I had the pleasure of dealing with Jesse Anderson yesterday and today. I had ordered a new upgraded phone online but it was on backorder until 9/24. Unfortunately my current phone couldnt wait that long and died on me. When I went into the store they tried real hard but couldnt help because of my outstanding order and couldnt cancel it for me. Jesse was very kind to give me a loaner for however long I needed so that I wouldnt be without one. When I went home I was able to cancel the order and today i went in to see Jesse and he set me up! Hes very professional, quick and was a pleasure to deal with! Thanks Jesse!

We were welcomed by Jesse Anderson a representative of your company who proved to be very knowledgeable about your products & services. He was able to provide us with new phones and a good plan for our data usage.
Jesse Anderson is a god and a hero! He can solve any problem it seems and is dedicated to doing the best job he can. Very knowledgeable and a complete life saver!! Cant express how happy we are with his service and helping us with a catastrophic problem that stemmed from another store when switching from one carrier to AT&T.

He walked me through the different models offered, transferred information on old phone to new and patiently answered questions I had. Thats the best helpful person than any other Verizon store I have been to. Job well done!

Hello,I went into Verizon Steeplegate mall location in Concord NH to get a new iPhone. Sales consultant Nick Brough was amazing. I was switching from Android to iPhone for the first time ever. Nick explained some great promotions and I ended up getting 2 new phones. Nick also went over the new iPhone in depth his product knowledge was very helpful. I have been with Verizon for 10 yrs have always dealt with local dealers within 10 minutes of my home and most of the time end up disappointed with my experience. I will be going to the Concord location from now it will be worth the 45 minute drive. Great staff clean store and friendly atmosphere.

I first called this store in the Steeplegate Mall to make an appointment, as I was having problems with my Samsung S20+ phones. I talked with Sales Consultant, Nick G. on the phone and he advised me that I did not need to make an appointment and also when the slowest times to come in would be. I arrived the next day and met with Nick, who offered advice and took steps to correct my current phone issues. On my request, he went on to explain what promotions were currently being offered by Samsung and also Apple, as I was interested in possibly swapping over to an iPhone. I was very impressed with his knowledge of the phones and subject material, plus his ability to immediately calculate how the purchase of either phone would affect my monthly bill. He spent a lot of time with me insuring I understood everything about the phones plans and any possible hidden fees. Throughout the time I spent with Nick, he was not pushy, but friendly, considerate, and gave me the feeling that he actually cared about customers. I will definitely use this store, and hopefully Nick will be available for any future purchases or questions about phone issues that I might have and would highly recommend them!

In my family with about 5 phone users, we refer to having to go to the Verizon store as entering the 7th circle of hell.Granted I am 70, have put off getting a smart phone for years, happy with the flip phone.I recently bit the bullet and went to the Verizon store at steeplegate mall. Glad I did. A whole new experience.2 guys as pleasant and helpful and fast as can be. No crowd, no waiting. Happy to explain tech things to a person who knows nothing.That was last month. Today I went back to take care of a different paper issue. Experienced the same excellent customer care and treatment.Ps...love the Samsung galaxy phone. This Verizon location (Steeplegate mall) is always my go to for anything phone related. This most recent visit in particular was very quick and stress free thanks to the gentlemen Jesse who works at the store. He was very professional and answered every question i had and also made sure everything was right with my new cell phone before i left. Thank you to Jesse and we will definitely continue to be customers at this location thanks to him.
We cant thank Jesse enough for all of his help getting our 6 lines switched over from US Cell to Verizon. His customer service was outstanding!! Not only was he just generally pleasant to deal with, he was constantly working to figure out ways to ensure we received the best package possible (even figuring out how to handle phones being turned in with cracked screens). In addition, he emphasized many times over if we had any issues after we left the store to feel free to call him any time and hed be there for us!!! We were originally switching carriers based on the fact that we have found Verizons cell coverage to be better than US Cell domestically and internationally. After working with Jesse and his fellow co-workers at the Steeplegate Mall Concord, NH location - we have also discovered that their customer service is fantastic. We appreciate the value they place on having us as customers and look forward to continued access to such great customer service. Highly recommend this store! Im a full time Realtor who depends on her cell phone more than most. So when mine died unexpectedly in the middle of a busy work day, the last thing I needed was to go wait for hours at a busy Verizon store to get my new phone set up. Jesse at this store helped me immediately and got my new phone set up in less than an hour. LIFE SAVER. I have truly never written a review before this one but felt compelled to ... I am willing to add a star if the actual owner and/or regional manager Tim reaches out to me. My original request, when I called, was to speak to a regional manager. However, Nick, the manager of this store, was very receptive to my concerns! This would have been a very negative review, given the bait-and-switch experience I encountered here ( I choose not to mention any specific employee as I always give everyone the benefit of the doubt and the young man I initially dealt with seemed to be personable, hard working, and honest (?) on the surface). I still left after 4 1/2 hours in this store, feeling Id been duped. Had to chat with Verizon late at night to correct insurance on phones that I had been clear about...perhaps salespeople get incentives for selling insurance plans? That being said, the manager of this store, Nick, who I spoke with by phone the day after our experience made every effort to make things right within his power. I understand that one cannot create a discount that likely never existed! I would actually be willing to go back to this store if I knew I was dealing with Nick or another person of his character. Kudos to him!

