Had my phone fixed and not a month later my phone screen glitching up and down. I didn’t drop it or anything. I was watching Netflix and it started. We called and they said if you have your receipt we will fix it for you. So we went believing that. When we went and we tried to explain that we called and what is happening. The man cut us off and said no you broke it. It’s chipped in the corner. He didn’t even look closely at the phone. I had broken the corner of my temper glass screen protector trying to take off the protector to make sure it wasn’t the cause of the problem. We took off the glass and showed him but he still refused to listen to us at all. If they didn’t want to fix it like they said they would. All they had to say was oh we don’t have warranty on our products. And that whole situation could have been avoided.

Very fast and easy experience. There was no delay, excellent customer service. The owner is very kind and offered to change the screen on my phone as well. This was the day after not even 12 hours after having the phone fixed. The phone is also heating up which it wasnt before. When they were told this they said there isnt anything they can do. Im not sure how they get 5 stars.

My mother and I got our phone screens fixed here about a week ago. I was taking a video of my cat today and noticed that my phone was making a hissing and clicking noise when I began recording. Thinking it was a one time thing, I recorded a few more videos. All loud clicking noises. I recorded a video a day before getting my screen fixed, and heard no clicking. I took my phone case off to inspect my screen to see if something was wrong, and half of the screen was sticking out on the right side, it was not glued down properly. My mother paid $80 for her iPhone 6S to get its screen repaired, which had major damage to it. She paid $100 for my screen because my phone is newer, being an iPhone X. Not going here again.

I went to Cell Doc and asked if they could get my Apple watch band off that has been stuck for 2 years. I have tried everything, and within two minutes Samir had it off. They were professional and courteous. I would recommend them for your repairs. Thanks Samir, youre awesome.

They have repaired several of our phones over the past few years. Reasonable prices and they do great work. Latest was an old Galaxy S6 where the battery ballooned and separated the phone. But it still all worked! I left the phone with him as he didnt have the battery. Took a couple weeks for it to arrive but he did the battery swap and its back to working great. Its my go to place for phone repairs.

I return to the store sharing my concern and they basically showed no concern and told me it was just my phone. Broke the warranty on my iPhone by giving me an authorized screen. Did not refund me or give me my screen back, but told me I could get a refund and my screen back ( coming from the owner of the store). I lost signal in my phone once I got it fixed by them, I went to T-mobile thinking it was something wrong with my SIM card and they told me due to him fixing it somehow the antenna on my phone broke and since the screen isn’t authorized my warranty with Apple Is broken. The screen that they gave me was low quality and it blinks all the time and it selects what it want, and it also deleted a couple of my messages out of my phone without me knowing . Also this is the man that works Friday - Sunday(owner of store) ... The guy that works Monday - Thursday was sweetheart and tried all he could in hopes to bring the service on my phone Kudos to him. ❤️

Do not go to them. I went to this store Thursday when I was shopping in the mall to get my iphone 7 fixed I paid him $65 to fix my screen he told me to walk around and come back. So I came back the screen was fixed but when I cut my iphone on itll just be stuck at the iPhone symbol instead of going to home screen so I told him can he fix while I go get some food. Well I had to go back to my house which was 2 hours away so I called them and asked if I could come pick the phone up Friday the man on the phone said yes and said all I have to pay is an additional $10 because I paid the $65 Thursday when I got my screen fixed I told him leave a note saying tony was coming to pick up the iPhone 7 because he said it was gonna be a different technician. Well when I went back the next day to get my phone I asked the new technician if there was a iphone 7 and a note on it saying tony phone. He pulled out my iphone 7 it said ready $65 so I told the other technician that the technician that was in here Thursday told me it was only an additional $10 charge because I paid $65 for the screen to be fixed he started an argument and Called the technician that was there and asked him if I paid the technician said no and I told him roll the security camera and he never did theyre scams and will keep your money for you to pay more money

I called the cell doc twice & they gave me the best quote out of all other places I called. He told me it would only take 10minutes to fix my daughter phone. I came in & got my daughter phone fixed & he was done in 10minutes. Her phone is repaired & the screen look better than it did before he repaired it. I would most definitely recommend him to everyone I know & if I ever have a broken screen he’s be the o my one I trust to repair it...

