Very sweet people work here and food is great! They dont have grilled cheese on the menu but they made it for our kids anyway!

Rachel, Marie and the team of phenomenal chefs and staff at Washington Street Cafe made our wedding this October a dream! Rachel is an amazingly creative and adaptable chef who worked with us to great a custom (100% Gluten Free) menu for both our rehearsal dinner and wedding dinner. They went above and beyond in their communication and organization to make sure every detail was set and ready for the big day. As a cook and foodie, the meals were the most important part of our wedding! The team exceeded my expectations, and I already knew that they were going to be amazing! We have a lot of Celiacs in our family so developing a menu completely without gluten and not compromising on taste or quality made our wedding a truly special and worry free event. Thank you again and again to Marie and Rachel. Our guests are still raving about the food!!

We contacted the restaurant for catering a small get-together after a memorial service. The staff was extremely helpful and caring. I was given helpful advice on my suggested menu. We picked up the food a day before the event. Everything was carefully arranged and packaged.The food was absolutely great. I ordered breakfast and lunch items...and everything was well seasoned and delicious. Compliments were flying!I have nothing but good things to say about this restaurant and the staff.

Our family was extremely pleased with the catering services provided by Washington Street Catering. All interactions were extremely professional, helpful and efficient. They delivered the food exactly on time, and the food was wonderful. The meat dishes provided a lot of meat (no skimping on meat by using lots of carbs as fillers), and the vegetarian lasagne was probably the best we have ever tasted. All food seasoned well but not too much. And of course the Spanakopita was a big hit. We would highly recommend these caterers.

Unexpected delight on a rainy day lunch excursion. Lots of middle-eastern inspired salads, plates and sandwiches. I tried the gyro in a pita and it was perfectly made and savory. My daughters veggie wrap looked delicious too. Cant wait to try more.

My daughter and I went here for a tasting for a bridal shower. The food we had was delicious, my favorite being grape leaves, but everything I ate delighted my palate, from the couscous to the Lala chicken sandwich. Rachel, the chef, was particularly gracious with respect to all of our dietary requests, from gluten-free to vegan.

Washington St Cafe, Garrett and their catering team and John and Marie, I cannot thank you enough. The food and service they provided at our wedding on Halloween this past weekend was the best ever. They were kind, attentive, and accommodating when the timing shifted around through out the day as is bound to happen when you plan a wedding on a full moon. Their servers and Garrett were so polite, they made sure there was food from the cocktail hour waiting for my husband and I since we missed it due to pictures. We also had to kind of stage our cake cutting early so the photographers could get it and they jumped into help even though they were already bussing tables and cleaning their line. Instead of a tasting prior to the event our wedding party and my husband and I ordered one of each dinner platter off the regular menu and it was absolutely delicious. I am Egyptian so when your falafel is better than my grandmas, its a place I know I can trust! I truly cannot thank them enough. Ill see then again soon Im sure!

I love this place! Great food and amazing service! They have always been there when I need catering and I am in a pinch. It is a rare find, these days, to have a restaurant that cares about the people they serve while having amazing food to eat. I would highly recommend you go here for the food, friendly service and all you catering needs.

We had the catering service come to Richard Brown House (Volunteers of America senior housing) in Loudon on July 26. It was an excellent service, efficiently conducted and delicious food. The BBQ was self contained, quickly put up, all items put up quietly and discreetly during a meeting, and the meats/salads were plentiful and perfectly cooked. Great service!

The pulled pork sandwich was delightfully and pleasantly tasty. I really enjoyed the cole slaw on it. I was watching them make the food, and our food was definitely made with care.

This place rocks. Not only is the food excellent, they have a serious commitment to the community. Highly recommend.

A great place for your catering needs.

Fresh salads. Hot meals. Homemade soups. All natural deli meats for wraps or artisan bread.

I picked up a falafel wrap at about 9:30 this morning, and it was not as good as I would have hoped. By the time I ate it at noon, it was very dry. Im not sure how it would have tasted if I had eaten it fresh, so I wont judge it too harshly for that. However, there was a small piece of hard, black plastic in my wrap, which was very unappetizing. Its disappointing, because the prices and location are ideal for me.

They did a fantastic job catering our wedding. They provided two meals (taco bar lunch and backyard bbq dinner). We loved the food and were really impressed by the service. Garret and Kirsty provided organized and friendly service and Marie was really responsive and flexible when designing the menu. They even sourced compostable utensils and dishware at our request!

The Fat Cow roast beef sandwich is supposed to come hot, and they served it to me cold. They also stiffed me on the au jus thats supposed to come with the sandwich. Thanks for ripping me off.

We occasionally have lunch brought in to the office and have tried lots of different places in the surrounding area. Washington Street Café is by far the superior choice. The food is incredibly delicious and fresh. From the salads (fruit and garden) to the meats... everything is wonderful. The variety of wraps and sandwiches always go over well with our group too. John and Marie are more than a pleasure to work with and their delivery gentleman is very polite and helpful in getting us set up. Washington Street Café is our go to for catering! Looking forward to our next event!
