnt great. There was a really helpful employee, when we were looking for distilled water. Thats why it gets 3 stars

Their pharmacy department was irritating waiting for I called to see if it was ready I was told I can go right away as it takes quick went there 40 mins after told it was gonna a take 10 more mins fine whatever I can wait got a text 15-20 mins after saying my prescription is ready while still waiting there and ended up waiting 25 more minutes they didnt speak to to keep me updated until I stood up

I left something behind and cant get it until tomorrow. Ive been calling back to back for over an hour. Ist they were picking it up and hanging it up, I could hear them talking, Now theyre just letting it ring. Zero stars should be an option

I enjoy this location. Very friendly staff. Parking lot is clean. Great baskets/carts to push around the store. Clean store and stocked for the most part. Please get the door fixed in the front entrance. Will return.

Groceries customer suck today! The team manager KENDALL was sooo rude ! She took forever to bring my order out and I only had one thing! I waited 30 minutes. So went to cars that got there after me. She never came to check and seen what I needed. I had to call her over! And she was nasty! I asked to speak to her supervisor but she didn’t want me to! Poor customer service! She needs to be trained again! Not a good team lead! I didn’t want to give 1 star but I had to!

Produce dept is disgusting! Brown lettuce,celery.Moldy fruit,out of date salads.How can they sell this stuff? Meat dept isnt any better.Out of date pkgd deli meat.Store is just nasty!Wanted to buy Fall pumpkins that were in a large display.Obviously there were rotten ones on the bottom because the smell would make you sick.This store needs serious attention!

Finally found my blueberry coffee I have been looking for. Lines werent too long. Found more than I was looking for so my trip was well worth the visit. Although they didnt have any extra vaccines to give out we were happy with our visit today to Walmart. Very clean and people were professional.

Its a Walmart. It has stuff. Its the most miserable place on earth. Ive tried grocery pick up twice and both times they forgot many items and there was no way to get my money back. I loathe going there and avoid it like the plague. I gave this one 2 stars because its sort of clean most of the time Ive been there.

For a small as the store is, I believe theyre doing the best they can. Very good staff, very slow process to get out the door. Again, on the side of the store that is probably why.

This was the best Walmart Ive ever visited. I asked a worker for a door screen. He looked it up. It was not where he saw it on the App. He asked where else would I be in the store? He kept his word found the item and brought it to me. Now THATS exceptional customer service

Disappointed that during a busy time you are forced to go through the self checkout. Unfortunately not everyone knows what they are doing, so it adds to an already long day of shopping. When I checkout I am ready to go and with someone that is polite. Good thing there are other Walmarts that are just as convenient.

I always liked this store because the managers were always polite. Until today this Karen was so rude! I was having a hard day but I politely showed the cashier a price tag and asked her if the item was that price, then this Karen randomly came up and said can you read this tag??! She was so rude people were starring as she was yelling. Made me feel stupid I cried as I was leaving, she really embarrassed me! The old women in the ponytail!

Good store but bathrooms really need to stay clean not entirely janitors fault & very little blame sometimes to the male urinating because sometimes the urination doesnt always come out straight but the should really learn how lift up toilet seat Ive had to clean urine off of seat which I shouldnt be doingAnd I still find wet seats & toilet paper all over the place when such a mess I recommend police or health department take DNA of the last few messy individuals & fine them like being caught littering or person parked in handicap

The Walmart experience for me is the same, nice store.

Went to buy some things and also wanted mulch. It was all outside and no way to look at it before I would pay for it inside. They need samples inside with prices to look at.

If not for friendly employees, who are more than willing to help, this would be a store to avoid. The shelves are not organized, dirty floors, inventory is severely lacking. Two employees tried to help me find a clipboard that showed to be available in store. We walked from one side of store to other twice, to no avail. They apologized and I left to head to Target, which had the item where it was listed to be found.