I own an S9 Plus; dropped it, screen broke, I took it to Cell Doc. After I got it back I got no signal, no 4g and 5g. It should be said that I live over two hours away. A day later I called Cell Doc, told them what was happening and that it happened due to something they did while repairing the phone. The response I recieved was The person that worked on your phone isnt here today. I called the next day and got the same response. Third day the same. Fifth, six, seven days, the guy is not here. With my patience running low I took the phone to a local repair shop. 5 minutes later the phone is working just fine. Turns out The guy never plugged the antenna back in after sealing the phone back.up. something so simple to be such a hassle. I would not recommend Cell Doc.

Customer service is the key to a successful business and this store definitely holds that key. I took my 8 year old brother here to buy a case for his phone (my old phone) which he uses to play games, etc. We were greeted immediately and offered assistance. The guys helped my little brother pick out a cool case that was protective as well. Throughout our time in the store the guys made sure to continuously make my little brother feel cool, which my little brother loved. When we proceeded to check out they realized my little brother was paying with his own money and gave him $5 off. On top of the discount another staff member gave him a phone case clip for free, so that he can carry his phone on his waistband securely. Their generosity and want to make him happy was genuine. As I paid for my screen protector I was also given a 50% off discount. As we walked out of the store my little brother said those guys were so cool and nice, Im going back there all the time. So from the both of us, thank you for your generiousity and awesome customer service!! We will definitely be back in the future. There are a lot of places out there to fix cell phones, but many of them will over charge and try to get every penny out of you.We live in Huntersville and always take our phones to be fixed at this location because the service is always above expectations! They fix the phones on the spot pretty quickly as well. We have taken phones that I thought no way could be repaired, but they have always come through repairing them at a very reasonable prices.Plus they treat all of their customers with respect. Nice to find good customer service!

DO NOT GO HERE !!!!! I cracked my screen went here to get it fixed a day later my phone was over heating and a shadow appeared in the bottom right corner . I then went back to get it fixed, he tried to say it was my fault but still fixed it, then a couple days later my phone dropped on the back, didn’t crack but lines did appear on my screen and it seems as if my LED was broken or messed up during the time of my screen getting fixed . -100/10 I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE .

I have a Toshiba Satellite laptop and I somehow damaged the screen. It was OK at first but then I noticed that the screen was getting more black areas as time went by. It got so bad that I could not see half of what I was trying to type.I started to look on-line and stopped by a couple of PC repair shops and the cost for replacing my screen was 200+ dollars.. WHAT?? So I then started looking for a screen and I would replace it myself. The cheapest screen I found was 149.00 and it had to ship from far away! I happened to be at Concord Mills at a different electronic store asking about the cost to fix my PC but they would have to send it out to a third party to fix, so the money was still to much. I walked out in the mall and happened to see Cell Doc and went inside, I was able to show them a photo of my serial / model number and the young man said that they would be able to fix my PC for 150.00... And they did!! I am very happen and impressed with the work they did on my PC. Looks like they are stuck with me for life! Thanks Guys!Ron

By far the WORST customer service I have ever experienced. I had my screen replaced for my iPhone 7 Plus & it turned out to be defective the very next day. The owner “Samir” wouldn’t refund my money. He claimed he was the district manager & wouldn’t allow any negotiations or give me a name/number of someone higher than him. He was very rude on the phone. All they do is steal your money. I was even quoted $80 originally when I called. A girl came in to get her quote for the same exact phone & he quoted her $70 for the same issue. How is this equal?DO NOT GET YOUR SCREENS REPLACED HERE. They are cheap & defective. Horrible customer service.****If you have had horrible customer service...report them to the Better Business Bureau like I plan to. ****

I was in town in the Charlotte area, and cracked my phone during a run. Someone told me to come here and get my screen fixed. Samir fixed my phone in a timely manner and at a price that’s better than other places in the area. Samir also fixed my speaker, a service the other stores in the mall did not offer. You’ll won’t be disappointed if you come here for a phone repair.