Great experience here after visiting two other Verizon stores before hand. I believe Nick G is the one who helped me...So let’s go on a brief recap of my journey: before arriving at the store in the mall (270 Loudon road) I went to the one across the street (62 D’Amante Dr). The guy there lied to me saying it would be impossible to find the phone in stock that I was looking for and that I would need to order through him. I asked him to check other stores inventory. He “checked” and said no one else had it. I said ok and left. I called Verizon corporate and they advised my that the Fort Eddy Road store had the phone in stock. I went ahead and placed the order for pick up. I was told they were open until 6pm. I arrived at 5:10 and the doors were locked. There were two employees inside. One finally came to the door and said they were closed. I told him I’m just picking up an order and that it was probably in a bag ready to go. He was very rude basically telling me to screw off. At this point I’m furious. I get on the phone with Verizon corporate again. I’m on the phone for well over an hour going on a wild goose chase looking to get the phone from another store. I was also told D’Amante Drive does have it in stock so I go back there only to confirm that they do not (as I found out earlier when they told me fort eddy rd and Loudon rd both don’t have it). I tell corporate to cancel my order and the new line and that I’m done with Verizon at this point. Before going home, I decide to go into the Loudon road store. What a relief finding a friendly sales person who was actually working with another customer but was essentially able to help both of us at the same time. Turns out they had the exact phone in stock and got me set up with the new line. I was there for about 20 minutes or so in and out. That simple. Because of Nick, I got the new phone and mine added to my account and am staying with Verizon.

I recently decided to upgrade my iPhone 5 to the 6S. I tried to get service at an electronics store and saw Wireless Zone. I started to look around and Joshua welcomed me and asked if he could assist..He answered every question,helped me through my choices and made the purchase of a new phone wonderful. He was able to apply discount rate from my employer and lower my monthly bill..I have shared with many people this week with how pleased I am with the service I experienced. The Best Verizon Experience is at Steeplegate Mall.I went in after trying to fix an ongoing problem with my phone. Jesse Anderson greeted me promptly with a smile. He listened to my situation and tried to fix it but unfortunately it was issue with software. He offered me 3 options and dazzled me with product knowledge. I made a choice and he made something so stressful go so smooth.I started going to this location after 2 really HORRIBLE experiences at the store near Panera in Concord. Purchasing my phone was such an easy and pleasant experience at 270 Loudon Rd. This is the 2nd phone from there, and would recommend this store to everyone. On 01-31-20, I had an accident with my Moto 3 Android cell phone. I immediately called the Verizon Wireless - Steeplegate Mall store and spoke to Associate Nick Gilman. Nick was extremely helpful and patient with me and we set up a time to upgrade my phone and switch over my acct info. Nick was very attentive to my needs and questions. I will recommend to my friends and family that they contact Nick Gilman for all of their Verizon Wireless equipment needs in the future.

I accompanied my friend to Verizon Wireless in the Steeplegate Mall the week of March 24th to purchase a new iPhone. Nicholas G. was an absolute legend, along with the others working in the store. Despite our numerous questions, these men were patient and accommodating. 10/10 would only return to this store.
Recently I went into Verizon to ask advice about my phone and why I was having problems with my reception. Nick Gilman assisted me and showed me what I needed to do, which was a simple fix. Went in to upgrade and add a line and had a LOT of difficulties with the computers and my account freezing. We spent a total of three hours over two days and live about twenty five miles away. We were very put out by the inconvenience but thankfully, the representative who was working with us, Tim, made the experience worthwhile and got us through it and went the extra mile to make sure we left with the phone set up. He was friendly, helpful, and patient through the whole process and we are very happy with our service
Not impressed! I spent about 600.00 on replacement phones, upgrades and accessories.Tried to get help setting up new phone, they wanted to charge me additional 40.00 to set it up. Going to another Verizon store.
The people that works here cares about us (the customers) and they take their time to help. I tell my friends where to go for phones and more. They are a awesome group of people and they are always happy to answer any of my questions.

Customer service didnt attempt to accommodate my needs after expressing frustration since Ive been in there 4 times in the last two days and no ones been able to help me. First tell me to come back with another phone so I do that, then told to come back with the PIN OR the account holders ID /authorization so I get the PIN & go back then and told to come back with my ID which I dont have right now, when they already took the service off of my phone without my ID but wont put it back on without it. Frustrating when the service you pay for is so easily taken away from me and a whole hassle taking more than 4 trips to try and fix their mistake of completely removing my service instead of switching it to my phone in the first place the reason Ive been going to resolve. If youre trying to resolve an issue Id suggest Fort Eddy or Manchester Mall.

Horrible experience! This franchise at Steeplegate Mall should be avoided no matter what! The representative made very little effort to fix my phone. When I went to the store on Fort Eddy Road the representative fixed my phone in less than 2 minutes and knew exactly what to do. The representative at Steeplegate Mall wanted to charge me $30 and have a computer fix the phone. When we discussed upgrading the plan the representative at Steeplegate Mall was very confusing and impatient. The representative at Fort Eddy Road was very clear and concise in her explanation. She went above and beyond. I highly recommend going to Fort Eddy Road Verizon store and avoiding the Steeplegate Mall store! This was just one experience but there was a night and day difference in the attitude and atmosphere between the two Verizon stores! Five stars for Fort Eddy! 0 Stars for Steeplegate Mall

The Verizon at the steeple gate mall is a joke. I got a cocky know it all to help me who has two years of experience working on cell phones but I was giving him hints, asking questions he couldnt answer and leading the entire process.

Received very friendly, authoritative, knowledgeable, LIES from sales representative. Sold my wife on a different plan than she asked for, saying that there was no such plan as the one she was using. Funny, since she and I had just upgraded two other lines on our contracts very recently with the pricing and plan she requested. Went back to the store and sales rep again insisted we could not have gotten a different deal on a phone and contract from the Verizon corporate store in town. We went to the other store and confirmed that the folks at the mall were misrepresenting the facts. Returned the phone - unfortunateoy they still charged us for a screen protector they upsold her on - which was redundant to the screen protector built into her case. Will not return to Wireless Zone. Go to Verizon corporate stores instead. Not all Verizon stores are the same.
