Excellent service. They were fast and friendly. They were able to fix the cracked screen on my Samsung camera in under a half hour. I would recommend them to anyone that needs their cell phones worked on.

I came here with a cracked phone screen and not only were they reasonably priced but they were very helpful and professional and they were finished with my phone in a fraction of the time that they quoted me. I am very happy and would definitely recommend them.

I was referred to MD Wireless by a computer repairman who didnt work on MACBOOKs. I needed the keyboard replaced and had called several shops but no one was able (or willing) to work on it. Great customer service and friendly staff. I went in to repair a Pixel device and they researched warranty info, part availability, pricing and made a recommendation NOT to get the repair. They took the time to explain why its not necessary and why its not a safety concern. Any service provider that would take the time to not take your money is A+ in my book. Waste of $45 dollars. I had a phone that didnt power on. Matt said it was the battery and it should be 2 hours. Went in the next day and I was told when I arrived (no one called me and this place is 20 minutes away from me so it was a huge inconvenience) they had to order the part and would be a few days. A week goes by and my phone still isnt fixed and they are waiting on the battery. Finally after 2 weeks I call them and they say its not able to get repaired and I need to pick it up. When I pick it up Matt says its $45 for the bench fee which they never told me. I basically paid 45 bucks to tell me my phone was broken which I already knew. This place is run horribly and Ill never return again

Cracked the screen on my Samsung galaxy A50. My friend recommended this place and always takes her phones here. I preordered the screen, took about 2 days to arrive and took them about 1.5 hours to fix. Very professional, knowledgeable, and phone looks and works perfectly!! Definitely recommend.

Absolutely the best place to go to fix any cell phone problem. My phone wouldnt charge anymore and they said it just needed a charging port replacement for a total of $75. What a relief that I didnt have to go to Verizon and buy a new phone. The two young men there are the best ... please give them lots of business before you think about replacing the phone you have.

My Galaxy S10 had a lens broken on the camera they had the parts in stock and repaired it within an hour than they were courteous and priced reasonably

These guys are incredibly friendly, fast, professional, and well priced compared to 20 other places I called in the Bay Area.They were the cheapest quote for my iPad pro broken screen OEM, and they did the work in exactly the amount of time they quoted.

They put new battery in my phone, when I got home and started using it found that speaker was damaged, when I took it back they say this is a coincidence, they did replace the part free of charge but charged me for labor, the repair was not as good as original but acceptable. Now two months later phone is coming apart where they glued it back together and Im having issues with the battery already. Just ordered a new phone and will think seriously before spending on a phone repair in the future

My S7 battery died and I couldnt use my phone. Instead of buying a new $800 phone, I spent $85 and MD Wireless replaced and installed new battery.My phone is as good as new!I would definitely recommend this place and I will definitely go there again.

They changed our iPhone battery in about 20 minutes at a reasonable cost. They were courteous and professional. They also informed us about a Wells Fargo credit card program that may reimburse customers for phone repairs.

The owner was quite rude when I was politely asked if they can rush my repair due to my schedule. The answer I got was Do you think you can cut the line in anywhere else? As a customer I dont appreciate to be treated that way as I was just asking if they will be able to rush the order.They charged $170 for a iPhone 7 screen replace and the iPhone starting have all sorts of problems. Dont recommend this place to anyone.

They replaced my Galaxy 6 screen with a used part pulled from another phone without telling me. It had dead pixels in the middle of the screen. When I called and told them about the issue, they told me it was probably just a software setting that I should fix on my own. I brought it in to show them, and then they agreed they will replace it with a new part. They ordered a new screen (no frame), put it on my old frame, but there was dark patch in the corner of the screen when they gave it back to me and the home button was broken. I took it back for more fixes, they fixed the home button, but said there was nothing they could do about the dark patch in the corner. I asked if they could just tell the manufacturer it was a defective part, but they said the manufacturer would just say we should have tested it before we used the part. I wonder why they didnt do that. They blamed me for it, saying I must have dropped it. I didnt. It was either a defective replacement part, or they damaged the LCD while replacing it.

Went here to get the volume button on my Nexus 6P repaired. I brought it in, paid $45, and about half an hour later I was done! Service was fast and efficient. Will be back again if I need any repairs.

The only business in the area to actually answer the phone the first time I called (based on advertised business hours). I needed to get my Galaxy S3 glass and display replaced, as Id dropped my phone the previous night. They checked to ensure they had the correct parts in stock (over the phone), and did the repair whilst I waited. It took a little longer than estimated (just over 1hr), and the base of the screen didnt perfectly line up with the new mounting, but I was more than happy with the significant discount offered to compensate for this. Keep in mind my screen was so badly damaged that the display underneath didnt work either -- the phone was unusable before repair.♣♣MD Wireless has a shopfront and their line of business is explicitly dealing with the repair of cellular phones and tablets. Call first - they will likely have the parts needed for the most popular phones enabling a same-day repair.♣♣There are some basic seats and a small waiting area, along with ample free parking out-front. It seems that most customers who wanted to wait just went and had a coffee at the nearby coffee shop, but I took my computer knowing that I wanted to wait, and they let me use their WiFi.♣♣Repair Samsung Galaxys and iPhones amongst others.♣♣Overall, very friendly, and reasonably prices. (Prices consistent with other stores that I had called and requested a quote from, but that didnt have parts in stock). Id visit again if I needed a cellular repair.