Revision: read below as well but just tried to use the s9+ and its unusable now. The guy completely ruined my phone DO NOT GO HERE!!! Took a really long time. The guy already had my phone taken apart before I saw he was using black replacement screens for a BLUE phone so I just swallowed that. Then got to my car and it wouldnt charge, the charging port was left disconnected. Then he had to call someone to put it back together twice. Had his fingers ALL OVER the motherboard. All this for $320 Ill never see again. And my phone colors are mixed up. I wouldnt recommend using this place unless you cant go anywhere else. I hate leaving bad reviews but this was a horrible experience and even worse when you think this is the kind of place youll never see a refund and only argue about it and haggle. Next time I know. One of the guys seemed legit but its a toss of the dice. I should have read reviews. Now I can only hope it keeps working. NO REFUNDS IF THEY SCREW YOUR PHONE UP. EXPECT TO ARGUE AND NOTHING Fixed. Spoke to one of the guys on the phone and he basically just argued the whole time that he didnt need to wear gloves when touching a motherboard in a phone and didnt need antistatic straps etc because he said phones and computers are different. Cell Docs has zero clue what they are doing.

Do not take your expensive phone here. They have an F on BBB so all these positive reviews must be fake or very old. You are better off working with the company that manufactured your phone. At least then it will be fixed. I took my phone in to repair a broken screen and they wanted to charge me $350. Not only did they return my phone to me with the screen still broken, but there was also now a button broken and the screen not properly fit back on so you can actually see into the phone from the sides. It is obvious that the person did not know how to take apart the phone more how to put it back together. They had the nerve to tell me that the motherboard broke my screen. Already put in a complaint with the store, the mall management and the Federal Trade commission. Only leaving this review to save others the trouble. Currently seeking legal action for a refund.

I brought my iPhone6 to this place on January 3rd of 2018 to have my screen repaired. It had been shattered for months. I also purchased a case and screen protector. I was told there is a 1 month warranty on the repair. 2 weeks later, my phone completely blacked out. Like I said, my phone had been working perfectly fine, EVEN WITH CRACKED SCREEN, & now all of a sudden out of nowhere it won’t even turn on? I took my phone to apple yesterday and they told me within 5 seconds, the damage was due to screen repair. They explained this place did a horrible job and used cheap parts. & in the process of repairing they damaged my motherboard causing it to shut down. The screen wasn’t even properly placed on the phone! Which I could see from apple showing me a comparison. I had to purchase a BRAND NEW PHONE!! I called the manager at this place this morning and TRIED to explain what happened, and see if he’d honor this warranty or give me a refund. Which anyone would expect within 2 weeks of repair! He continuously cut me off, told me I didn’t know what I was talking about, & tried to blame me for the damage by saying it was probably damaged before they repaired it. I told this manager he was giving terrible customer service and still he continued SHOUTING at me as if I’ve done something wrong. I told him I was expecting help from him and instead he was creating an even worse customer experience. Do you guys know, this “manager” HUNG UP ON ME. I cannot express how terrible this experience was...literally I’ve never had even a similar experience. I will tell everyone I know about this place and I will explain in DETAIL how I was treated. After posting this I will look into Cell Doc and see if I can find some way to make a formal complaint. DO NOT EVER SPEND A DIME HERE. They do not even deserve to be in business with the way they treat people and their crappy repairs...WASTE OF MONEY, & even worse...SCAMMERS.

Recently went here aas quoted 250 to fix my shattered s9, missing glass and black spots in the screen. They fixed it fairly fast which surprised me. But now my screen brightness is not what it use to be, my battery dies within 6 hours, and I barely use my phone. I no longer have a finger print scanner, and not to mention I can not get signal in places I used to.My wife met me at the store as I was receiving my fairly fixed phone, and she noticed that everything that they use as replacements parts on phones and cases are all from the mobile App WISH. They paid 29.99 to fix my phone. $220 is a nice profit for not even a hour of work.