This place is a hot mess. Two stars for the store looking very nice inside and being well-organized, but otherwise just bad. Online and in the app, it said the store had 3 of the car seat I want, in the right color. They wont go look for it if you call, so had to make the drive 30 minutes. Get there and theyve only got the ones on the floor that arent the one I want. I ask someone. She says she doesnt know how to look and to go ask the people in the fitting room area. I go there and they dont know how to look but say to go to customer service. I go to customer service (hard to find from any direction besides the entrance it was at) and the lady is arguing with a customer about whatever he was returning and after watching them go back and forth a while and there still being another person in front of me (line of 5 people and only one person behind the desk), I just couldnt wait any more. Such a shame that not only is their inventory clearly wrong in the app, but their people were not able to help at all with something this simple.

Better store than the surrounding areas.

The checkout time had greatly improved with self check out but then the shut down most or some of the whole sections because either the machines could not use cash or there wasnt any in the machines so then they crammed everyone into small groups of machines or 1 or 2 tellers ringing everyone up

Nobody there to help and the ones who are dont want to help.The only line open on a Friday night is the self checkout, and I might add, is all the way to the back of the store!! This place is a joke. I called while inside, Nobody answered, no management to be found.Not the first time this has happened at this store, but multiple times of bad customer service is unacceptable, especially at Wal-Mart. Clean Store, very well organized but didnt see on the shelf in the pharmacy the item it indicated online that it was in stock which was mainly the reason I went to that particular Walmart store. I live within an area of 3 major Walmart Superstores and was disappointed that my item wasnt there.Otherwise I was impressed by how many self check-outs there are which made it easy to get in and out quickly. This Store gets a higher rating than the Mooresville Norman Station, the Walmart on Hwy. 29 and the Walmart in upper Concord area.😊

Im NOT A CASHIER. QUESTION for all businesss going to self checkout.... When you get rid of your payroll for cashiers and no one has jobs. Who do you expect to shop your stores with no money because you gave their jobs to machines? I will NEVER step foot in another Walmart.

Worst customer service experience. 12/23/2020 8:50am While checking out with over $315 worth of items, the cashier who was wearing a yellow vest, black older female with short natural hair told me “you picked up onions with no tag so I will not be able to ring this up. She threw the onions in a box as if there were no other options and also made it sound like it was fault. She didn’t attempt to look it up which I would have expected a more senior team member to do. I assume the yellow vest means more experienced, correct? She also said couldn’t call anyone because she did not have a radio. Out of all the items, this was one of the main things I needed. I had just patiently waited in a long line, the only line that was open after shopping close to 2 hours and this is the type of customer service I encounter from one of your more senior employees. Additionally, this was my first visit to your store since the pandemic. So since she couldn’t figure out how to do a price check, I stepped in and did her job. I found a more knowledgeable employee wearing a yellow vest than the one helping me, black female, who I asked to go check the price after the other employee blamed me for her store not having a tag on their own merchandise. I interrupted the second employee but she gladly came over to help which I appreciated. Why didn’t she look up the item? Why didn’t she call someone to help? Why was the response so bad? I was disappointed in her inability to do her job and this was the worst experience I have had at this location.

Not enough cashiers, though self check was slow, but they had the battery I needed for my lawn mower.

Concord has about 3 or 4 Walmarts but this one is the one that is located right on the Concord Mills strip

For the quick item Walmart store is well stocked and is the modern day Uncle Bills.

Short workers .. 1 register open with a huge line..the self service was huge as if they are training the general public . On top of that many of the self serve were card only. I looked up online to find Walmart store hours and it said it closed at 11pm. I drive out there and go to buy a XBox controller. I ask for assistance cause they are locked up to prevent theft. Then I was told that the electronics closed at 10pm.Which is fine but they need to add that to the list of department hours they have on this stores web site. I would not have driven out here if while on the site I was informed they close at 10pm. The site has a list of departments and there hours. So one would assume that electronics fell under the main store which closes at 11pm.
