Fast and efficient reps, straight forward with pricing

I came in looking for an anniversary gift for my wife. I knew what I wanted and when I walked in the store no one said anything to me. I walked around and found what I was looking for and stood by the case waiting for some to even acknowledge me. After standing there for a while with no one helping me I left the store. None of the three women working there said a word to me even as I left. I went to the other end of the mall and dropped a few thousand dollars at a jewelry store where the women were really helpful.

I ordered a watch online the watch is made faulty, I have not been able to wear the watch. I then went to the store to return the watch to only be told no we can’t refund you your money because you’re past the 30 days by one day. I was told to call an 800 number which I was on hold for 3 hours before I was able to get a hold of someone to only be put back on hold for another 40 minutes. Finally a different person answered she was very sweet but couldn’t get me a manager on the phone. A week later I was finally able to speak to a manager on the 800 number to only be referred back to the store to see if they could help because they can’t do anything for me. I mean this has been a terrible experience because I am stuck with a watch I can’t wear, basically As long as Zales made their money they could care less about their customers they do not take care of you in any way. Terrible, horrible service I rather burn my money than to spend it at Zales never again
