Food always so good especially when you havent had it in so long customer service from one of the employees could have been a little bit better but weve all been there so its okay

Cinnabon is one of my service account in Concord. As a handyman, I visit a lot of places/ businesses. I was there to replace a warmer element in their food warmer

Oh my, love the Cinnabons.... Such a treat... My favorite store is at at The Sun valley Mall, the new manager he is super friendly... The store is clean, the food is always fresh. Good job 👍 on the store and manager

I love these cinnamon buns. My biggest issue with buns are that they arent cooked all the way through the middle but cinnabon I feel always make sure its cooked through. They put just the right amount of frosting and cinnamon glaze, its never too sweet. I recommend just ordering an original bun, nothing fancy needed. Enjoy!

Employee gave me minibons that must have been sitting in the glass for a while because it was hard not soft. She did not warm it up. My bons were cold with rubbery texture. Not warm and fluffy like I used to have when I was in Savannah GA.

IT WAS 8:45 WHEN I WAS ABOUT TO ORDER, THE TWO WOMEN WORKING BEHIND THE COUNTER LOOKED AT ME VERY UPSET AND MAKING FACES JUST BECAUSE THEY DID NOT WANT TO DIRTY ANYTHING CAUSE THEY WANTED TO BE OFF AT 9IT WAS BEFORE 9 IM A CUSTOMER BUYING THEIR PRODUCTS NOT GETTING IT FOR FREE, BUT BUYING AND THEY ARE GIVING ATTITUDE CAUSE THEY DO NOT WANT TO HELP CUSTOMER TEN MINUTES BEFORE CLOSING TIME......THEN CLOSE OR QUIT BUT DO NOT MAKE CUSTOMER UNCOMFORTABLE WITH YOUR UGLY ATTITUDES CAUSE WE ARE SPENDING MONEY AND THATS THE SAME MONEY THEY ARE PUTTING ON YOUR CHECKS SO IF YOU DO NOT LIKE IT MAYBE RETAIL IS NOT FOR YOU
